Bronuts - It's here boys!
submitted over 9 years ago by theropfather

Did you try Bronuts? Did you struggle with harshness due to what seemed to be a bad batch of CGD? I'm with you, it sucked. I really wanted that to try the Bronut hype.

If you're in the UK I have some good news. As I was casually browsing ChefsVapour (As I'm sure all UK members do) I saw DiyOrDie and thought to myself, isn't that Wayne's company? It is, and they have Bronuts concentrate. I ordered immediately since I knew the creator wouldn't allow a bad batch to exist, and guess what... he doesn't. I finally got to taste Bronuts in its fullest, and for the exceptionally reasonable price of £6 for 30ml of concentrate. I just wanted to post this to give credit to Bronuts now I finally know how it should taste and to shoutout Wayne for what I think is a very cheap but excellent product.

So there it is UK guys, enjoy. I'm not sure where he sells in the US, but it must be somewhere - /u/enyawreklaw.

XD I guess it seems like that. I just realised that he can't promote himself, and I love the product. So I figured I would share my opinions :)

I don't really understand the market for someone who has all the supplies for diy but doesn't want to mix? It is sold out so it shows I don't know shit. I'm happy when the people who put in effort to help diy make money and can focus more on diy than on a real job. So good luck to wayne and the rest

Finnish premium e-juice market (though small) is basically like this, however the recipes aren't public. Finnish vendors can't sell nicotine containing products due to regulations, so if you want nic you order it abroad within EEA. Selling nicless ready-to-vape juice is pretty pointless (unless you vape at 0 mg), because if you want nic you have to add it yourself, and it goes against the ready-to-vape "idea".

Most Finnish vapers mix their own juices and have supplies for it, but not everyone has the time or inspiration to make own recipes. Using only 1 concentrate rather than e.g. 7 is much more simple, and requires little calculation. Pre-mixed concentrates also aren't that pricey, they usually cost 7-10 euros per 10 ml bottle (mixed @15-20%), so for many DIY from the start isn't worth the effort.

In Portugal I can't get most of the ingredients for Rhodonite. I will probably try to get this concentrate

With his recipes I don't always have all the supplies I need to make it. I'd definitely buy a small bottle and see if it's worth grabbing the flavors I'm missing for it.

I don't think this is necessarily meant to be a place you always buy juice from. More of a thing that lets you sample some complex recipes that not everyone has the ingredients for.

> I don't really understand the market for someone who has all the supplies for diy

I thought about this a lot before I went ahead and put these together. But then I remembered a few of my friends who aren't as "nerdy" about DIY as me or those on this sub. They just want cheap eliquid that tastes great. So instead of searching around the net buying from 5 different vendors in hopes of one day vaping that recipe you're after, you can just pick up a pre-mix and have a shit ton of juice (around 300ml for less than $10)...all while you can search for flavorings for other recipes. Also essentially, I'm in a market with very little to no competition so that helps. Thanks for the support though, means a lot and thanks to /u/theropfather for the shoutout!

gremlindiy has it up for cheaper than ecig. And you get 15ml instead of the 10ml.

Unfortunately, that will probably be taken down by a C&D, since Wayne licensed the recipe to ECX to make concentrates, with US exclusivity.

It's not a concentrate, just a combo pack for the flavors you mix. That would suck though.

Curious, is it an adv or a once in awhile vape? Thinking of picking it up.

Anyone have any idea of any US vendors that stock these or plan to stock them? I'm pretty new and want to try rhodonite without having to buy every single flavor required before I know I'll like it.

ecigexpress will be the only US vendor carrying them.

I mixed 30ml of this and let it steep. Despite the recommendations 2 months of steep really did this one justice. It's full bodied and full of flavor. It tastes very similar to the small 'sleeve' of chocolate frosted donuts from Hostess. The package you can find at most gas stations.

It's delicious.

those donuts and bronuts was my morning routine omw to work for awhile, until I couldn't figure out if it was the bronuts or the donuts making me fat lol

Crazy. I feel Bronuts tastes the best fresh. I find as it loses flavor the longer it steeps.

Taste is certainly subjective.

That comparison to those chocolate hostess donuts has finally sold me. Going to get some CGD next order.

I just ordered both of them. I would like to vape them at max VG (as much as possible) , what percentage of flavoring should I use?

1 points

by xXwhite_whaleXxover 9 years ago

I mixed 70/30. I never go beyond 70VG. It's just not my thing.

I got the Rhodonite concentrate from ChefsVapour. Found it hard to find all the ingredients at the same place. Gotta say this concentrate tastes pretty good, emptied a few bottles already.

BTW shipping to the Netherlands was amazingly fast.
