Hey guys, first time posting here. I bought a liter of VG about a year ago and only used about half of it when mixing. I wanted to mix more juice since I am running low and the VG turned a light yellow color, and has a noticeable smell (not bad, but not the original smell at purchase). Is this still ok to use, or should I throw it out? Thanks for your help!
Get new VG pronto.

If you're on the east coast of the States, Publix sells 6oz (177mL) bottles of Humco VG for 2.49 no tax; no complaints about it, especially in a pinch.
I got a litre of pharmaceutical grade vg from Rexall in Canada for 22$ (sealed) absolutely no scent and taste is completely bland with just to say a bit of sweetness.
Never got vg anywhere else, I just go into rexall and order a bottle free shipping to the store then pick it up in a few days.
As others said definitely do not use the VG you have.
I have had zero issues with VG being a year old and used throughout that time. So don't be scared to buy larger quantities like that but it sounds like a smaller bottle would be best for your usage anyway. You are supposed to store it in a cool, dry and dark place. That should get you the most time out of it. I ordered 2 gallons and it took a little under a year to use the first one and the second one is still going strong. It lasts a LONG time if you never opened it too.
All I do is check my bottle before using it, as you did. Mine always had no real smell to it and was clear so I kept using it.
My liquids turn always dark after i mix them and some days, but i also leave them in the sun. Is this bad? What could happen? My Vg is still clear.
It's most probably steeping. Have you added nicotine into the mix? Cream flavours tend to turn darker over a period of time as compared to fruits.
