Heat baths and extreme shaking (saws, back massagers, etc.) can cause your flavors to mute in my experience. Try just shaking (really well), leaving it for 12ish hours, shake again and vape it then. This is my go-to method for shake and vapes. I like to mix before I go to bed then it is ready when I'm going to work....I'm not saying that you cannot just shake and go, but almost all juices benefit from at least a night of steeping.
So I wouldn't bump the Juicy Peach up by more than 1-2%, if at all. I would, however, drop the Bav Cream down to like 2-3% and the Cap Peaches and Cream down to like 3-4%. Not sure if you have any other peaches, if you have TFA Peach 2-3% of that plays well with Juicy Peach.
Also, for your next order, get FA White Peach and/or INW Peach(Brzoskwinie). Those two are by far the best peach flavours I've come across. Peaches and Cream is among my fave ADVs. For your cream base, 3% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream(TFA) with 2% Cap Vanilla Whipped Cream is to die for. Bav cream is a good cream, don't get me wrong. At 3-5% it is a nice flavor. But I like my peaches and cream to be a light sweet cream. Bav is a heavier cream to me.
Just an FYI too, V2 flavors tend to be "diacetyl free" flavors. Some of them play well with diacetyl containing flavors, like Bav cream, some don't. If creams are going to be your thing I highly recommend perusing some of the past threads on the differences between V1 and V2 creams.
One question I have though....if you are vaping 12mg I assume you aren't sub-ohm in which case I would highly recommend dropping to like 60/40 - 70/30. Unless you have a PG allergy that low of PG on a Pen is going to produce a really muted flavour imo and potentially lead to more dry burn due to wicking issues.
If you are Sub-ohm 12mg is like twice the "recommended" level. That high of nic will produce a harsher throat hit and imo a muted flavor. If you recently switched over know that you are producing a great volume of vapour on a subohm tank. Since the nic is in the vapor, bigger cloud means higher unit count, even if the relative density is thinner. E.g you are getting as much, if not more, nic at 6mg out of a subohm tank as someone vaping 12mg out of a pen.
I am fairly new to vaping. Been doing it for a month, me and the wife are tired of paying the steep price for premade juices, hence the dive into diy. We are both using crown tanks with .15 ohm nickel coils, hers on vtc mini and mine on a cuboid. I appreciate everyone's input, because I just don't know yet...lol. I was not aware of the v2 flavors being diacetyl free. At this stage I am not concerned with the presence of diacetyl. I know already that I need to make another flavor purchase, there's a few I missed and a lot more recipes I've found that sounds interesting but I don't have all the needed flavors. I thought I was doing good with the 40 some odd flavors I purchased already. I purchased a bunch of ejuice from a few vendors online and have purchased some from local b&ms. My wife and I both like the higher vg ratios, we both dislike the higher pg. We've tried many different ratios. My wife likes the lower nicotine levels and I prefer the higher nicotine levels. So are you saying the 12mg nicotine with that high of vg a waste with a sub ohm?
not waste, just getting a lot more nic in your bloodstream is all. If 12mg works for you, that's totally fine. But it may impact the flavor of your juices.
40 flavors is a good starting point, i think that's about what I started with too. Flavors are like pokemon. Welcome to the club, the rabbit hole is deep and tasty.
On the diacetyl front, personally for the most part it doesn't bother me. I love diacetyl based flavors and hope that the regulators don't end up killing a good thing.
Also you are def subohm so the high vg isn't a bad thing at all. My buddy prefers 85-95% VG personally my sweet spot is 70/30.
