I first posted this a couple months ago and removed it due to LA lemonade possibly not being safe, but I've since done further research and concluded it was just as safe as any other flavoring. I'm reposting so that this can be indexed and found easily when searching. Given that tidbit of information, I present to you:
Best Damn Pink Lemonade|% ---|--- LA Lemonade | 6 TFA Raspberry Sweet | 2 TFA Strawberry Ripe | 1 FA Lemon Sicily | 0.75
Lemonade - Holy crap, LA Lemonade is awesome. I don't own much from Loranns, but when I do find something from them, it's a home run. This lemonade is simply perfect. The lemon flavor is perfectly balanced and taste exactly the way it should. Your are going to have a very hard time subbing LA lemonade. I imagine FLV is pretty good, but I haven't tried it yet. No other lemon flavors I have tried compare to LA. Lemon Sicily is totally optional, but highly recommended to not omit it. I use it to make the juice a bit more tart and give it that extra snap.
Pink - The pink part of pink lemonade is raspberry. You can't let it get overwhelming though, especially not in ejuice, otherwise you'll end up with an overwhelming floral flavor. This is why we use it at a low 2%. Any lower, the pink flavor doesn't come out. Strawberry Ripe helps to reinforce the pink part of pink lemonade as well. This isn't an overwhelming flavor and plays really well with other fruits at low concentrations. Lastly, there is enough EM in both of these flavors to sweeten up your lemonade.
Steep time - None! Complete and total shake and vape. You'll notice a significant decrease in flavor after two weeks.

Where the hell did you come from? You've been posting some awesome stuff lately and I don't remember seeing you around here before the last month or so.
I was lurking and reading 😊
And thank you!
I love you.
He's been around a while now. I always associated him with the band The Verve & haven't forgotten. Still can't tell you where he/she came from doooeeee.
Probably ECR.
Nope. Everything I do is here on reddit. You guys were just the most tolerable when I started looking for a community to learn from.
As I tell my friends and coworkers, I'm just a boring person with too many hobbies. And I rarely do anything half assed.
Mind commenting on what made you believe LA Lemonade might not be safe? And what made you come to believe it's no worse than anything else?
LA Lemonade used to be labeled as a "Flavor Oil" which lead people to make assumptions that it was non-soluble in water.
In reality, it's water soluble with no troubling ingredients in it.
I was a little freaked out about that warning too. My bottle says water soluble right on it and it still bothered me. I actually just started using it again, this weekend. I've been working on a pink lemonade too and replaced FLV lemonade with LA. Flavorah's just wasn't doing it for me. LA is the best lemonade I have come across. I'm definitely gonna mix this up! Thanks for the share!
I don't know if there are any flavor companies that make basil, but have you considered adding a touch of either that or mint? With actual lemonade, herbs, especially basil, add an insane depth of flavor.
Yes! I have looked for basil, but admittedly not hard enough. My GF keeps telling me she wants a Strawberry, basil Gelato.
After a quick search, the two that I found were Nature's flavors and Silver Cloud Estates.
OP... I concur with the LA Lemonade. It's a spot-on lemonade.
I've been experimenting with a couple of different strawberry's and varying the percentage of TFA Sweet Raspberry to get the profile I like, but this is a good recipe!
I've tried 5-6 other raspberries. All others are too strong, too realistic flavored, or too floral. I always find myself coming back to raspberry sweet when I'm ready to make another 100ml bottle.
It was my intention to include the failed flavors, but I'm on mobile right now. I'll probably update the notes when I get home.
I like the TFA Raspberry Sweet… it's a good flavor, but I'm wanting to bring the strawberry a little more to the front.
I also agree about some of the other raspberries out there. Some are good flavors, but not so much for a good lemonade.
I have a recipe similar to this. I named it Pink Lemonade while I was working through the versions, but I switched the name to Berry Lemonade since I still can't work out what the Pink in Pink Lemonade is. It funny because my Version 1 had no CAP Lemon Sicily, but my V2 had 1% and it helped it out.
I think Element NAILED the Pink Lemonade. Would love to know how to hit that "pink note".
I might have to go grab bottle to see how far off I am. Theirs is really good for sure, but it's been so long since I had it, I can't remember.
I actually stumbled upon it last week in a shop that is selling my line. I went down the whole bar and picked their Pink Lemonade as my favorite juice in there. I've tried it again a few times since. Always great, and I don't know where that flavor is coming from. It is closer to the Pink Lemonade we think of and not the Berry Lemonade. I am very happy with the Berry, though. It tastes similar to what you posted above. Good Work!
Thank you. Loved the blueberry waffle and the chocolate banana. Going to order LA lemonade if Walmart doesn't have it. Seriously thinking of going through your submitted history and ordering flavors I don't have for all your recipes.
Dude, I was going to post an update to blueberry French toast later tonight. Wait to order until you see it.
Sorry I butchered the names so bad I had just medicated. Thats what I call the versions I make because I dont have all the ingredients yet. Thanks for the heads up.
Yes. Please do post that update. I made your previous recipe with a slight variation or two, and it was damn good
This recipe looks delicious :) I have all on order, except FA Lemon Sicily instead of CAP. Hopefully it will be ok, as you say its optional. Thanks for the recipe, one of the first things I shall be mixing Im sure, as I love Pink Lemonade.
So I dont have LA lemonade =(
I do have FW Lemonade? Thoughts?
Sorry, I don't know. I've never used it and have no intentions of ever buying another FW flavor.
From someone who has never used lemonades before, why does the flavor significantly decrease that quickly?
As for why, that's a question abdada. All I know is that I steeped one for about a month and it lost almost all its bitterness. Tasted more like lemon koolaid than lemonade.
A fair amount of fruits have this problem, but citrus seems to be the worst.
Hello, Im new to diy and was wondering what does LA, TFA FA means?
Those 2-3 letter abbreviations denote the manufacture of the flavor. This is important because flavor can wildly differ between brands. Some brands even have up to 5-6 iterations of a single flavor.
LA = Loranns
TFA = The Flavor Apprentice
FA = Flavour Art
I'm trying this without the lemon sicily. For two reasons, 1.) I like my lemonade sugary 2.) I'm not about to buy a flavor just to attempt one recipe without anything else to try it in.
Thank you for your contribution to the sub, I am looking forward to making this.
Did you notice any slight harshness right after this was mixed??? Flavor is great I substituted .75 lemon sicily for .5 citrus mix FA but it tickles the shit out of my throat.
Some people will notice a slight harshness. Granted, it's nothing compared to TFA juicy peach, and I've come to rather enjoy it.
As the flavors emulsify into the juice, I've noticed it goes down. After 3-4 weeks, the harshness is almost completely gone. However, so is a lot of the juicy flavor.
Pink is my fav color, for multiple reasons ; )
