Blue Label - Recipe

So let me preface this by saying this juice will not be for everyone. If you don't get the name of it, most likely will mean its not for you lol. So this is my first recipe I am posting. It is a tobacco juice (which I usually am not a fan of) that is complex and defines itself as a tobacco juice without being too tobaccoey (is that a word?). Its coming up to summer which means sitting by the fire and relaxing with a glass of scotch that I normally pair a cigar with. Trying to not have cigars either since i haven't had a cigarette in 3 years. So I was going after a complex tobacco flavor that still had some sweet aspects too it but that was not overly sweet or overly dry. This is not duplicating a cigar but it is going to be a much less sweet vape then my ADV for the past 2 weeks which has been Wayne's Funfetti. So here it is

(Cappuccino-CAP) @ 0.6%
(Chocolate-FA) @ 0.4%
(Kentucky Bourbon-TFA) @ 1%
(Oak Wood-FA) @ 1%
(RY4-FA) @ 1.25%
(RY4 Double-TFA) @ 4.5%
(Salted Caramel-FW) @ 1.4%
(Sugar Cookie-CAP) @ 3.5%
(Vanilla Bean Ice Cream-TFA) @ 1.25%
(Virginia Fire Cured-FW) @ 0.4%

Total 15.3% Flavoring. 80/20 VG/PG.

So yes there is 10 flavors all together. Now we get to dive in to them :)

Cappuccino and Chocolate - So I went through a few coffees and each one would always overpower the mix. Cappuccino seems to blend well with the chocolate and gives a subtle taste of each without overpowering anything else. FA chocolate gives a nice darker chocolate note in the background, but can over power any mix its in. Using it at only .4% gives you the essense without only tasting chocolate.
Kentucky Bourbon and Oak Wood - This should be a no brainer but using these will give the juice the feeling of being aged in a whiskey barrel which pairs well when drinking a scotch. Using a 1:1 ratio I believe works the best for this.
RY4 and RY4 Double - Obvious part of the tobacco aspect of the juice. RY4 Double is the primary which is going to give the sweet tobacco with notes of vanilla caramel. The RY4 for FA tends to be much sweeter and less tobacco notes. So this is just adding to the vanilla and caramel sweet notes and only slightly to the tobacco.
Salted Caramel and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - So VBIC by TFA I knew had to be in it. I tried with Capellas but it seemed to fall flat. TFA will give you the nice Vanilla Flavor but also will give you the perfect creaminess to help with the mouth feel/texture. The salted caramel is going to aid the caramel and add this super subtle salty note. You could probably get away with caramel original from TFA but i highly recommend the salted caramel for this.
Sugar Cookie - This was a key ingredient. This is going to add a subtle sweetness to the vape that will keep the tobacco from the harsh or drying out. This will also be highly used in the mouth feel. It helps the vape feel thicker, fuller, and sweeter without completely taking away from the other flavors.
Virginia Fire Cured - This was used simply because it was the only straight tobacco flavor I had. You could leave it out if you wanted but adding a little bit of a different full tobacco adds to this vape alot. Any tobacco you have should work just make sure you are using it at a very low percentage.

So there ya go. I mixed it at 80/20 because the extra VG adds a slight sweetness as well and feels much smoother on the throat with the tobacco. As per usual it does need to steep. Ultrasonic I think will kill this juice. A short warm water bath to thin out the VG and a hearty shaking and putting in the closet for 1-2 weeks is best. This shines around 2 1/2 weeks. Any suggestions let me know. Other wise I hope you guys enjoy :)

Great notes on this! Although I'm not big on any tobacco vapes, this still intrigues me because of the other notes. I might mix it up eventually just to try it out. But either way, this looks like a great recipe.

Yeah I'm not either actually lol. Certain sweet ry4s I liked but that was it. This def is a bit drier but the other flavors help and it pairs so well with scotch/rum/Cognac. It's not something for all day though

I too have been on a search for a perfect coffee flavor. Have you considered FLV? I've read good things and should have my order for their coffee and mocha tomorrow.

Cappuccino CAP tastes like dumpster juice from a Starbucks trash can to me.

Yeah I know. My favorite for coffee is FA dark bean. But this is more tobacco and with only using 0.6% of the cappuccino your not getting dumpster. Your getting just a suddle hint of coffee. I think its the mix with the chocolate that gives it more or a mochachino feel.

Looks great, but your cotton will last like 30seconds with this recipe.

Usually lasts me night of vaping it. Probably go through about 20-25 mls and then I change it anyways cause I would change flavors and this will sit in your cotton and flavor chase no natter what

I was actually just being a smart ass :-) But I know especially FA Chocolate is a big gunker as are most tobaccos (so I've heard).

Inawera Am4a (Amphora) would be good in this, I think. It also reminds me of pipe tobacco with some subtle earthy, fruity notes. Cherry or raisin and sometimes wine, so it might pair with the bourbon nicely.

Yeah but its being used at such a low percentage its just to add a touch more tobacco. When vaping it you do get the essence of a fine cigar with the layers and little back notes of the coffee and chocolate and vanilla
