Hey guys, long term lurker first time poster
I took a bet and only ordered 3 flavors for my first order hoping that I could make a vape able flavor to binge on and I succeeded.
Ingredient|% :---|---: Blackberry (FW)|8 Blackcurrant (FA)|3 Lemon Sicily (FA)|4
Flavor total: 15%
Remember to rate it at e-liquid-recipes.com! This flavor is similar to "gravity mixing- Tesla", strong blackberry inhale with a nice lemonade exhale and a little bit of cooling from the koolada. I added 3 drops of koolada per 5 ml. Also if anyone has these flavors on hand I would appreciate some opinions on if anything needs changing! Anyway hope you guys like it!
Flavor notes: Blackberry(FW)- The blackberry from FW is a natural blackberry flavor. It is not that strong so if you want blackberry to be the primary flavor I would say use it at above 6%. Also despite blackberries being naturally tart this flavor is more on the sweet side and needs some type of citrus to brighten it up.
Lemon Sicily(FA)- This lemon flavor is more of a natural lemonade flavor and can brighten up darker flavors. I found that using it above 4% can make overpower the juice and so I would use it sparingly.
Blackcurrant(FA)- This is a really interesting flavor, it is hard to describe but I would say it is almost fig like. As with the lemon Sicily, it can easily overpower a juice. To me this recipe would not exist without it though. It works well at balancing the lemon and adding a darker fig like flavor to the blackberry.
I don't have these flavors so I subbed blackberry for blueberry (extra), subbed black currant for black tea, and lemon Sicily for fruit circles. Thanks for the recipe, will let you know how it tastes!

I'd vape your nation.
I have blackberry and black currant both from TFA, but ill have to give this a go
I recommend keeping the TFA blackberry to 4% max otherwise it gets rather floral.
The floral quality mellows out during steeping.
Also I've found TFA black currant to be significantly weaker than FA (no surprise there). FA is far superior imo.
How would you categorize FA blackcurrant? I'm having a hard time accurately describing it. I said it was fig like and I think that is semi correct but there is something else there that I cannot quite put my finger on.
I wouldn't really describe it as fig.. to me figs are more "buttery" and "soft."
I'd describe it as slightly tart, but still sweet, with a dark "musky" berry-like base and bright high-notes.
But then again I enjoy spewing contradictions.
Regardless, fa blackcurrant is one of my favorite flavors. It works very well as a compliment to many different fruits.
Let me know how it goes man! Do you have the lemon Sicily? And the Koolada?
I have the lemon sicily, but ill have to suck on an ice cube for the koolada. Ive never picked it up, does it work well?
I think the Koolada really lightens up fruit flavors and gives a nice cooling mouthfeel. I added just a tiny bit to this juice because it works so well with fruit flavors. And it doesn't add any mint notes which is nice. But the recipe should be fine without it. But if you get a chance I would for sure get some.
Thanks for posting a recipe, but something like this belongs in the monthly recipe thread, unless you add some notes and other things about the flavors, processes and whatnot that led to the juice. Thanks for sharing tho!
