Rich Cinnamon

Got some of this in the other day, and while it's quite delicious, it seems insanely concentrated. I used 4 drops in a 30ml blend and it was crazy prominent in my mix. Is this stuff meant to be diluted before use, and what should I expect after a week of steeping? Does it ever fall back in the mix?

I actually pre-dilute a LOT of concentrates. Anything that is usable at under 1% pure I'll dilute 5:1 or 10:1. It just makes tweaking easier for me.

I like the way you do things. Will the concentrates last longer if diluted too? I know you have said before that the aroma can escape over time but didnt know if that made it last little longer on the stronger concentrates

Yes, the more dilute the less likely aroma volatiles are likely to escape.

Pre-dilution can also help with steep time, somewhat. It isn't guaranteed but I do find that pre-diluting has helped flavors come out faster in the final mix down.

I know you do as much VG as you can but if the flavor is PG do you still dilute with pg or vg? I hadnt seen you mention that before. Im not really talking about just the MF flavors because think those or based in something beside pg. More like the FA and FLavorah one or inw im thinking about. I still need to place the order for MF flavors. Will have to do that when get home tonight.

Let it steep first, I don't think that flavor works at all in shake and vape compared to how it steeps.

Some people dilute others don't. A lot of people recommend 1-2 drop/30ml

You can use PG or VG. I prefer PG for dilutions because its easier to homogenize. If you're going for max VG then dilute in VG and shake a lot.

Definitely mellows substantially. Big difference after 3-4 days for me.

It does mellow with time(3-4 days for me too), but I still would never use it above .7% and even that is pretty high.

I've only used it in Cinapple Fritter so far, but it really shines with that authentic cinnamon.

On a side note, I somehow goofed and ordered it twice, so I have an extra one still sealed in plastic from Flavorah. Shoot me a message if anyone's interested.. I'll sell at cost and cover shipping.

Have you tried Cinnamon Ceylon? If so how does it compare? I may be interested in grabbing that from you if it's different. Ceylon tastes like Red Hot candies. I was expecting more natural cinnamon when I ordered it.

Unfortunately not familiar with cinnamon ceylon, but it is definitely the most authentic, 'natural' cinnamon I've used -- definitely not a candy or red-hot type cinnamon at all.

I currently use it on top of CAP Cinnamon Danish in Cinapple Fritter.

As is common with Flavorah it's very concentrated, and it definitely takes a few days in a mix for it to settle down -- it's very 'cinammony' at first.

How much RC do you add to the CAF recipe? I looked at it and it calls for way more than I'd put in there, especially on top of the cinnamon Danish swirl that's already well represented in the mix.

I mix at .33% as per returnity's recipe:

Even at that concentration it's pretty damn strong for the first few days but mellows nicely.
