Vanilla Classic or Vanilla Swirl for more vanilla taste in Custard?

I am trying to get a little more pure vanilla taste to my vanilla custard , it usually has plenty but someone i am making it for wants a hair more .

Try tfa vanillin for extra vanilla, or vanilla shisha if you want to add even more creamy sweet sweetness.

Vannilin will be easier to find since almost every vendor carries a good stock of TFA.

Yeah I'd second the vanillina if you want just a touch more vanilla without altering any other aspects of the recipe.

Vanilla Classic FA? Definitely that one. Vanilla swirl doesn't have a whole lot of vanilla flavor for me. Just creamy awesomeness.

If you really want vanilla flavor, look into INW shisha vanilla. 1% is all you need and it is instant. Vanilla classic takes a while to come through.

I feel like Shisha Vanilla is so creamy and rich, it might be usable as a main flavor at maybe around 3%. Kinda like an INW version of a vanilla custard. I'll try that with some sugar cookie and caramel, maybe this weekend.

Van swirl is more like vanilla frosting for me. I agree it is creamy and sweet.

If you want straight up vanilla extract flavor get some Holy Vanilla. It's not creamy to me, but it's pretty good.

Flavorshacks Holy Vanilla is great. I usually add 0.5%-1% to my most vanilla mixes if I am looking for straight vanilla taste. Pairs well with VBIC

You're welcome. Don't be scared by the price because it's potent so 15mL will last you quite a while. I haven't tried INW Shisha Vanilla like /u/niconeak suggested, but it's on my radar to pick up soon.

I use CAP French Vanilla and FLV Vanilla Custard for that thick vanilla taste in my custards. Along with CAP VC1.

I've recently been using a ton of CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream. SHITS GOOD...but I'm not sure how well it will boost Vanilla custard.

I found that the CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream has hardly any flavor, even after steeping. Everyone was raving about it when it was released but I'm jsut not feeling it. I think I'll have to play around with it a bit more.

Cap French Vanilla or TFA French vanilla cream seem to do it for me.

The lack of any strong flavour is good actually. I primarily use it in some recipes like rootbeer to add thickness without altering the flavour profile too much. It has that fluffy froth feel.
