Vape Clarity Update and Issues

Hello all. We have experienced an electrical fire from our neighboring tenant early March that has forced us to evacuate the building for major repairs. On March 24th, we were back in business but experienced intermittent electrical and connectivity issues that have ruined many batches in mid-production. We have been in a holding pattern this entire week, but due to the incompetence of our landlord, it seems that we have no choice but to relocate.

This is the worst option for us as we will have to relocate all of our mechanical systems, recalibrate our metering pumps, move all our drums of VG/PG via freight, and thus being unable to fulfill all our clients orders.

We truly apologize for letting all of our loyal customers down. This has been one unfortunate event after another. We hope to see you once again once we get through this transitional phase.

I've been holding out all month to place an order with you. I'm gunna have to place an order elsewhere this weekend; but I promise I'll pick up another Liter once ya'll get settled in to the new place. Good luck with the move!

Good fortune on your move, sorry to hear.

A next door neighbor's ruinous maintenance of a water tank was a huge boon for an old business of mine. I paid extra for insurance to pay my overhead and profit losses in the event of a neighboring calamity. Never reopened that shop, just let the insurer pay me for 6 months.

They sued the bejesus out of the neighbor and landlord, though.

I guess I was one of the lucky orders. First time buying for VC haven't tried it yet but I do have to say I ordered on a Friday night it shipped Saturday and I had it Monday. So, that's by far the best shipping I've had next to gremlins shipping. Hope things go smooth with the move.
