Thanks for sharing this, I've made an order for the concentrates I'm missing and really excited to try it. I have been looking for a recipe for Charlie Noble's Stroopwafel for a while as it's a winter special and gone for the summer. Have you tried it? And if so, how does your recipe compare?
I've actually never had a chance to try any of the Charlie Noble juices, but /u/Enyawreklaw just recently remixed a trible to his Pistachio RY4 and I'm a big fan of the first version (still need to pick up FW Butterscotch Ripple to try the remix).
So, no, I can't really answer your question, because I don't know how it compares. However, I'm really happy with this recipe, because, to me, it tastes exactly like a really, really good bakery stroopwafel. Hope you end up liking this, and you get to have stroopwafel juice year-round! :D
2 years-ish DIY - first time post. I have been chasing a nice coffee vape for a while but nothing ever seemed to satisfy. Recently I began using Inawera Mocca, and have been really enjoying this recipe. Super simple, very smooth and is light enough for an ADV:
Vendor | Flavor | Amount -- | -- | -- TFA | Vanilla Swirl | 4% TFA | Whipped Cream | 2% INW | Mocca | 3.5% TFA | EM | 2%
This sounds really good. I'll give it a try. I'd been working on lots of coffee recipes for a while, but the only really good one I was able to get was probably my simplest. If you have the ingredients, give it a whirl:
-
Dark Bean Coffee Espresso - FA - 2%
-
Horchata Smooth - TFA - 10%
Obviously you can tweak it as you see fit, but there was something really pleasant about this combination. I just wanted to share this with a fellow coffee vape enthusiast.
I got this on my TO TRY list. I have been chasing a good coffee flavor for awhile myself.
Since I forgot to post this last week:
-
2% CAP Lemon Lime
-
1.25% FA Vienna
-
2% FA Meringue
-
.75% FA Black Cherry
-
1.5% FW Blood Orange
-
1% LA Cream Cheese Icing
-
3% TFA Graham Cracker (Clear)
-
4% CAP Sugar Cookie
-
.5% FW Hazelnut
-
1% TFA Toasted Marshmallow
Made this last week.
Very interesting indeed. Not very fruit pebbleish, but good nonetheless. Tastes more like a warm, dense, sugary sugar cookie with a warm, citrus rind compote.
Good one, man! Might need a little more dry cereal bite to it...rice crunchies? Haven't played with that yet, but it might be good.
I call this one Tiger Melon, and it is a well rounded fruit with a bit of a "mint" finish. It was inspired by B-X's Watermelon Crack but strayed a bit into Tiger's Blood territory. Enjoy.
Vendor | Flavor | Amount -- | -- | -- TFA | Watermelon Candy | 4.2% TFA | Strawberry | 4.25% LA | Watermelon (clear) | 5.75% TFA | Coconut Extra | 0.5% TFA | Koolada | 0.5% TFA | Menthol | 0.33%
Notes: This is OK as a shake 'n vape, but it really comes together after 2-3 days in the bottle. I wouldn't go much higher than the listed percentages for either the Coconut Extra or Menthol, they are just there to round out the body of the juice and give it a tiny bit of kick at the end (respectively).
If you can manage to let this sit for 1-2 weeks, the flavor eventually settles down into something very reminiscent of Exxtra Pink Bubblegum, but I typically get impatient knowing I have a bottle of this available to me. :)
What do you think about omitting the coconut? Never was the biggest fan of that but this does sound good to me.
I found that just strawberry and watermelon is a bit "thin". The coconut really rounds out the flavor, giving it a full and finished feel.
If you want something light, refreshing, and with a similar finish, try this:
Vendor | Flavor | Amount --|--|-- FA | Lemon Sicily | 3% TFA | Strawberry | 6% TFA | Koolada | 1% TFA | Menthol | 0.2%
I call this Ice Cold Freckled Lemonade, and I enjoy it quite a bit.
Ghost Edit: The .2% Menthol works out to be one drop per 10ml if you don't want to measure that low.
What do you think about subbing the LA Watermelon for TFA Watermelon? Only one I am missing in this recipe.
TFA Watermelon is a bit light for this application, I went with LorAnn because it was a more full-bodied representation of the flavor.
It will be slightly less Watermelon and slightly more Strawberry using the TFA brand, but I would not adjust the percentages to account for the change because you run the risk of getting soapy.
I did a variation on this recipe, using what I had on hand and favoring koolada to menthol as at .33% I could barely taste anything else.
Vendor|Ingredient|% :---|---|---: TPA|Strawberry|5 TPA|Watermelon|6 TPA|10% Menthol|0.2 TPA|Almond|3 TPA|Koolada 10%|3
Delicious "shake 'n'" vape. The watermelon, strawberry, and almond come together to make a sort of canteloupe undertone to the menthol.
Hey, I've come really, really close to cloning Watermelon Crack... I think. I believe you have the two correct watermelons used but i think he uses Creme De Menthe and either FW Juicy Fruit or FA Blenderize in it. I've had great success with FW Juicy Fruit at 2% but I have FLV Creme De Menthe and I'm sure he is using TFA instead. Maybe try that to get closer to your holy grail. I also don't think there is any Koolada in it but I could be wrong.
Honestly, I love the juice that I make. And Bleux is a good enough person that if/when I get a craving for WC I don't have a problem throwing an order his way. :)
My very simple and very delicious strawberry creamsaver recipe.
7% TFA Strawberry (ripe)
4% TFA Bavarian Cream
1% TFA Vanilla Swirl
edit: here is my ELR page. if you made the juice and liked it, please give it a rating or suggestions. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/556547/Strawberry+CreamSaver
Did you have to let this one steep or was it good right away?
Banoffee
Vendor | Flavor | Amount ------|------|------ TPA | Banana Cream | 4% TPA | DX Caramel (Original) | 4% TPA | Graham Cracker (Clear) | 1% TPA | Vanilla Bean Ice Cream | 3% TPA | Caramel Candy | 3% TPA | Cheesecake (Graham Crust) | 3% TPA | Brown Sugar | 1%
So, this has been my first ADV recipe. I really dig this stuff, hope you guys like it.
The only flavors that I find to be truly necessary are Banana Cream and Cheesecake (Graham Crust). Graham Cracker (Clear) is there to give that toasty sweetness to the crust.
The caramel notes, along with the brown sugar, can probably be subbed by your favorite caramel profile, maybe with some Dulce de Leche.
I added VBIC for the creamy texture, but you can definitely use some Bavarian Cream, something custardy for a vanilla kick, or just go for your favorite cream base.
Have fun!
Awesome, this looks really tasty man! Banoffee is my fav dessert. I was working on one for a while but ended up leaving it in the background after a "failed" iteration turned in to one of my ADVs lol. Tried a cinnamon crunch to accent the crust and it def wasn't a banoffee pie but by golly it was tasty. I'm excited to give it a go!
Awesome!
It took me quite a while to get to this recipe, but mostly due to lack of flavors. My first attempts were using Ripe Banana, which in my opinion simply sucks, but was the only banana flavor I had, and so I just knew that Banana Cream would be the way to go.
I think it's pretty tasty as a shake n' vape, but after a few days the banana and the crust really come together as something special. The other ingredients are there to make the combination pop, and also give a nice background.
Let me know if you try to develop it further, I'm always looking to improve my stuff!
Got this mixed up. I didn't have Caramel Candy so it's not 1:1, but I sub'd it with Dulce de Leche as you recommended. I have some other caramels, but figured I'd keep it all in TFA + Dulce de Leche is more along the lines of what you might find in a culinary recipe for Banoffee Pie; also was thinking about using maybe a buttersotch, but that might be a little to far off the original recipe. Noticed the medians on both Dulce de Leche & Caramel Candy on ELR were 2% so I thought keeping the %s the same would be fine
Shake-n-vape 4/8
So it is definitely reminiscent of a banoffe pie; you get the graham crust, sweetness & creaminess of the sweetened condensed milk, and banana. The banana isn't necessarily as pronounced as I would like it to be -- I would probably add another banana in here just to accent the banana cream (so far I've been liking TFA Banana Cream @4-5% + FA Banana @ 1-1.5%). I feel like the graham crust is in a real nice place, hard to tell at shake-n-vape stage but I'm sure it will come out a little more as it steeps. Creaminess seems on point too. Very smooth and vapable, I actually went slightly over on my nic when mixing and I'm getting a nice wet slight throat from it.
Overall, really nice recipe. I feel like the creams & crust will come together a little more with a steep. Not sure how the banana will fare, I'd imagine it'll be fairly similar to shake-n-vape. Will try to come back and provide addtl tasting notes in 3-7 days.
Lemon Pound Cake
INW Lemon Cake 3%
CAP Sugar Cookie 5%
FA Custard 2%
FA Lemon Sicily 0.2%
FA Meringue 1%
INW Buiscuit 1%
Mixed at 70/30 3mg
Total Flavor: 12.2%
INW Lemon Cake As a single flavor vape I knew this stuff had some serious potential. The lemon is nice and mellow and the cake aspect is akin to FW Yellow Cake without the overbearing sweetness (and coil gunkage).
FA Custard and Lemon Sicily These two are a great team in this mix. The custard adds a light cream element with a hint of lemon and Lemon Sicily helps to boost that lemon out of the background. Be careful though, too much and the lemon will dominate everything.
CAP Sugar Cookie This stuff is fantastic for bakery/fruit mixes. It adds a nice cakey/grainy flavor without pushing your fruit into the background. In this recipe it also helps tone down the throat hit I get from FA Lemon Sicily.
INW Biscuit and FA Meringue This is another combo that I really like in bakery mixes. Biscuit gives the cake that extra bit of oomph it needs and Meringue adds a sweetness to the whole mix.
Thanks for reading. If you have any tips/suggestions I'd love to hear them.
Super excited to mix this up & report back. I love lemon... everything! Recommended steep time?
Mixed this up two days ago and it's amazing. Just delicious right out of the gate. I didn't have lemon cake so I substituted fa pandoro. Thanks for the recipe.
Mixed this up last Monday & just broke into it today. Your cake base is awesome, and FA Custard works with that INW Lemon Cake in exactly the way I had hoped.
However, that FA Lemon Sicily had vanished like it owed back child support. I'm kicking myself that I didn't just shake-n-vape it.
This mix is so good otherwise that I'm going to mix up another batch with INW Lemon Concentrate in its place at about .50% and report back. I think that's the lemon this recipe deserves. Thanks for posting it!
Swapped 0.2% Lemon Sicily for 0.25% INW Lemon Concentrate and totally love it. (it's very lemon-forward, but, the cake base is 100% there) There's this... thing that I pick up in INW Lemon Cake that doesn't quite work for me, and INW Lemon stomps it out. Like a grungy poppyseed flavor? A complicated anise note? Just me?
Either way, this goes into my rotation forever with that one minor adjustment. Great recipe!
Intresting. I think I may be a bit overly sensitive to Lemon Sicily. Even at 0.5% and a weeks steep it's still all I can taste. I'll have to add a couple more lemon concentrates to my next order, any recommendations?
Haha! If you're sensitive to lemon, then I am literally the last person on earth fit to make any lemon recommendations! ;-)
I like my lemon large and in charge, which is why I worship at the altar of INW Lemon Concentrate specifically because it's so strong and long-lasting. I also like INW Lemon Mix, which is even more of an assasult, because it's straight-up lemon zest and kind of a bitch to mix with.
I have my eye on Flavor Express Lemon (which I hear is freakishly strong) and Flavorah Lemongrass next, but haven't tried either yet.
If you like a milder lemon, though, maybe Cap Juicy Lemon or Cap Lemon Meringue Pie? I found both to be way too mild for my tastes, but, at least I could still (kinda') taste Juicy Lemon after a steep.
FA Lemon Sicily is not a bad flavor at all. In fact, it's delicious! Which is why I wish it had more staying power. Then again, that could just be my screwy palate.
I can't find Cappella's sugar cookie anywhere (in Europe). Would this be okayish without it? Is there something similar I could use instead for now?
I haven't tried this recipe without it, but INW Lemon Cake is so good on its own I'm sure it would still be good. I'm not really sure of anything that would make a good sub, maybe someone with a bit more experience in the bakery department could chime in on that.
If you do happen to find it in stock definitely grab some, it's an awesome flavor
Haven't shared a recipe in a little bit so here's something tasty I've been vaping lately. Sorry in advance for the Inawera flavoring most people probably don't have!
2.5 - 3% Inawera raspberry blackberry
1% FA Meringue
0.5% FA Fresh Cream
0.5% TFA Vanilla Swirl
0.4% FA Cocoa
0.4% FA Chocolate
Tastes just like freshly picked berries drizzled in a creamy dark chocolate. Do 3% of the raspberry blackberry if you want it as a more dominant note, or 2.5% for a more balanced mix. I highly recommend using this in a rebuildable device as the chocolates will wreck pre made coil heads.
Enjoy!
Can you please tell me where I can find this INW flavor /u/0ptimusRhyme? I am a berry connoisseur and I need it I need it I need it :)
I haven't seen it anywhere stateside yet, but you can order it from Inawera group here. Shipping is only 5 bucks and it takes about 2 weeks. Click the British flag up top for English.

Interesting flavor profile. Lime is forefront. Would like feedback if anyone decides to play with this recipe. Next iteration I will probably bump up grape/tangerine notes.
Just gave this a whirl. Lime is for sure the primary flavor, going to see if I can bring out cherry or grape some too.
One of the first flavors I ever made, people tell me it tastes like a spot on XXX flavor. One of my go to shake-n-vapes. If you don't have TFA Acai, I highly recommend it! It's an extremely versatile and rich berry flavor that goes well with other berries and fruits.

A tasty strawberry cake.

I've been starting to experiment a little bit with Nonna's Cake and made this. I get a lot more cake, and not enough strawberry. I think next revision I'm going to up Strawberry Ripe to 4.5% and Shisha Strawberry to 1.5%, and drop meringue to 0.5% or remove it all together. As it is I think it's pretty tasty as a cake, just needs more fruit.
I made up 120ml and forgot about it. I didn't taste it until it had steeped 15 days, so not sure how it will taste before that point.

One of my first mixes, was looking for a nice fruity cool vape and has been my adv for a while. Main flavours that come out first are the apple and peach and a nice cool but not overpowering aftertaste. Feedback is always welcomed :)
EDIT: Formatting
I don't have Bilberry, do you think this recipe could go without or are there any other substitutions?
I've mixed this recipe now. But does it require steeping? Shake and vape tastes like a hazardous chemlab, and overnight still tastes like a hazardous chemlab. So are there anything that needs to settle down in here? If not I guess both bottles of koolada I received from my vendor were bad.
Chapple
Vendor | Flavor | Amount ---------|--------|------ FA | Cherry | 2.5% FA | Fuji Apple | 2.5% INW | Biscuit | 1.5% FA | Almond | 1.0% CAP | Sugar Cookie | 1.0% TFA | Brown Sugar (Extra) | 0.5% FA | Caramel | 0.5%
I've made a few variations to this recipe over the course of it's lifetime, and it's pretty close to where I want it. I was originally aiming for a Cherry Apple Pie, but over variations, it turned into more of a sweet crisp/crumble. The FA Cherry and Fuji work pretty well together, and add a tiny bit of tart sweetness to the recipe, while the Biscuit and Sugar Cookie make up the crisp/crumble. The Brown Sugar sweetens up the whole thing without overpowering any notes (And could probably be subbed out with caramel for the same effect), and the almond rounds out the crumble giving it a bit of a nutty note. While not a bad shake and vape, a good few days of steeping does wonders for this. I mix this at 70/30 VG/PG at 3 mg
edit: updated with a newer version. tweaked the ratios slightly, and added caramel for a bit more sweetness
This isn't bad. I'd probably drop down on the biscuit a bit.
yeah, I've noticed that the biscuit comes through a bit strong, so I've dropped it down to 1.5% in my further mixes, and added .5% of FA Caramel to sweeten it more. It's not a huge change, but it does sweeten up the mix, and make the biscuit more of a back note, instead of near the front of the mix. I also added 1 drop per 30ml of CAP cinnamon danish swirl v2 to give it that tiny hint of cinnamon to the crumble. Came out pretty good
Caramelldansen
This recipe started off as an attempt to clone Cloud Honey's Crispbeez, which is a caramel rice crispy treat with a touch of salt. Great juice in my opinion, and I wanted to replicate the saltiness, which is a welcome break from a sea of the overly sweetened commercial juices I'd been vaping lately. What I came up with after several iterations is something that I actually enjoy quite a bit more than the original. The TFA Kettle Corn gives it that salty undertone I was looking for, and the TFA Marshmallow and TFA Sweet Cream keep the saltiness in the background by providing a nice ethereal sweetness that isn't overpowering or cloying.
Flavor | Vendor | Quantity ------|------|-------- Rice Crunchies | TFA | 8% Marshmallow | TFA | 4% Caramel (Original) | TFA | 5% Kettle Corn | TFA | 1% Sweet Cream | TFA | 2% Ethyl Maltol (10% in PG) | Nude Nicotine | 2%
I like this one as a shake & vape, which surprised me. Normally caramel needs some time to age properly, but I quite enjoy this one fresh.
I've been trying to clone a salted caramel/ toffee vape for a while now. I've been trying FW salted caramel but it just hasn't been working out. Thanks for the Kettle Corn idea, hopefully it'll help me out in my quest.

It's a summer fruit inspired mix. Very, very good and refreshing. There are more notes on alltheflavors.
Do you think peach could be substitued for another flavor like kiwi or apple? How important is it to the flavor profile? Peach flavors are real harsh to me and pretty much unvapeable.
Started DIYing last month and have really been enjoying it, you guys have been a great help. I tend to go for fruity flavors and I hope you guys like this one. I call it Dragon's Breath, if anyone has a name they think fits better I am open to feedback.

I mix it at 70/30 with 6mg nic, but whatever works for you go for it. It is okay as a shake and vape, but each flavor really comes out after 2-3 days of steeping. Any tips are appreciated!
This is my first post on this sub after lurking for months. I am confident enough to post my first recipe worth sharing. It is my all-day-every-day vape, and my all time favorite juice. Simple as could be, but these numbers are not arbitrary. I have tried lots of alterations, changes in ingredients, percentages, additions, etc. and I have found it works best in the following format.
- Vanilla Custard V1 (CAP) 4.5%
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA) 4.5%
- Butter Cream (CAP) 4.5 or 5% for a more savory mouth feel.
60/40 VG/PG
6mg
The Butter Cream is the lynchpin of this mix. I didn't figure that out until a week or two ago, and I actually thought it was the VBIC that gave the savory, full bodied feeling that makes me love this stuff so much. The strangest thing about this all-cream recipe is that I prefer it as a shake and vape. I prefer it so much that I only make 30ml at a time so it's fresh as I use it. I've tried steeping for up to three weeks, and it's still great, but it doesn't quite have the "bite" that it does fresh. After some time, it could probably work as a cream base (in lower % of course) for other recipes, but as a standalone, it's best straight from the Erlenmeyer flask as soon as the tiny bubbles from shaking all dissipate.
Let me know what you think!
Looks delicious. Also, I don't think it's all that strange to prefer it shake-and-bake because it's all creams. It's not until you mix fruits in there that it really needs to steep. And I have a couple of VBIC-heavy favorites that I like better fresh too, even with fruit in them.
I prefer custards and some creams fresh as well, I like the 'bite' that you describe. I find most of them as they age just turn into a sweet, creamy mess with no real distinction.
I just picked up some Butter Cream and have been thinking what I could do with it, will try your recipe out next mix-day.
On ELR you list 5% for each flavour.
Just a little something simple and yummy, all TFA, that I've been enjoying the last 2 months or so once I dialed in the percentages.
I saw a recipe in the past calling for:
- 5% TFA Pineapple
- 5% TFA Papaya
- 5% TFA Mango
That felt a bit muddled to me but had something good going for it. Played with percentages a little bit and added a little something for mouthfeel and sweetness. Enjoy.
- 6% TFA Papaya
- 6% TFA Mango
- 3% TFA Pineapple
- 1% TFA Bavarian Cream
Isn't that pineapple super strong? It always muted the rest of the ingredients for me
It did when they were all at 5%, it works much better like this. The large amounts of EM in thr Bavarian Cream help tie it all together and dulls the raunchy top note of TFA Mango a bit.
Shake and Vape approval?
Or does the Bavarian Cream give it some required steeping time?
Chocolate Glazed Donut (CAP) 9%
Bavarian Cream (TFA) 6%
Vanilla Custard V2 (CAP) 4%
Biscuit (INW) 3%
This is my first creation, I wanted more of a chocolate/cream taste from Bronuts and the original seemed like it burnt fairly easy, so I left out yellow cake to see if that helps because of the sugar thing I heard about.
I used distilled water as a dilutant to help it wick in a tank and after it was made I put it in a mug of hot tap water so I could shake it up good and it seems like a surprisingly tasty shake and vape.
Sorry if this is posted in the wrong format.
9% is a lot for CDG. I reckon you could go down to 7% and get the same results. As for Bavarian Cream, most people have tried 2-3% with good results. 6 just seems like overkill.
I had dropped the CDG down to 5% and done the bavarian cream at 2% and the CDG was still strong.

Needs a week for the Rhubarb to calm down and the bakery notes to really come through.
LOL! This name alone deserves all the points! I've been working on a strikingly similar recipe myself, currently steeping and man that rhubarb is steeeee-rong. I'm really excited to try this out; I'll make sure to follow-up with my opinion/notes on it!
Haha Thanks! Rhubarb is no joke. Even at .75 it's still the star here, and it definitely needs time to settle down.
So just got this mixed up. Sub'd the CAP GCv2 for CAP GCv1 so it's not 1:1 but should be close enough.
Shake-n-vape 4/8
So this is pretty tasty right off of the bat. I'm surprised I'm not getting as much tartness from this one as I did in mine at .5%. Mainly getting a celery-like note from the rhubarb at this point. Hardly tasting the strawberries but I'm sure as the rhubarb calms down they will become more prominent. I'm also thinking the goal with this is to use the strawberries as more of an accent to the rhubarb and let the rhubarb be the star, which is working really well. I think the crust is in a really nice spot. Definitely different than your typical vape, nice and refreshing.
Overall really nice, I can tell right away this is a steeper. Really excited to see how it comes together after a week. I will try to provide addtl tasting notes in abt a week. Well done sir.
This is a really good shake and vape recipe, though like most its better with a steep of a day or two.

I think this is absolutely delicious. The chocolate mint leaves a very faint chocolate taste which adds to the depth of flavor, but more importantly I feel that it combines with the VBIC to create a more realistic ice cream taste.
So, I recently made my first purchase of flavors. I identified some recipes to recreate since I'm still very new at creating my own e-liquids. This recipe was one I wanted to make.
It's only been steeping for a day, but damn... It's tasty.
Thanks for posting. This is one of the recipes I whipped up that completely affirms my decision to start DIYng.
I had to come back to this thread to give this recipe some love. Highly recommended.
Awesome!
I'm glad you like it. You wont regret going DIY.
IMO juices with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream actually taste best after a days steep, but they don't necessarily taste better with long steeps. It's a great flavoring, but I wouldnt make huge bottles of it. I make a 30 ml once a week or so.
Just started making my own juice a little while ago and I feel like I have an original recipe that I am pretty proud of. Without further ado, I present Fruit Delight:
•4.0% TPA Ripe Strawberry •4.0% TPA Banana Cream •4.0% TPA Juicy Peach •4.0% TPA Pear •2.0% Dragon Fruit •1 drop of Sucralose per 3 mLs(Very Optional)
I really don't have good flavor notes on this recipe, which I apologize for. I find it is perfectly good as a shake and vape but even better after a 1-2 day steep. This juice gives a nice mix of peach and pear on the inhale, with the strawberry and banana cream coming out on the exhale. The dragon fruit isn't really tasted in the juice, but it helps brings out all the other flavors. The Sucralose does not need to be in this juice at all and only makes the juice a little bit sweeter, which I personally like.
Try it and let me know what you think! I hope you enjoy my first r/DIY_ejuice recipe!
I just made this and loooooveeeeeeeeee it. Sherbet style recipe. It's basically one of cannibal's sherbet recipes just with a few differences.

Can probably leave out the yellow cake if worried about that. To me taste like a good almond cookie. Might make couple change's but it is good where it is at. Will try to add note's later when i get a chance.
Out of all the recipes in this month's thread, many of which look great, this is the only one so far I know for sure I'll be trying. I'll let you know what I think of it, of course.
Does it taste like a Chinese restaurant almond cookie? Please tell me it tastes like a Chinese restaurant almond cookie.
It might I'm not sure. I haven't ate one in so long don't remember what taste like.
I tried the recipe exactly as you posted it. I thought it tasted really, really good. Like, I will be sad when my 15ml is gone, good. I was 99 percent sure it would be delicious; it contains some of my favorite flavors. It's much better than any of my own recent creations.
But, I feel like it's sitting right on the line between an [almond cookie] (http://www.copykat.com/2014/11/23/chinese-almond-cookies/) and almond cake and practically begging to be taken in one direction or the other. So I'm going to try to tinker with it two ways, one a drier baked cookie by bringing down the marzipan, marshmallow, and sugar cookie slightly and increasing slightly the FA cookie and almond, and the other an almond cake by adding some kind of cream or custard to it; not sure which one(s) yet. If either of those are a huge hit I'll make sure to give you the credit you've earned. Thank you for sharing this treat.
How crucial is FA Marzipan in this recipe? I have everything but it. I'm going to see how it is subbing it for Torrone later tonight.
Here is my blueberry doughnut been messing around with for couple weeks.
70/30
Glazed doughnut (cap) @ 6%
Blueberry (fw) @ 3%
Billberry (fa) @ 0.75%
Bavarian cream (tfa) @ 2%
Sweetener (tfa) @ 1.50
Steep over night or couple days for the billberry to come out more.
The glazed doughnut I think is really good. I tried it at 8% to start with but then it was too strong and couldn't taste the blueberry like wanted too. Used fw blueberry because I think it works better in this kind of recipe with billberry added too it. I used to use tfa blueberry extra all the time but there was a tart note or earthy one that I couldn't hide. The bavarian cream I added in for the sweet taste of it. I had tried meringue at first to add sweetness too it but it added a off note that didn't work. The sweetener added just to boost the recipe. I tried without it and just didn't.taste like sweet doughnut. This first recipe with actual notes for me on here.
After hitting a wall for about a month where no flavor combos really appealed to me, I decided to dial it back a bit and make some simple juices that don't have a laundry list of ingredients, and I've been very pleased with the results. Sometimes simple is better. Here's a couple I've really been enjoying:
PBJ
-
Acetyl Pyrazine 5% - 0.5%
-
Biscuit (INW) - 0.5%
-
Peanut Butter (TFA) - 5%
-
Strawberry Red Touch (FA) - 3%
-
Sweet Strawberry (CAP) - 2%
-
Mixed at 70vg/30pg
I'm going to keep the notes on these simple as well. This one hits all the notes I wanted in a peanut butter & jelly sandwich vape. Everything is balanced and not one flavor dominates the others. The most important part for me was the strawberry jam, as I didn't want it to get drowned out by the other flavors, and I wanted it to be as candy and jelly-like as I could make it. FA Strawberry worked perfectly for this. I find it to be a very sweet, candyish strawberry. A little CAP Sweet Strawberry to spruce it up and it's right where I wanted it to be. The rest of the recipe is pretty self explanatory. AP and Biscuit for the bread. The AP lifts the biscuit and gives it a more yeasty bite. Don't go any higher on the percentages or it will really start to take over. As for the peanut butter, TFA is the only one I have. The goal is simple, and this works for me.
Creamy Acai
-
Acai Berry (TFA) - 4%
-
Bilberry (FA) - 0.5%
-
Harvest Berry (CAP) - 2.5%
-
Sweet Cream (CAP) - 2%
-
Mixed at 70vg/30pg
I wanted a berries and cream recipe that was a little different. TFA Acai Berry is the main flavor, and gives this juice a bold, dark berry flavor. A little FA Bilberry pairs well with the Acai and adds to the dark berry flavor, as well as some tartness. CAP Harvest Berry for some extra berry notes, and to round things out a little bit. Probably going to try this with FA Forest Fruit instead of Harvest Berry and see which I like better. Didn't want to go crazy with the creams, so I stuck with just CAP Sweet Cream. It's become possibly my favorite creamy flavoring out there. Sweet and silky, without the cheesy notes the TFA version has. It really mixes well with just about everything.
I mixed a PB&J this past week and it turned out to be kind of a dud. Made a couple of different plans for versions to try to improve it next time, now I'll add both yours exactly and a hybrid of yours and my other two to the list and hopefully one of the four will work out for me. Thanks for sharing these.
Loosely based off a 2-ingredient "Key Lime Cookies" recipe on ELR that was just a crapload of biscuit and key lime. The notion of a key lime cookie vape was irresistible to me, and I got almost exactly the result I was imagining.
vendor | flavor | amount ---|---|--- INW | Biscuit | 3% TPA | Brown Sugar |0.5% TPA | Key Lime | 5 %
24-48 hour steep, otherwise lime is a bit throaty. Very good, very unique flavor, but not an ADV.
With so little time left in April, it makes me sad to think many won't see this recipe. Out of the ten or fifteen mixes I've made over the last couple months, this is decisively the best (and they have all been somewhere between vapable and quite good). I was shocked to find neither CAP VBIC nor Chocolate Fudge Brownie requires steeping (I steeped for less than a day) to taste excellent in this recipe.
Vendor | Flavor | % :---|---|---: CAP|Chocolate Fudge Brownie v2|4.5 TPA|Creme de Menthe|4 CAP|Vanilla Bean Ice Cream|5
I made a peanut butter base with some fruits because I was sick of nearly all of my mixes being a sort of "cream". I thought it was really bright and amazing, sort of jammy if you can call it that, with a prominent lime (which I wanted) for about a week, however it's been about 2 weeks and the flavors are sort of "mucking" together now, the fruits have really calmed down and so has the peanut butter but just slightly.
Here's what I did:
- TFA Peanut Butter 5%
- Acetyl Pyrazine 1%
- CAP Marshmallow 1%
- TFA Blackberry 1%
- FA Fuji 0.5%
- TFA Key Lime 2.5%
- FA Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) 0.5%
- TPA Dragonfruit 1%
Flavor total: 12.5%
I don't really have excellent flavor notes, but I had been wanting to blend Blackberry with Key Lime without using a cream base.
I used the Fuji for tartness to make the super strong Blackberry more realistic, as it carries a bit of cheap candy flavor by itself. PS, keep the TFA Blackberry under 3% or it just gets really weird tasting and overpowers the mix.
I used the Lime Tahity for a bit of bitterness with Key Lime as the sweeter of the 2 in order to create a nice rounded lime flavor. Lime is also the prominent fruit flavor in the mix, which is what I was going for.
I threw in Dragonfruit because I thought it sounded like something crazy to help meld the fruit flavors together. It wasn't really meant to be tasted, but I thought it would be a nice complimenting flavor at 1%. I feel it accomplished that.
The Peanut Butter probably sits a little high at 5%, I will probably back it down to the 3-4% range and back off the grainy additive AP to 0.5%
I looked back at this recipe and see I put Marshmallow in at 1%. I really don't know why I decided to put it in there. Maybe to make the peanut butter creamier? But, I think that's why my fruits are fading after 2 weeks, so I plan on leaving that out of my next batch.
This was a bit of a learning experience, but I have plans for much more of this with some minor tweaks.
- Bavarian Cream (TFA) @ 3.00%
- Nutty Princess (INW) @ 2.00%
- Latakia (FA) @ 2.00%
- Kentucky Bourbon (TFA) @ 1.50%
- Cubano Type (TFA) @ 1.00%
- Red Oak (TFA) @ 0.25%
- Black Fire (FA) @ 0.25%
This is an offshoot of my "Mr. Hat" recipe. The apple and honey flavors have been replaced by Kentucky Bourbon and a little Red Oak and Black Fire have been added to give it even more of a cigar experience. The bourbon will fade somewhat after a 2 week steep and you're left with just a pleasant creamy cigar taste.
Hello! I've been lurking here for a couple months, and finally got fed up with paying $1/mL for juice at the LVS. Just got my order from Gremlin in today. My favorite juice from vendors was undoubtedly Bombies' Cold Press, but I couldn't find a clone recipe (everyone seems obsessed with their "'nana cream" which is so much less distinctive)... anyways, I wanted a hit-you-in-the-face grapefruit citrus, and I think I nailed it on the first try.
EDIT: I didn't nail it on the first try. Move along, or check the ELR page for what I'm contemplating doing with this.
| Flavor | Amount ---|---|---- TFA | Citrus Punch | 3% CAP | Lemon Sicily | 2% FLV | Pink Guava | 5%
75/25 @ 5mg
I did what I think you call "shake and vape" and it's almost perfect. It's a little too citrus punchy, so I took that down a percent and added a couple drops of raspberry sweet to a larger batch, which I'm going to let steep for a day or two if I can control myself, as it was slightly harsh and my understanding is that will go away with time (edit: it didn't). Yum! Feedback welcomed, I will be vaping the crap out of this.
> Wham!
Thanks for this. Cold Press was my all time favorite juice as well before moving to DIY. I'm gonna pick these flavors up and give it a shot. The 5% Pink Guava makes me nervous though, have you experimented with it a little lower?
edit: Just saw on the ELR link that you did knock down the PG. How is it? Pretty close to Cold Press?
Amen, Cold Press is the shit. I almost bought 500mL but decided to get materials for over 2L worth of DIY materials for the same price instead.
I'm still working on this recipe, so if you buy the flavors, you'll have to experiment with proportions and extra additives. At first taste, I was like, YEAH! DIY_eJuice must know! But it was ultimately quite harsh and it didn't get better with steeping. Since then, I've been distracted by other compelling recipes and flavor combinations. I added some MTS to my first batch of Wham and steeped it a bit and it lost some character along with the edge. It would benefit from something other than lemon and citrus punch, too, so I'm adding tangerine to it next time. I might even add some Cherry Blossom as I've been looking for a use for that. I haven't tried with Marshmallow to smooth out the edges yet. Might try a little TFA Dragonfruit as well. I'll tag you when I post the new and improved version in May or June's thread, but I'm editing my post here to deter people from trying this exact version.
/u/helffrcd
Still working on the final version of this. I definitely jumped the gun by posting the first iteration of this recipe in the monthly thread. Mixing with pink guava is tough, I think - it's a very throaty flavor when used in quantities adequate for the flavor to take center stage.
I read about FLV Lychee being the soulmate of FLV Pink Guava, so I ordered some at the end of the week before last. It does complete the grapefruit profile to some degree. I've updated the ELR page with the latest version accordingly, but I still have some revising to do as it's still a bit throaty and needs that something special. Wham tastes exactly like a fresh pink grapefruit now. I'm going to try INW Cactus in there to make it juicier, and perhaps a heavier custard note to smooth it out, but in the interim I was wondering if you had any thoughts or had done any experimentation. It's been months now since I had Cold Press, so I can't really remember how the flavor differed from plain ol' grapefruit.
Cheers!
This looks like it could be delicious. Pink Guava at 5 seems crazy high though. I can throw it in most mixes at 0.75% and it is super apparent.
Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what to do with it. After a couple days, the pink guava has almost been overtaken by the lemon and citrus punch - but that was v1, which had more of both auxiliary flavorings. I'm not inclined to reduce the pink guava because I really do want that to be the star flavor of a very boldly flavored vape.
Melon Mix
- TFA Honeydew @ 4%
- FA Cantaloupe @ 2%
- FA Meringue @ 1%
- FLV Milk & Honey @ 1.5%
- FA Fresh Cream @ .5%
- FA Marshmallow @ 1%
Notes
Steep: ~3 days-1 week
A nice blend of Honeydew and Cantaloupe, with some cream to help blend them together and smooth it out and a touch of sweetness to satisfy the tastebuds.
I used the Milk & Honey to play off of the sweetness of the Honeydew while lending some creaminess. I think all of the other flavors kind of speak for themselves (cream, body, sweetness). It's got a bit of a floral aspect at first but those notes calm down after a generous steep.
I actually made this for a co-worker, and after he kept telling me how much he liked it, I decided to give the bottle I had steeping another go and was surprised with how well it aged. I would like to mess around with INW Melon & FLV Wild Melon if/when I get those in to see if they can bring a nice aspect to a melon mix.
Very interesting to see Milk & Honey in there. I get a chocolately taste from it so I wouldn't normally think it would go well with fruits, but I'll have to play around with it some more.
FLV Wild Melon is tasty, but I can't seem to get it to hold up to a steep or play well with other fruits that aren't FLV. Let us know how it goes when you get some of it in and mix with it.
I'll mix this up, but I'll have to sub out FA Cantaloupe for FLV Cantaloupe
Vaped some of this today after sitting for about 5 days and it wasn't bad at all. I subbed FA Cantaloupe for FLV. The Milk & Honey does fit in well with the other creams, but it still has that chocolatey taste to me that, to me, doesn't seem to fit in with the melons. Milk & Honey gives me that kinda creamy light chocolate milk taste.
It was definitely something different and pretty tasty, but I think I'll leave out the Milk & Honey next time and try to fit in some FLV Wild Melon.
FLV Cantaloupe is absolutely delicious by the way!
Thanks for the recipe!
Awesome! Thank you very much for the feedback =) I'll have to check out FLV Cantaloupe. Just got in Wild Melon so I think my next mix will probably include that and sub out the milk & honey.
No problem, man! It was tasty and different which is good, but maybe my palate perceives Milk & Honey a bit differently than yours.
FLV Cantaloupe is awesome and it's got this slightly creaminess to it that's delicious.
Let me know how it goes with Wild Melon. I've had success with it as a standalone anywhere from 3-5%, but once you start blending it with other fruits, something happens to it so I have put it on the back burner for a while.

I've recently gotten nonna's cake and the first thing I've attempted with it is to get a strawberry cakey donut...and it works perfect here IMO. The lemon of the nonna's cake isn't noticible at all due to the addition of TPA Frosted Donut and CAP Sugar Cookie. Also the mix of INW Strawberry (for the base syrupy strawberry) and INW Strawberry Shisha pop out as a balanced flavor to the donut. I recommend this to ANYONE that like doughnut or strawberry vapes.

For a simple raspberry version use 0.75 - 1% of INW Raspberry (Syrupy) with ~2.5% INW Raspberry Shisha or ~3% TFA Raspberry Sweet.
Quick Edit: ~~24hr steep recommended~~ 1 Week Steep is better
This worked with the cupcake batter
Chocolate deutch (FLV) 2%
Cupcake batter (FLV) 1.50%
Whipped cream (Cap) 1%
80/20 is what done it at.
The cupcake batter turned the cake in more of a cupcake. Turned the moist flavor into a dryer one. It seemed to add more depth to the flavor but I can't explain it yet. Starting to pick out different notes but don't know enough yet to explain more. Figured would post this to show a way to use it and tastes good.
Ingredient|% :---|---: Brown Sugar (TPA)|0.5 Cardamom (FA)|0.15 Cinnamon Ceylon (FA)|0.75 Clove (FA)|0.25 Coconut (FA)|0.5 Cream Fresh (FA)|1 TFA Holiday Spice 10:1|0.5 Vanilla Shisha (INAWERA)|1 Whipped Cream (TPA)|0.5

I added whipped cream for the Triacetin for moistness. I'm going to try tfa marshmallow next. It's good without that though. The Cardamom is 1 drop per 15ml. Give it at least an overnight steep for those spices to blend in.
Nice! This looks a really balanced spice blend--something I haven't quite got the hang of. Especially where it involves FA Cardamom. (Have wrecked a number of good juices with that flavor) Curious if you tried this with fa black tea and decided to leave it out, or were you just going for that spicy chai flavor?
Hey. I did try black tea in this. I don't know if mine was too old (at least a year old, and who knows how long ecx had it) or what, but I didn't like it. I might have had a drop too much cardamom at that point though. The spice was pretty good in this. I plan to revise it with .5 fresh cream and adding 1-2% vanilla swirl to combat dryness. I'll take out whipped cream when I do that.
Ha, isn't it funny how one drop of that cardamom can change everything! I take it you mean fa black tea. It's the only one I've tried, but I've heard awful things about tfa's. I have some fa whipped cream but it might be too rich in this. VS is a good idea, and/or one of the milk flavors. Maybe even a tiny bit of fa meringue. I'll let you know if I get to this and have any success. thanks for the recipe! PS- One more thought is fa condensed milk in this--it may be too stinky/sour in reality but in theory it would make a good thai iced chai.
Thought Id share this one. Was my 5th creation ever mixed when I started. A friend mentioned it, whipped it up again last night and I'm glad I did. Going back into my rotation. Nothing special, but pretty damn good IMO.
<Mango> (<TFA>) @ 5% <Kiwi Double> (<TFA>) @ 5% <Bavarian Cream> (<TFA>) @ 5%
70/30 blend. I'd imagine its good to go as a shake and vape, I always mix at night and vape the next day though. Dont have much in the way of notes as I didn't know shit when I originally threw this together.
TFA Bavarian Cream: I wouldn't be quick to throw this in the mix with tropical fruits like I did here, but it works quite nicely I think. Adds a rich, rather dense creaminess to it that mends it together nicely.
TFA Mango/TFA Double Kiwi: We all know there is better versions of these out there, although I didn't when I originally created it almost 2 years ago. The mango doesn't exactly shine here, and the percentages obviously could be adjusted to make it come through more behind the overpowering kiwi. With that being said, it's there and to me plays nice with the kiwi at 5% a piece.
If you throw it together let me know what you think! Was a best seller for me back in the day....now think I'll bring it back. Dont know why I ever stopped to be honest
Since i'm from vienna i figured i should come up with a nice easy recipe for a Strudl.that is our nr.1 bakery here and i think it's quite famous as well but i might be wrong.
AppleStrudl
- cinnamon roll (Twisted Flavours) @ 5%
- Cookie (Flavour Art) @ 1%
- Fuji Apple (Flavour Art) @ 3.8%
- Honey (Flavour Art) @ 0.4%
- Marshmallow (Flavour Art) @ 0.25%
- Vanilla Bourbon (TFA) @ 4%
I mixed it at 80/20 and it's pretty much a shake n vape
Cinnamon Roll/Cookie These two are obviously the dough/bakery base on where you put the apples on before you put it into the oven I think Flavor West's cinnamon roll is pretty similar to the one from Twisted Flavours so you can sub that. You should be fine at the same percentage.
Fuji Apple/Honey I think the Fuji in combination with the FA Honey is just fantastic.in this case i used just the right amount of honey to bring some sweetness onto those apples and mellow out the tartness.
Marshmallow Just to add a bit more mouthfeel and some sweetness
Vanilla Bourbon An Vienna Applestrudl without vanilla is not an Applestrudl : ) You can use any vanilla you like but the Bourbon Vanilla is just the classic to go Vanilla for this kind of bakery
Please let me know how you like it.Any constructive critic is highly appreciated
P.S:Sorry for the bad formatting,i can't figure out how to get the recipe in one line yet
Use asterisks to get bullets for you percentage of flavors list.
Edit: Also, please dont use that parenthesis and arrow combo. Reddit apps lose everything got inside the parenthesis.
since i'm new to reddit i don't have any idea what you are talking about lol asterisks for bullets? parenthesis?? please help me out so i can get things right
All good. You use asterisks, the star on your keyboard, to make bullets on Reddit. Like this:
- bullet 1
- bullet 2
Also, the parenthesis () are less the problem than the arrows AKA less than and greater than symbols. As for making a new line, you can double space after your line and it will put the next on a new line.
My lemon cereal recipe.
Vendor|Flavor|Amount :--|:--|:-- TFA|Bavarian Cream|2% TFA|Berry Crunch|4% INW|Biscuit|1.5% FA|Cookie|1% FA|Cream Fresh|1% INW|Lemon|0.2% FA|Meringue|2% TFA|Sweetener (Sucralose)|0.5%
Steep time 4-5 days.
Some flavor notes:
TFA Berry Crunch + FA Cookie + INW Biscuit: The base. TFA Berry Crunch is somewhat tricky flavoring to work with, as it has a sharp acetyl pyrazine aftertaste which needs to be handled with other flavorings. FA Cookie does just that, and it adds body to the cereal base. INW Biscuit is there to add a really nice creme-like buttery note.
INW Lemon: Also a somewhat tricky, but delicious flavoring. It can turn your recipe very watery or bring an inappropriate candy taste when used at too high percentages. The sweet spot for this recipe was at 0,2%, where it brings a smooth lemon accent to the cereal base.
FA Meringue + FA Cream Fresh + TFA Bavarian Cream: At 2% FA Meringue has a sweet milkiness to it, and it adds a sugar coating to other flavors. FA Cream Fresh enhances the milkiness, TFA Bavarian Cream pretty much adds "glue" to everything.
TFA Sweetener (Sucralose): Latest addition to the recipe, shout-out to /u/altneurose for the tip. I'm not a big fan of sucralose, but without it this recipe was a bit harsh; I also felt a little extra sweetness was needed, so adding a bit of sucralose was kind of a no-brainer in retrospect.

This is a sweet strawberry ice cream yum yum. People who are near you will love the smell of your massive clouds and pungent strawberry sweet aromas. If you like sweet, fruity, yum yum strawberry goodness, then you'll like this. (this is what i wrote in my notes....I'm a sarcastic idiot)
This is version 1. I have a V2 in the works thats creamier with more mouth feel. Still steeping so need to wait it out. This is Shake and Vape able but way better after 5 days onwards. Ive never had it longer than two weeks. Hope you like it. Also on e liquid recipes. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/611338/Strawberry+Phwoar
Hey, yeah, this looks promising for being yet another creamy strawberry flavor :) I will have to order Cap Butter Cream to make it, but it's on my list. Thanks for posting. Btw, what are you doing on a set? Are you a movie star?!
Haha, not movie star but liked the thought :) I'm a tutor, trainer, producer, director kind of guy and was supervising the special effects for a short film at a film school. It was great fun. Can't tell you much more then that about the film but anything else is fine... Within reason :)

Is spearmint a mint flavor without the menthol? I've been working on a mint/rosemary/lemon flavor. I'm looking for a mint with minimal menthol, but I've had no luck in the 3 different mints that I own
Notes 3/27/16- first original recipe. First impressions are better than I anticipated. I feel that the peach should go up to 4% on my second mix.The strawberry mix definately compliments well with the peach and other flavors. So far the creams are tasting great. cant wait to let this steep for a week and see how the final result ends up. This has definately given me hope that I will be able to create my own recipes!!! If anyone decides to mix this up PLEASE leave any comments good or bad it dont matter. Im new to the DIY game. Thanks in advance. Heres The recipe if you decide to mix it Please leave feedback. Oh btw shoutout to Enyawreklaw For giving me the inspiration to thry this whole DIY stuff,

Mr. Hat - Honey-Apple-Tobacco recipe.
- Bavarian Cream (TFA) @ 3.00%
- Fuji Apple (FA) @ 2.00%
- Nutty Princess (INW) @ 2.00%
- Latakia (FA) @ 2.00%
- Green Apple (TFA) @ 1.00%
- Cubano Type (TFA) @ 1.00%
- Honey (FA) @ 0.10%
This is a honey-apple-tobacco juice with a nod to "South Park" on the name. To make this in small batches, you'll want to make a 10% solution (9 parts PG to 1 part honey) of FA Honey and then use that at 1% to get the 0.1% result. Too much honey will mute out the other flavors. It took me 40 iterations and 8 months to finally figure that out.
I have found that combining Fuji with Green Apple at a 2:1 ratio gives a better apple flavor that Fuji alone. I got the idea to combine Nutty Princess with Latakia from /u/Furyxus in his Fury recipe. I added the Cubano to give the tobacco more of a cigar flavoring.
Needs a couple weeks of steep time.
I have a hard time believing that 2% Latakia being any good at all. But to each their own...
I tried those in lots of variations. The main problem is the Cubano is very dominate over the other two with anything much higher than 1% of it.
I've only played with cubano a couple of times, but it's a big bully for sure. I still can't help but think that you've got too much Latakia in there; that amount of bite and mouthfeel would be very unpleasant and only make cubano worse, which will definitely mask and alter the apple flavor you're getting. I'd try the mix at 0.3-0.5 Latakia and 0.5-0.75 cubano and see what that does. If you have, then I dunno what to tell ya partner.
Unsweetened Strawberry Lemonade
Vendor | Flavour | Amount ------|-------|------ INW | Strawberry | 6% INW | Shisha Lemon | 3% INW | Strawberry Wild Concentrate | 0.025%
I know that Strawberry lemonade has been done pretty much to death, but I think this makes for a refreshing and semi-realistic attempt.
The first couple of drags have a slight astringent quality on the back of my throat until the coils warm up, and I've also noticed that it tastes best around 80W when I normally vape between 70-72.50W.
On the next batch I may try using Shisha Lemon at 2% to see if that removes the initial issue.
Taste wise you get freshly squeezed lemonade with a floral accent on the inhale, and an unsweetened strawberry mixed with some bitterness from the lemon on the exhale. I expect it will even up with more steeping time.
Just finally the % for Strawberry Wild is not a mistake. I didn't realise I had a bottle of the concentrate and used a full 1% on my first batch. It was unvapeable unless you really like smoking pot pourri. 0.025% works out at 2 drops per 120ml, and even then you still notice it's there.
Is strawberry wild really 0.025%? I'm not sure how I'd measure that without diluting the concentrate first haha.
No, it's not. 2 drops per 30ml of concentrate from any 10-30ml bottle is somewhere between .1 & .3%, usually. Sometimes .4% depending on the flavouring. I usually get .2% or .15% from 2 drops of anything.

Not having access to a Lemon Grass, I was never able to clone this for a robot I know. She loves it and now thanks to Flavorah, she can.

The Lemon Grass with the Guava brings out a, very fucking, bright floral/tropical scent; not like you'd imagine, though. It's hard to explain but is very easily an ADV, even for me who generally does not go for fruity mixes. I believe the Lemon Grass should be available soon. I haven't played too much with it yet but it goes pretty well with any fruit. Going to tackle a Watermelon Jellies mix soon, too.
A friend got some new flavors so I decided to whip something up, pretty nice shake n' vape, but becomes less harsh with a few days of steeping. The almond and horchata add a nice nutty undertone to round out the tartness of the melon.

So this is my recipe for my first presentable cereal vape. I've been using only 3 or 4 flavors at most so far, but this cereal is actually one of my favorites I've ever tasted. For a more savory cereal, bump up the graham cracker and brown sugar flavors, and you can omit the sweet tangerine. For a more tangy cereal, you can put more fruit rings flavor in it, and lower the graham cracker a tiny bit. (Hazelnut can also be omitted depending on preference.)

NOTE; Personally, the meringue flavor is totally necessary for most cereal vapes. It tastes and smells just like the sugar coating on lucky charms.
Nummanade - Blue Raspberry / Punch Lemonade
I'm a sucker for fresh, fruity vapes. I was playing with a blue raspberry lemonade and decided to add cherry and pineapple to it, and bam! Tasted that Hawaiian Fruit Punch goodness underneath the blue raspberry and lemonade. I'm going nuts for this stuff, vaped almost 500mL in two weeks.

A couple of recipes I've been liking lately; they are a result of my current obsession with natural mint. The first is based on a juice bar juice I had recently. The second just sounded good.
Cool Down

- Natural Mint (INW) 0.50%
- Pineapple (INW) 1.50%
- Sweet Coconut (FLV) 1.50%
- Two Apples (INW) 1.00%
This one is really good. Two apples is in there to change up the taste of fuji a little bit (I think I use it to much). Leave it out and raise fuji to 3-3.5 if you want.
Hibiscus Lime WIP
- Hibiscus (Cap) 5.00%
- Key Lime (TFA) 2.00%
- Natural Mint (INW) 0.35%
You can also increase the mint to 0.5 in this, but may want to take the key lime up to 3 if you do. I'm looking for suggestions with this one.
I purchased Natural mint for a reason back in April, and couldnt remember why...and just was able to find this thread again. Reddit search is such shit, so thanks google.
Just wanted to check and see if you made any updates since you posted? Im getting ready to mix these up
Haven't really messed with either much. If you mix the first one, up the Fuji a bit (or make as is and up it if you desire).
The second one did not age well.
Let me know if you make anything worth while! I haven't been on the sub lately; just busy with life and stuff.

This recipe is an evolution from /u/skiddlzninja's Revised Nana Cream Clone. This is my one and only every-day, all-day vape, and it's the result of my continued attempts to refine the perfect juice for my palate. This recipe has gone through more than seventeen iterations over the last five months. It was a great experience and I think I learned a lot about these flavors. I've been satisfied with this final version for a few weeks now, so I think this is it—I've reached my juice nirvana.
This ends up being notably different in character than 'Nana Cream, though it's built on a similar base. This recipe adds some cactus, citrus, and coconut. The result is juicy, tangy, and exotic. It makes my tongue tingle with sour acidity on the inhale, with a thick, sweet exhale. I hope other people enjoy it as much as I do. But taste is subjective, so I highly suggest tinkering with this or any other recipe until it becomes exactly what you want!

Blueberries & Cream
<Bavarian Cream> (<TFA>) @ 3.5% <Blueberry Extra> (<TFA>) @ 8% <Marshmallow> (<TFA>) @ 1% <Whipped Cream> (<TFA>) @ 3.5% <Vanilla Swirl> (<TFA>) @ 1%
Just something I put together off the top of my head. Really loved the way blueberry extra smelled (very smooth, resembling the blueberries in muffins, or the blueberries flavor in yogurt). I wanted a yogurt but didn't have any yogurt flavors so i just went with a cream instead. Took some pointers from botboy's strawberry banana yogurt recipe and threw in sum vanilla swirl. I just love bavarian cream so it had to go in too. The whipped cream I added in because I heard it adds a good light creamy aspect and when smelled it has a tangy smell, which I thought wo go well with the overall creamy aspect of the blueberry extra. I always add in 1% tfa marshmallow to 99% of my stuff because i feel it melds creams together very well, adds just a little sweetness, and in general tastes good/is a great blender. This has a bit of a muffin background as is(maybe from the blueberry extra?), but could VERY easily be turned into a delicious bluberry muffin or yogurt which I will undoubtedly will try in the future. Some may prefer to add in a more tart blueberry to accompany the blueberry extra, and though i dont currently have any others, that would be the only thing I would change in this recipe. Also I mixed at 75/25 1.5mg and got more that average throat hit whats causing this? This is the first iteration of the recipe and it turned out great!
Edit: What did I do wrong with the formatting? I copied and pasted the format above, made new lines for each flavor, and all I did was literally select the words I needed to change and type over.
TL;DR: I tried to make a pineapple upside down cake. So far it's good, you should try it.
Had an idea hit me yesterday that I wanted something reminiscent of a pineapple upside down cake. Haven't had one of these in real life for a long time and I decided it might be fun to recreate it in delicious vapor form. Here's my v1 concept, which I mixed last night and it's tasting pretty great this morning.
-
CAP golden pineapple: 5%
-
FW yellow cake: 3%
-
CAP cake batter: .5%
-
CAP sugar cookie: 2%
-
CAP vanilla custard (v1): 1%
-
TFA Swedish gummy: 1%
-
FA joy: .5%
-
FA meringue: .5%
A few notes on how I landed on these starting values...
The Base: FW yellow cake, Cap cake batter, Cap vanilla custard v1, Cap sugar cookie.
I wanted the light, sugary cake to be the underlying layer, one that my other top notes would bounce off of and blend together in. Now I know what we're all thinking right now. Oh fuck it's yellow cake. Well you know what. It's fucking dank. I will be omitting this once I find a suitable replacement but I think as a jumping off point this was essential to my base, and the small amount of cake batter helps to make it more full. Sugar cookie doesn't really act as a cookie, but more for adding some dense sweetness to the body. A helping of custard for a nice eggy edge to round it all out. Overall pretty straightforward as a start for the backbone of this recipe.
Top notes: Cap golden pineapple, TFA Swedish gummy
Only pineapple I currently have, and I think I got close with its percentage here. I can tell right away that it will probably loose its initial potency after a good steep, but for now it's right where I want it to begin experimenting. Typically PUC has a topping of maraschino cherry, so I picked the best smelling candied cherry flavor I could find in my stash. At 1% it isn't quite as I imagined it, and definitely want this to be the focus of my next batch, either by adjusting percentage or finding a different flavor altogether.
Additives: FA joy and FA meringue.
Straight forward here, a dash of joy for bakery yeastiness and meringue for powdered sugar.
As I mentioned before, this is version one and will be with me all day for me to criticize and rip apart for what I don't like about it. I'd love for some discussion on possible alternatives either by percentage or flavor recommendations, or not, I don't care. Either way I'll be posting here with my updates if anyone wants to join along on the ride.
EDIT: forgot to mention 70vg/30pg at 3mg/ml nic.
Been playing around with PUC off and on for a while now. Still working on getting it right. This looks good, the addition of Swedish Gummy is very interesting... I'm probably going to steal that.
But two things stand out.
-
You're right about the pineapple fading back. I haven't quite figured out what to do about that. Probably just raising the % (5 to 6 is what I've gone with in the past too) to a level that's icky fresh but steeps just right. Future experiments will probably probably backing up the CAP Golden with a some INW Pineapple or a very small amount of TFA Pineapple.
-
How you gonna call it PUC without any brown sugar? Not saying you have to use TFA brown sugar - some caramel might actually be a better route - but the caramelization of the pineapple is what makes PUC so good.
Please post those updates!
Hell yeah that sounds perfect. I like the caramel idea, only reason I didn't do brown sugar before was I don't have that flavor, will try in V2. I've also gotta order some inw pineapple it sounds like, I want that to be a consistent top note and not something that just slowly fades into nothing but cake. try out the Swedish gummy! I'm gonna knock it up .5% every batch until I hit somewhere I like. I will post v2 when I mix it up!
I will definitely try Swedish Gummy for the cherry. Very grateful for the idea.
Whether it comes from TFA Brown Sugar (brown sugar is one of the main ingredients in PUC, after all) one of any of the various caramel flavors out there, or some other flavor I haven't thought of yet, something has to bring that cooked sugar and caramelized pineapple flavor to the party. Otherwise you've got what might be a delicious pineapple cake, but calling it PUC is just... wrong.
I've been trying to think of some unique recipies so I mixed up a batch of this last night and was pretty good right off the bat. I was thinking along the lines of a peanut butter/watermelon custard or pudding. I know i really won't be able to gauge this one until it steeps enough for the peanut butter to come through but I feel like I am on the right track.
Any ideas to improve? I think I will do another batch with a light touch of candy caramel to make the peanut butter pop more and then some CAP vanilla custard instead of the cream and cheesecake.

OK, so I guess this falls into the Bakery section, I've been doing DIY for a year or so and finally happy with a recipe that I feel worth sharing.
>"A custard cream is a type of biscuit popular in the British Isles. Its structure is that of a sandwich, with a creamy, custard-flavoured centre between two flat biscuit layers. Traditionally, the filling was buttercream (which is still used in home-made recipes) but nowadays cheaper fats have replaced butter in mass-produced biscuits. The filling tastes of vanilla and as such is more akin to the taste of custard made with custard powder than egg custard. It is believed that the custard cream biscuit originated in 1908.[1] They usually have an elaborate baroque design stamped onto them, originating in the Victorian era and representing ferns.[2]
>Some British and Irish supermarkets produce own brand versions, with variations including lemon, orange, chocolate, strawberry, coffee and coconut flavours. In a 2007 poll of 7,000 Britons, 9 out of 10 voted custard creams to be their favourite biscuit.[2] In 2009 it was ranked the eighth most popular biscuit in the UK to dunk into tea.[3]" - wikipedia.
So here you go, my take on it. See below for a few notes.
Marshmallow - don't sub for Cap Marshmallow, it's not the same what so ever.
Graham Cracker - it's the dark one, not the clear one. I haven't tried the clear so cannot say if it being substituted will work.
Sucralose - I use the standard Capella sucralose, if you use Capella Super Sweet, use half of what my recipe states so 0.5% opposed to 1%.
Starts tasting really good after 3 days or more. I always do a warm bath with the bottle straight after mixing, and shake until there is so much air that it is cloudy. If you can leave to steep for 1 week or more then it just gets better.
Dude, the Graham Cracker dark has corn syrup, coloring and things that shouldn't be inhaled. Use GC(clear)
I hear you. Looking at the ingredients on TPA website.
>Ingredients:Natural & Artificial Flavor, Propylene Glycol, Water, Caramel Color, Corn Syrup,Ethyl Alcohol,Salt.
I haven't tried clear but from what I've read, it's not as good. As you can see, i'm only using 0.5% in the mix, the amount of diactyl in my mix is a lot more than corn syrup. The 0.5% doesn't really darken the mix too much either, I've been vaping on temp control 450C with SS fine. And let's be honest, ethol maltol and sucralose are not really meant to be inhaled, neither are the majority of these flavoring compounds in general, we only fear the ones we do because we know about the dangers from them.
That being said, I will order some clear and i'll try switching it out and comparing the two.
Flan
A Caramel & Custard like Dessert
I'm a huge fan of flan. For some reason I just really like flan. Some flans are better than others, some flans aren't that good at all, but overall the flan experience I had with flan is good. All that flan being said, flan is pretty good. I wanted to make a flan recipe. A flan recipe that tasted like flan cause I think flan is good. This is my flan.

I wanted to do a write up of flavorings on this but I got lazy so I'll do it later and you can check them out on my website www.diyordievaping.com when they're up. That's why this is in this thread.
Huge flan fan myself. Constantly looking for profiles to re-create and how I never thought of this is crazy. I will have to give it a go. I will check out the write up on description as the almond from first glance is throwing me for a loop on how it incorporates. Thanks for sharing and check out my toasted coconut macaroon recipe. Love your feed back.. It's based off the cheep keebler kind of cookie nothing like your recipe.. Keep mixing
- Forest fruit (FA) 3.5%
- Liquorice (INW) 0.6%
- Anise (INW) 0.3%
INW Liquorice is straight up delicious. Sweet with a thick body and a perfect black liquorice flavor. You can definitely use more but I like the balance as it is. Anise is provides some support to the flavor and mouthfeel without boosting the sweetness as much. At a total of 0.9% it's a delicate base for the berries and far from overpowering.
FA Forest Fruit is pretty well known by now, not much to say here. Delicious forest fruit mix, and 3.5% isn't pushing it since it's not one of the strongest FA concentrates. And thankfully it's also not one of the harsh ones either.
SOGGY PEBBLES ALMOND REMIX I stumbled upon a post yesterday when looking for a good recipe including tfa fruit circles and stumbled upon "soggy pebbles" by Eizooz. Since I didn't have all of the ingredients listed, I altered the recipe very slightly and got excellent results.

Got some new flavorings in a couple weeks ago, after doing some base flavor testing to see how they work, I wanted to use the fruity one's together in a bright fruit mix. This is what I came up with.
I am calling it Spring Fling
- White Grapefruit (INW) 2%

FLAVORING TOTAL: 11%. Mixed at 20/80 pg/vg 2mg/ml nicotine.
The Pink Guava is standing on top, even at 1% after a week steeping. It is what I taste primarily but the citrus is helping back up the tart notes of the guava. The Peach and hibiscus are falling into the background but definitely add something to the mix. I like the Strawberry Ripe / Dragon Fruit combo to help sweeten things up and mix the fruits together.
This was an experimentation of mine to find something to work around some of the new flavors I just got, any critiques and comments are more then welcome.
Hope everyone is having a nice spring.
I had to leave hibiscus out, but made this while adding 1 drop per 10 mL of EM. I just got pink guava, white grapefruit, and white peach in and I am loving this mix. Needs a few tweaks as its a bit harsh even after a few days, but it will probably make its way to the adv rotation.
I'm a baby mixer (3weeks) but I mixed up something I like.. Twizted creamcake:

Comments and suggestions welcome Thanks to everyone who contributes to this reddit. It's been indispensable in learning to DIY.
I'm a reddit nubie and 1st time posting. Love the community. I have studied this site for a bit and am very impressed with some recipes. I really am amazed at some of the techniques used that are considered common place. I thought i was silly doing some of the stuff i was doing but when it worked it was something i enjoyed. 1yr and 8mo non smoker. 1yr 7mo diy. I would like to give my best recipe for the first one. I hope i get some feedback and love criticism. Please let me know if i do not format correctly.
How i came about this recipe was really a fluke and that i feel it was what i was looking to replicate on my first mix was even more so a fluke. I was doing my wifes nails for her..LOL I know.. I went to get some yogurt and it had been ate by the kids. My wife carries the small containers to work with her and i just grabbed one. Took a bite and flipped the lid back over and seen it was coconut macaroon. Not the fancy type but the cheep toasted macaroons. Good none the less. I told her i think i can replicate this while i do your nails. Here is the result.
