Pretty straigt forward, who do you guys recommend following on ELR?
/u/notcharlesmanson
/u/enyawreklaw
/u/coop34
/u/CUTTWOODSPY, psych, I put myself fourth
/u/tranceinate
/u/vurve and /u/matthewkocanda will be added to that in a few months. Mark my words.
<3 oh my god. This just made my overall shitty day so much better. It's crazy how just a few months ago, I was mixing disgusting baby vomit eliquid, and now I'm considered at least halfway decent by the people I looked up to when I started mixing.
I appreciate you all so much.
You're making me blush bro. I had no clue my stuff was good enough to even be considered a runner-up.
I got mad respect for /u/matthewkocanda though
It's not just about the recipes being good or not. Your recipe could be complete shit, but as long as you guys keep giving notes like you are, that's what helps people the most.
Not implying your recipes are shit by any means. They're good. But the notes are key.
Not sure who I would drop off, since TWO is my #6. They would probably sit 7 or 8. I wish /u/botboy141 would stop being a responsible adult and taking care of his children and instead mix more so I could put him back in his ranking...
Tootin' your own horn just a bit? :P
Funny that Duke Silver would comment about tootin' horns. Intentional?
I'm only 5th because I don't post any recipes to ELR.
Nah, mostly because we've never just chatted about technique. Wang and Matt have both shown me the technique they use to create recipes, and coop's raspberry custard was one of the best juices I've tried. You're a great mixer, but I've never talked to you about technique, despite us being friends for like, the past 9 months :(
Ask me about my top 5, ima answer like Dylan
Easy one ;p
- ENYAWREKLAW
- ThridWorldOrder
- Fizzmustard
- Lars
- Ken O'Where
Although I do follow others, and been working on my own recipes at this point to get some more unique stuff going.
:)
I havent had a lot of time for personal mixing lately as i have been testing flavors from a couple different companies and received too many flavorings at once. Ive put most of them aside to test Real Flavors, i did so because, dayum.. They are producing some fantastic all VG based flavorings.
In regards to the OP, i follow a lot of people on ELR. I dont really have any favorites, i rarely mix other peoples recipes. I just like to watch people advance from single flavor mixes on to the more complex.
~Ken O'Where
Hey ya Ken. Yeah I've made the strawnana more than a few times over last few months ;p I like to add in a little Bavarian cream but not too much, about 3% and lower cap custard to 7% (don't have recipe in front of me but that's what I remember doing different)
Dylan Dylan Dylan Dylan and Dylan cause he spits hot fire
Memes aside skiddz comment is pretty much on point
