So i've been working on this on and off for the last 3-4 months and finally got to a point where i thought this to be very shareable. For those of you who don't know of this juice its a.. Well as the name suggests its banana, vanilla but with butterscotch and french pastry notes. Now while It's not an excact clone as the original uses a different kind of caramel butterscotch combo than FA's (more Dumle like ) the profile is pretty much the same. Most importantly it's a darn nice vape and is the main reason my rda has turned into a pacifier for the last couple of months..!

A nice thing about the recipe is that it's very versatile as long as you keep the main ingredients. Of course i would recommend using the exact recipe if you have the flavours but that's usually not the case.. So let me explain:
Sugar cookie: as the name suggest a nice sweet sugary cookie that makes the body and base of this recipe. It's not the main note but very important to the recipe, therefor this flavour cannot be subbed.
French vanilla: This insainly good flavour contains the pibe like vanilla but also gives of the pastry vibe that makes up a very important part to this recipe, therefor it cannot be subbed.
FA vanilla tahitty: added to pair with the french vanilla and add texture, i went with this over FA vanilla madagascar and vanillin. TFA vanilla swirl doesn't seem to work as it tends to mute the other flavours. Try you're favorite vanilla here or just leave it out, its not vital to the recipe
FA butterscotch: So the original does have a butterscotch/caramel undertone to it, though i dont think they use FA. But FA butterscotch is pretty damn nice and would easily recommend getting this if you want to try butterscotch. I use this between 1.5% to 2% depending on how much in the mood i am for BS. This flavour is on the strong side and .25% goes along way.. This flavour can be subbed to your favorite BS but keep the percentages low otherwise it can easily cover up the other flavours and we want this to be subtle. This flavour is also used as sweetner in this recipe
FA caramel: 0.5% added for texture, also because this and FA BS is like The perfect match, it is not vital to the recipe but i would recommend using it, again it can be subbed with you're favourite caramel at a low percentage.
Soft banana (molinberry) uuh yeah im guessing this is one of those most of you don't have yet, if not i deffinetly recommend picking this one up. It's the best between a natural ripe banana and a candy banana. Sweet, rounded and very tasty. Best of all, it doesn't reek of ethyl alcohol like most bananas do and doesn't need alot of airing to become vapeable. It isn't particullar strong either but ofcourse a key component to this recipe so here we are going 7%. Though this is the highest % flavour in this recipe it doesn't overpower the other flavours, i mean it's present but mostly in the odor. I found that TFA banana cream works here too at around 6% but think molinberrys is better and closer to the original.
So this recipe was built using 60/40 VG/PG but 70/30 works too. So mix it up, give it a good wank and give it a day or two to settle in..
Enjoy ;-)
sounds yummy!! I"M learning fast with diy that even if you bought 55 flavors you'll allways be short for a reciep.
Well, since I'm going to be ordering from molinberry and there's not much history of then being used here, can you recommend any other flavors?
i have a couple others, funky pinapple is pretty good and very authentic but can't compare it as i haven't tried any others. I also have their pink lady, it's a fruit blend that i only tried as a standalone with passion fruit, hibiscous, rose and guava.. Not sure if im diggin that last one
Panna Cotta! Seriously love that flavour, its a creamy rice flavour with some hints of berry and graham.
The Sharp Black Currant is also really tasty, pairs well with blueberries and bilberry.
Here's a link to my tasting notes for a few Molinberry flavours.
Banilla was one of the first juices I couldn't stop vaping. I must've vaped a gallon of that stuff. This looks interesting
Then maybe you know what the secret "Dumle" ingredient could be that im looking for? Just watched you're latest video on caramels, it was what inspired me to finally get my act together and write this post.. thanks for that btw :-)
