Created a list of TFA flavors and if they have Diacetyl, Acetoin, and/or Acetyl Propionyl in them. Thought you guys might like this.

Hello. I made this list for my own reference and thought some of you guys might find it helpful. Here is the list I made:

You can go to this link above and search by the CAS #. It will show you the flavors with Acetoin and/or Acetyl Propionyl, but it will NOT show you a list of flavors with Diacetyl when using it's CAS #. You have to click through each flavor (which I did) to see the Diacetyl results. You can use my list which will be a much faster reference for you. Hope this helps someone.

CAS Numbers:

Acetyl Propionyl: 600-14-6

Acetoin: 513-86-0

Diacetyl: 431-03-8

Yes, that's actually the source I used to make my list. However, using my list would be a faster reference. Also, you cannot use the Diacetyl CAS # to search their database. You have to click each single flavor you want to look at to see if it has any Diacetyl. Again, my list is a faster reference for that too.

I've noticed one error (I didn't really look. There may be more). Peach (Juicy) does contain acetoin and your spreadsheet suggests that it does not. http://shop.perfumersapprentice.com/specsheet.aspx?sku_search=345569

Excellent , however posting this list on a website with people over 35 would be much more appreciated then posting it on a forum with mostly 18 - 20 somethings .

I remember when i was in my 20's lol, didn't give a shit about anything that was potentially harmful and laughed at people who did , nature of youth .

Wish i wasn't as carefree and payed more attention back then as i'm paying for a lot of my "not giving a shit attitude" these days since i'm a lot older now.

I'm 23, haha. I DIY for myself and several friends so that's why I made the list. I'm not really familiar with any other websites or forums for e-cig related things, but what you said makes sense.

Don't take it like it's not appreciated , believe me it is . I just didn't want you to feel like you wasted your time because some always leave sarcastic comments and give people a hard time when something is posted about diketones.

Honestly, not really. It's the highest I saw on the list and this was mostly a joke, but frankly it's still magnitudes less than what is in cigarettes. And while cigarettes can cause all manner of lung problems, popcorn lung is not one that has ever manifested. Here is an older, but relevant article

Thanks, was just curious, I mean I like light flavor anyways so I am not terribly worried(One of the reasons I am getting into diy is because store juices are to MUCH flavor wise...haha).

Yes. No more Coca for this guy. I do, however, LOVE Loy's Candy vape. It's the ONLY vape I use.
