Grapes
submitted over 9 years ago by thegmarq

So I've been looking around Reddit and grape is a very rare flavor ,I guess, for people to use. So I've bought every grape you could think of. And got my hands on the new inawera grapes. At 4% it seems like a very good grape jolly rancher in case anyone's looking for that.

Side Note: I can mix up all the grape flavors I have when I get back from Disney and post here for other people if anyone would want.

Wait until FLV Grape gets released alongside Cake Batter & mix FLV Grape & INW Grapes together. Fun times. I don't know why you're getting jolly rancher from it though, it's a mixture of green & purple grapes or red & purple or some shit.

I can attest to this. FLV Grape is great. Going to have to try with cake batter now :)

I didn't mean to mix the two, but by all means, go for it! lol

They actually go together very well. The cake gives it more body as it can use some sweetner so as to not be so acidic. It still tastes good on its own as it tastes like grape jolly rancher.

Would love to see your notes on the different grapes when you get a chance. It's a flavour I'd like to play with more.

Ive had two commercial Grape ejuices (Grape by Millennium Potion, and Purplen Cow by Earth's Bounty) and they were both perfect grape. Yet I keep buying grapes and cannot seem to get it to sit well in a mix.

I was recommended INW Grapes, and while it's better than TFA Grape Juice, it still feels "hollow". Something missing.

Although INW Grapes at 3-4% and TFA VBIC 8% makes a pretty decent Purple Cow. Just not as good as the commercial juice I had.

Edit: FA Concord Grape is just putrid to me.

2 best grapes I've ever had were glorious grape (forgot brand name). Then grape drank by ruthless. Both were amazing. Both have yet to be cloned lol. And as far as the tfa vbic. I feel like dying when I vape that shit. It's garbage everyone says it's wonderful and the best vbic out there but I can't stand it.

If I only have TFA Grape Juice, would you think it's worth mixing with VBIC or would that not act right?

I actually tried that first, similar results. I think I used about 6%. Needs to sit for a few days though.

Funny I was just researching grape flavours earlier today. One that I saw mentioned in a thread with a few endorsements was FE Grape. I figured I would order it along with INW and FA Concord.

EDIT: I haven't mixed or used any of these yet, just regurgitating what I read, I know the grape info seemed scarce to me as well.

I shall thank you now kind sir! Just took it out of my cart :) I have INW Grape still in there. Also that FE Grape in the ECX cart. Hoping against hope that FLV Grape gets released this week as I have to order by weeks end likely. If not...well, I shall patiently wait and pay big bucks in Canada for it :)

Saw you were ordering Concord grape. Don't! It sucks lol. It's like a musty white wine grape. Idk I only had a few drags on it so I can't give you a full review but it wasn't good.

Thank you very much! Removed from cart...musty white wine does not sound appealing at all....especially since I hate white wine, never mind the musty part!

I mixed up a grape and watermelon mix with inw grapes at 4% and it seemed a bit florally. Some of inw can be pretty potent so I'm gonna dial it back some and see if it's coming through strong without the floral notes because it's very much so the dominant flavor in my mix still.

I can't do watermelons for some reason. So I can't help you there as far as mixing the inw grapes, lower it to 2.5-3. That's what I found a good mixing percentage

I've not messed with grapes much but I have noticed that TFA Acai berry tastes very grape-like. I have a standalone I mixed around 12% and it tastes like grape juice to me. I was trying to name it and all I could come up with was grapes.

I mixed INW Grapes at 5% and the throat hit was ridiculous. Anyone else have that experience?

Edit: had the same experience with FLV Blueberry :/

I noticed a little throat hit at 4%, not unbearable but it wasn't pleasant.
