Got a bunch of flavors but not sure how to make them work together? Post your list here, and our team of semi-professional mixologists will make suggestions for you! If you are impatient and want to do this on your own, here are a couple of good links:
- /u/daath has a nice website that has this functionality, but you will need to register to make it work. It is not very intuitive but if you work with it you can input your flavors and get a list of recipes that you can make. IMO this is the better site if you have the patience to make it work for you. Edit2: to get this to work, first set up an account. Then add your flavors to the stash (under my page / my flavor stash). hit save. Then go back to the front page and click the link next to the search field, "Search by flavor stash". You can select a couple of your flavors and recipes that have those will pop up.
- This site has a nice big search button with just what you're looking for.
Happy Mixing!
Hi guys, new to mixing and got a lot of fruity flavours. I'm very keen on fruit flavours compared to anything else, although I'm very willing to try new things. All my flavours are TFA/TPA, at the moment what I have is - Sour Flavour, Apple, Grape, Guava, Hawaiian Drink, Lemon Lime, Lychee, Passion Fruit, Peach (Juicy), Gummy Candy,
If anyone has any ideas that would be great, thanks! I'm also willing to buy more flavours if it would be necessary Thanks, all replies appreciated loads :) . Sorry about formatting also
How is that Hawaiian Drink? I haven't tried it.
Gummy Candy is a really neat flavor. Just plain weird by itself. But try mixing it with Juicy Peach for a nice peach rings flavor, something like 6% Juicy Peach, 2% Gummy Candy. Maybe a few drops (0.5% or less) Lemon Lime to tart it up a bit.
OOh thats a good idea, cheers and I haven't actually tried the hawaiian drink myself yet but will update when I do.
I have
TFA
- Fruit Circles
- Dairy/Milk
- Berry Cereal
CAP
- Cinnamon Danish Swirl V2
- Sweet Cream
- Butter Cream
- New York Cheese Cake
Any suggestions for these flavors. Really looking for a good cereal vape. Been trying some mixes but haven't found the right one.
Hello Diyers, I am open to any sort of flavour All of my concentrates are in the image :) Thanks In Advance https://imgur.com/a/xENVL
Have you seen this yet? https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/4ebsn6/flavor_of_the_week_cheese_cake/
Just glancing at the flavors you have, I think you could get some good ideas from it.
Hey all, open to all suggestions.
TPA
- Bannana Ripe
- Bavarian Cream
- Blueberry Extra
- Coconut
- Cotton Candy
- Dragon Fruit
- Grape Candy
- Kiwi Double
- Lemon
- Mango
- Marshmallow
- Pear
- Pineapple
- Raspberry Sweet
- Strawberry Ripe
- Vanilla Swirl
- Watermelon
FA - Meringue
- Peach
You could try making yourself a little pineapple smoothie-type thing:
TFA Strawberry Ripe 5%, TFA Pineapple 2%, TFA Vanilla Swirl 1.5%, TFA Marshmallow 1%
You could try this simplified version of a Seduce Juice Snake Oil clone:
7% Bavarian Cream, 5% Pear, 1.5% Coconut
Be warned, my version needs to steep for a week and this probably does, too. The only difference is mine has lower % of TFA Pear and Coconut and also has FA Pear and Coconut flavors in it. If you're not that patient, there are some good recipes to be found here
Have you tried all of your flavors by themselves to get a taste for them?
Hey guys so after a lot of experimenting and failures I am now at the tip point of just giving up fruity mixes. If you guys are able to help me it would be greatly appreciated.
-
Koolada 10%
-
Unicorn Vomit (FW)
-
Champagne (TFA)
-
Sweet Tangerine (CAP)
-
Sour 20%
-
Sweet Strawberry (CAP), I also have about an ml of TFA Strawberry Ripe
-
Lime Tahity Cold Pressed (FA)
-
Sweet Watermelon (CAP)
-
Banana (FA)
-
Kiwi (FA)
So my first approach was to mix up a skittles type of juice with some champagne to add a "Fizziness" (Which doesn't even... I don't have a hint of fizziness, anyway...). Then I understood that the reviews on Unicorn Vomit isn't even CLOSE to the real deal it's not some type of candy you eat with sour powder! It's Flowers, the smell you get when you go in a floral shop! So I excluded it and did the same recipe and it tasted like a big bucket of shitfruits. So if you guys have a recipe that can combine all these fruits I would finally want to build up on it. I already mastered creamy recipes but this... this is a sorcery!
Thanks for reading my half rant half request :)
EDIT: I forgot to tell you that I got some half full/empty bottles of creamy concentrates like custard and apple pie. you know what I mean.
EDIT2: I also forgot to include the Raspberry (INW)
It's not sorcery. Have you tried each of these flavors individually yet?
No I haven't but won't I need a lot of juice for that? How do I try so many flavours efficiently?
Make small bottles of them, or don't fill your bottles all the way up. 5ml is enough for a sample. What you're doing is getting a taste for each flavor on it's own before you go mixing them together, so you'll have good idea of how they'll work together. You can skip Koolada and Sour because those are just additives, so we're talking about 45ml of juice to try each one at one strength. Normally I'd recommend trying them at various percentages, but if you're concerned about how much juice you'd go through, that's the bare minimum.
You can searchbar those flavors and see if you come across anything suggesting that they are super strong or weak concentrates, suggesting what percentage you should try them at. I don't have time to do that for you but if I had to guess, I'd say make your nine 5 to 10mL samples be FW Unicorn Vomit at 10%, TFA Strawberry Ripe at 7%, TFA Champagne at 5%, CAP Sweet Tangerine at 4%, CAP Sweet Strawberry at 4%, CAP Sweet Watermelon at 4%, FA Cold-Pressed Lime at 3%, FA Banana at 3%, FA Kiwi at 3%, and INW Raspberry at 2%.
You could mix these all at once or just one at a time. After you try each one, take notes on what they taste like. Let me know once you've tried them all and I'll go over your tasting notes and help you work on mixing them together in ways that taste good.
I am very intrigued with making a jello flavored juice but have no idea where to start, help please?
FA Caramel, Delosi French Vanilla, Nicvape.com Caramel, FW Marshmallow, Delosi Peach, FW Cavendish, Delosi Beachwood, Delosi Strawberry, FW Sweet Cream, FA Ripe Strawberry
mixes have all tasted too light and airy, going for something with the constant, powerful taste that VCT from RipeVapes.com has (that is, not the same kind of taste, but the same amplitude of taste, if you will).
- FA Caramel,
- Delosi French Vanilla,
- Nicvape.com Caramel,
- FW Marshmallow,
- Delosi Peach,
- FW Cavendish,
- Delosi Beachwood,
- Delosi Strawberry,
- FW Sweet Cream,
- FA Ripe Strawberry
You've got a tough list there. I would bet not many people have heard of or used delosi or nicvape.com, and the others you've got aren't really in your face flavors. And I don't think Flavourart (FA) has a ripe strawberry. TFA does.
Maybe try
- Delosi Straw 4
- ripe straw 4
- marshmallow 2
- french vanilla 3

I've been on a kiwi marshmallow custard kick lately, and while I don't have TFA kiwi double, you might give
- kiwi double 3-4 (depending on how strong it smells)
- flv van cust 4
- vanilla swirl 2
a shot. If the kiwi doesn't taste right, give FW kiwi or FA kiwi a shot, they both would be great.
And while we're on kiwi, you might try
- greek yogurt 2
- kiwi double 3-4
a little cheesecake graham crust ~2 might bring in something to this mix as well.
I'm very^very^very new to this (I got my 1st delivery of supplies today) so I don't have much to work with. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Here's what I'm working with:
-
Marshmallow - TFA
-
Fruit Loops With Milk - TFA
-
Berry Crunch - TFA
-
Strawberry - TFA
-
Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - TFA
-
Vanilla Swirl - TFA
-
Dragonfruit - TFA
-
Bavarian Cream - TFA
-
Vanilla Custard V1 - CAP
-
Sweet Strawberry - CAP
-
Sweet Cream - CAP
-
NY Cheesecake - CAP
-
Graham Cracker - CAP
-
Butter Cream - CAP
-
Nonna Cake - FA
Thanks!
You cake make Fizzmustard's Mustard Milk and Enyawreklaw's The Real Strawberry Cheesecake remix by subbing TFA Graham cracker for the CAP Graham Cracker that you have, maybe start at 1% instead of the 1.5% that the recipie calls for as CAP Graham Cracker is stronger
TFA
- Caramel Cappuccino
- Coconut Extra
FA
- Apple Pie
- Torrone
- Cream Fresh
- Joy
- Yellow Cake
A few of the flavors that came in my last order. Thanks!
What do you have to mix them with?
Here's a screenshot of my flavor stash. Thanks for actually responding. It's sort of hard to get posts noticed in this subreddit when asking for help.
http://i.imgur.com/Ksy1E5O.png
Yes. One year in and I still think of myself as a total novice but there seems to be an influx of even newbier newbs lately so I'm trying to help more when I can. You can PM me if you've asked for help and feel like you're being overlooked.
Sometimes the search bar is not super helpful, did you know you can type
site:reddit.com/r/diy_ejuice X
where X = name of the flavor you're looking for and find recipes and notes on the flavors?
That's a nice stash, I'm going to try to focus on what you can do with your newest flavors.
Have you tried Bronuts yet?
Have you tried making a Pina Colada out of those pineapple and coconut flavors?
Peach/Strawberry/Coconut is a fun flavor profile to play with; I'm at work so I'm not sure about percentages but maybe something like TFA Strawberry 6%, Juicy Peach 3%, Coconut Extra 0.5 to 1.5%? - Like Tiger's Blood but completely different because peach instead of watermelon; point is, strawberry and coconut are friends.
There are a number of popular recipes that come to mind that you seem to have all but one flavor for, like all you need to make Funfetti is CAP Vanilla Custard... You could try subbing your TFA Vanilla Custard and see what happens. There's a French Quarter clone recipe that you're missing the INW Biscuit for but you could try swapping other bakery flavors. Won't be anything like it is with Biscuit but that doesn't mean it won't be a good fried pastry donut funnel cake type thing.
So... FW Yellow cake is full of cancer apparently. I don't really care about that but it also gunks coils bad. If you don't care about gunked coils or cancer, look for Twinkie recipes on here. The February 2016 Monthly recipe thread has one that looks good. Again, it has Biscuit, but you can try without it and see what you think its missing.
What's something you've made recently and liked?
Ok so I bought some flavour concentrates from my local vape shop on their DIY section and their selection wasn't the best but I have some desserty flavours. What can I make with these?
- vanilla custard
- strawberry
- madagascar vanilla
- blueberry
- apple pie (only have around 5ml of this left from a previous attempt.)
- bavarian cream
Any ideas? A blueberry dessert would be wonderful.
Also on a side note my shop buys these in from major vendors but re-labels them so they could be TFA or CAP or any others if that helps at all.
This link is busted. It goes to an old post from April. You'll be more likely to get suggestions if you post your flavors here: https://www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/4i4rzp/weekly_suggest_a_recipe_for_my_flavors_thread/
Cheers dude!
