Royal Dansk Butter Coconut Cookies  

I love when Christmas rolls around and i get that blue tin with all the danish butter cookies in it. The dark ones with the coconut flavor are my favorite so when i set out to find a good cookie i was quite pleased when it came out tasting like them. I hope you all enjoy!  

Inw - Biscuit - .75%  
Cap - Marshmallow - 2.2%
FA - Meringue - .75%
TFA - Coconut - .85%
WL - EM10% - .6% (Optional more or less)

There you go. A lot of strong flavors in there but i think they are somewhat balanced. Let me know what you think and what you change to make it better. #DIYORDIE

Tastes pretty good right after mixing. I subbed TFA coconut for FA coconut and dropped the % a bit. I'm excited to let it steep. Thanks for the recipe!

Its ok immediately but starts tasting really nice after 3 days or so. Smooths out a little bit.

Pretty low % flavor total, are they just so potent?
I do love them blue tin cookies. And coconut.

Yea biscuit, meringue, and coconut go a long way. You can up the %'s if you want a richer flavor but im sick of recipes that go overboard and think it cant be right until you hit 12%+
