Creamy Lemon-Cheesecake
-
5% Cap Lemon-Lime
-
1% INW Biscuit
-
.5% FA Fresh Cream
-
1.5% TFA French Vanilla
-
2% FA Meringue

4% Cap NY Cheesecake
Spent a few months coming up with this one, I'm finally happy with it. I hope the Cap LL comes as a surprise to you, it did to me=). It is a really versatile flavor, at home here and paired equally well with TFA Strawberry for a nice lemonade flavor. The lime is VERY subtle, almost non-existent, but the lemon blends with the cream and vanilla very well. Steep a week min, I like it best after 2 weeks!
I've been making a slight variation of this since we talked about it last time. Love it. Love you. Love them titties.
What have you changed? I swapped FV for Holy, it lost something. I swapped/added diff % of INW LC, too candy-like. Damn I'm tired of kicking this one around. Pretty friggin good as is.
I noticed on your ELR version you used fresh cream @ 1%.. which do you prefer?
Any subs for the last 3 ingredients?
I have many similar flavors.
Tfa CGC could stand in for NY at maybe 3%, /u/notcharlesmanson mentioned that he likes .75 FA Vienna Cream in place of French Vanilla, but idk if anything can stand in for meringue. Seriously, pick that up=). Make it without, I imagine it will lose some sweetness tho.
Prob will make something good, but it'll be way off from original!

Shake & vape!
Holy shit finally a use for my FW Cake Batter Dip. I'll mix this up in a bit, can't wait!
I'll be expecting feedback!
Its dark, moist, cakey and just straight up delicious. I'm loving it, perfect break from the citrus ridiculousness of my Shurb attempts. I've got it in that Crius/Velocity deck RTAs right now, I think it'd be even more amazing dripped at a higher temp.
Plus you made me realize the cake batter dip is actually awesome! I never thought I'd end up using it but now I'm pretty sure I'm going to buy a bigger bottle.
Oh hell yes, just saw this, have all the flavors and actually have time to mix today. Awesome! Thanks so much for all your contributions, you've got a great talent for it.
This hits for me where Funfetti missed (it's not a bad recipe I just have a weird palate, strawberry blindness in cream/cake mixes ect.) I was sad when I didn't like Funfetti because I adore Funfetti Cake. I mostly just mix fruits for myself so knew at my current skill level an attempt at a specific cake was going to be a long process full of fails, you've saved me a lot of time I don't have to put into creation right now. Thanks for this.
Man, this was very good. Mixed it up for the wife and she is hooked.
I added 1% LOR Cream Cheese Icing and 1 drop per 10ml of Bakers Flavors Vanilla Spong 3Cake and it turned out incredible. Thanks much man, good stuff!
Thanks! I love their Vanilla Sponge Cake. I'm hoping people start using that a lot more. I think maybe 4 or 5 of us actually have that flavor.
I'm interested in the different variations before you landed on this one in particular. Did you try the more "popular" or used versions of Cake Batter (CAP) and VBIC (TFA)?
I'll put up a post later today or tomorrow with notes. Basically, I just don't like CAP Cake Batter or TFA VBIC. I tested FW CBD standalone and figured I could make a decent Funfetti/birthday cake. Ol' Wayne already has Funfetti, so I went the generic route :)
hey... does cake batter dip taste like poptart icing? BFB Straight outta the toaster from Flawless has a poptart icing flavor that I'm trying to get ahold of and I can't pinpoint what flavor it is. My candidates so far are LA Cream Cheese Icing, FW Butter Cream, Cake Batter Dip, or VBIC. It's definitely not TFA or Capella.. Nor is it Flavour Art.
The icing flavor im talking about is very artificially sweet and obviously poptarts, but this is two companies now that have this same icing flavor and I can't seem to find it. I use to have cake batter dip but it tasted more like whip cream to me.
Hmm..I think you might be able to get that from it. I think it tastes a little more like those frosted animal crackers by itself.
Sigh. God damnit dude. Now I have to try cake batter.
I have gone thru 2x 16 oz bottles of CBD since last year...I will mix a 500 ml batch of this without any hesitation , thanks for the recipe!
I knew I'd like this just by looking at the recipe. I love cake batter dip and CAP VBIC is IMO the best VBIC there is. Mixed this up and it's quite tasty. Might add some tres leches next time and see what happens.
This sounds so good, I'm just missing the main ingredient, cake batter dip. Next order is going through /u/gremlinjuice, it's too bad they don't carry it. Hint hint nudge nudge :)
This was pretty good recipe. Was wanting to play around with the cake batter dip more till found out about sugar content in FW so haven't messed with it anymore yet.
Yeah, that was a pretty unfortunate discovery. I won't be using those flavors in public recipes anymore. Or, if I do, I'll make sure to add a disclaimer and link.
I've never had FW cake batter dip but I do have FW yellow cake, I'm gonna try this with yellow cake and a little bit of TPA vanilla custard and see where it goes. Thanks for the post.
That probably won't put it where you're hoping. CBD has a sort of fluffy, light frosting taste that I haven't been able to replicate using anything else. It's be worth it to just get it. It's pretty useful as an alternative to CAP Cake Batter, as well as a good addition to sweet bakery recipes.
Is there a significant profile difference between CAP cb and FW cbd?
I'm the wrong person to ask. I'm biased. CAP CB tastes like gross chemicals to me. FW CBD tastes like frosted animal crackers to me. But it does have sugar in it.
I think you're far from the only person to react that way to cap cake batter. I can't stand it at any percentage. But I've been pinning my hopes on fw cake batter dip for a while as I work up to a new order, and now I hear it has SUGAR in it? That so sucks. At the very least it's gonna wreck coils--at worst... I have no idea. Anybody know what vaping sugar does to a body?
Guava-Lime Candy
These were the inspiration for this recipe. The candy is a sweet and sour guava. This recipe takes that idea a little further.
-
.25% FLV Pink Guava
-
.25% INW Lime
-
.25% FA Fuji
-
4% CAP Lemon Lime
-
.5% INW Cactus
-
1% INW Dragonfruit
Damn, I wanna try this, but I previously swore off all limes. Always too harsh no matter how I age/breathe it. BUT since it's you I will give it another go and report back!
Edit: Just saw it is INW Lime, not FA Cold-pressed. Worth ordering?
Naturally, i didn't have INW Lime or CAP Lemon Lime (they're on the shopping list), but i have been fiddling using ingredients that i do have and have come up with a number of really tasty variations.
Initially I subbed FA Lime Tahiti for the INW and CAP, and added INW Lemon Mix, adjusting some percentages for strengths (sorry, on mobile and don't have my recipes in front if me.) I really like it. Tart guava with a grapefruit accent, candy lime pulls through with an occasionally spike of lemon. I didn't even get time to age it - i vaped through my 15ml sample really quick.
I've tried FA Lemon Sicily instead of INW LM in order to go along with FA Lime Tahiti's lime popsicle aspect - seems like an improvement over the INW LM.
Also tried adding 2% of both CAP Sweet Tangerine and FA Mandarin on top of my original sub-mix. THIS is really good imo, but very far from what you originally intended I imagine.
Thank you for the great recipe to start from. I'm enjoying fiddling around with this.
If anyone would like my substitution percentages, let me know and I'll post them when i get home.
Wow I need to try this. Every time I go to this Japanese restaurant they have a basket full of them and they are soooo good. I always thought it was Honeydew by the picture on them haha. What made you use FLV pink guava opposed to something that actually taste like Guava?
When I was eating 2 or 3 or 40 at a time, I got that sour, almost bitter taste. It seemed so familiar at the time. I got home and smelled everything similar I had, and FLV PG was when it hit me that it was that type of flavor that I detected.
I've never had the candy but this looked like a recipe I would really enjoy, unfortunately I didn't own any of the flavors listed so it was shopping time.
Mixed this a couple hours ago and wow, awesome stuff man. This juice is just a mouth full of flavor every time. I burned through about 5ml of my 30ml tester and immediately mixed another 120ml.

Thank you for this fantastic recipe.
So good my friend. Awesome job.
Getting tired of all the bakery flavours on here, not a bad thing but damn am I happy summer is coming - Fruit Time!
Spider's Crawl, a Widow's Walk Inspired Blend
We all know that Fizzmustard is a wizard. Widow's Walk is truly one of the most wonderful flavors I've ever vaped. Yes it's menthol, yes it's funky, yes it's the perfect liquid.
I feel mine is close, but there is definitely something missing that is in the original. Still, this is my homage to Widow's Walk and hands down MY favorite blend that I've concocted
-
2.75% FA Pomegranate
-
1.50% FA Fig Fresh
-
.85% FA Zen Garden
-
.65% INW Mint(Mieta)
-
1.25% FA Forest Fruit
-
.15% INW Green Tea
-
5 Drops per 30ml of 50% Menthol Solution
I just saw this – you gotta tag a brother!
You have one too many ingredients, but you're almost dead-on with the FA Pomegranate. Widow's Walk has it at 3% even. The rest...I'm going to have to order a couple samplers to try this because I'm super curious how close you got :)
Hey Dude!
I'm really bad about tagging folks, I need to remember to do so! This has been my White Whale ever since you sent me that first bottle. I went through a lot of variations, but this is what I ultimately settled on. It hits all the right notes for me, but (obviously) isn't quite right.
When I vape yours fresh, I swear I detect some Eucalyptus in there...but I've never been able to make it work with INW. You are truly an exceptionally talented mixer, and it was quite enjoyable trying to emulate your work. I'd love to try emulating Skullflower, but I'll never figure out the Kumquat note you magically created.
Look forward to hearing your feedback on my version, and thank you for the reveal on the Pomegranate!
Thanks for the kind words – you're far too kind. Reverse engineering things like this can require decidedly more talent than throwing things together in the first place so don't be too modest.
There's no eucalyptus in Widow's Walk, though I do love INW Eukaliptus Z Mieta something fierce. It's actually been my ADV (5% standalone) for months now. Really helps keeping the palate fresh for mixing.
Sadly Skullflower has an extract in it that's not publicly available. Believe me, I wish that weren't the case since I'd love to just buy the correct extracts instead of the uh..lengths I went to to get it where it is.
I've got 4 new flavors coming out soonish and I'll definitely be sending you a preview shortly ;)
Think it would be good without the Zen Garden? Could Hypnotic Myst be subbed here or are they too different?
It would definitely still be good, but Zen Garden is essential for the flavor profile I was going after.
{edit} I don't have Hypnotic Myst, so I really can't comment on how that would work in here.
Were the drops out of a syringe, glass bottle dropper, or what? Could make a big difference with 50% menthol.
can't seem to find INW green tea
Yeah I was worried that would happen. I ordered it from Wizard Labs when they first started carrying INW. Since then, their inventory has diminished and no other resellers seem to carry it. May have to order direct :(
OMG something I actually need to try...
For once I'm the one missing a flavor though (INW Mint), what type of mint is it?
Well done on the use of FA Zen Garden, could certainly see this being super yummy.
It's very much like fresh mint leaves. I went through almost every mint available trying to find something that was just like freshly picked mint leaves, and this was the closest I've found.
Holy shit. This is really close. I vaped it on top of Widow's Walk and it is damned close to my taste. The off note comes from, I think, using TFA Green Tea @ 0.35% in place of the INW Green Tea. But, damn. Thanks a lot.
Really glad to hear that! I'm happy to share this one, it took me quite a while to get it all to work together. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised once your INW comes. I had poor luck with FA teas in my early attempts, and I do not have TFA teas.
Thank you for your feedback! Not a lot of menthol people around here. I love my fruits cereals and custards, but I'm a menthol guy at heart!
This was really good, but I think the mint is wrong. I get more of a peppermint taste with the INW mint where WW has more of a natural leaf mint. I have been trying to track down a natural mint forever so have tried pretty much all of them and still have no idea which one Fizzmustard uses. Maybe at a much lower percentage this would be closer, going to try that next.
Still, as I said this is a very enjoyable vape as it is. Well done!
Just tried this and it is amazing! I left out the menthol (personally can't stand menthol). Definately a unique and delicious vape; thanks for the recipe.
I haven't tried any of /u/fizzmustard juices, but next time they have a sell I am going to pick a few up.
This mix looks so interesting that I have to give it a whirl. Thanks for raping my wallet!!
I've been in the culinary industry for 15 years, and I'd love to share a few of my recipes. Since cooking is my career, many of these recipes are based off of my personal favorite desserts to make for my customers. As a novice mixer, I base some of my recipes on tried and true existing recipes I've found (just like in the culinary industry). Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Anyways, here's what I have...

This is an adaptation of a NotCharlesManson recipe for Strawberry Shortcake Bar. Since it's one of the most popular recipes on the e-liquid-recipes site, and I love Gelato.. I mixed the two ideas and made Strawberry Shortcake Gelato.
Definitely gonna try your Bourbon Street recipe. I really enjoyed /u/insigmatheory's French Quarter clone and a raspberry version of that sounds tasty. Have you experimented with other raspberry flavors besides Raspberry Sweet?
I haven't experimented with any other Raspberry flavors. I'd love to find a Raspberry Jam flavor for a Raspberry Jam filled Chocolate Doughnut (probably would adapt the Bronuts recipe for this). Tell me how you like the Bourbon Street recipe, feedback would help me refine it.

I've just mixed this up with a couple of subs, just diketone versions of your DX/v2's and FW Raspberry natural instead. I'll try to remember to update with my thoughts :) Thanks!
> Voodoo Doughnut's Bacon Maple Bar
How long of a steep for the Voodoo Doughnut's Bacon Maple Bar? Sounds interesting!
I've done a few variations on it, and it's still a work in progress. Unfortunately the bacon flavor is extremely strong and doesn't meld into the recipe as well as I thought it would. The bacon percentage needs to go down from that in the recipe as it stands. Many here in the North West USA love the Voodoo Doughnuts Bacon Maple Bar, and I hope one day to perfect the recipe.
I made three of them
- Bourbon Street -Very good!
- Gentleman's Breakfast - 2nd place, needs a good week for the waffle to come through and the bourbon to mellow out.
- Baked Alaska - nice light vape
Soon I will make the Voodoo Doughnut. I've read awful things about "Crispy Bacon" but had to get 5ml just to find out for myself. How long do you steep it?
PMS (Perry's Morning Squeeze)
I whipped this up immediately after the Profile for Cold Pressed was announced. While it is by no means a clone attempt, it is in the same neighborhood. I personally enjoy this more after sampling Cold Press yesterday. Give it 2-3 days for the flavors to fully homogenize.
If you don't have Cactus Lime yet, you can probably get away with just cactus and a drop or two of another lime.

Cactus Lime. Tell me about it, please.
It's just a ratio of INW Cactus and Lime. They're releasing "Duets", which are just complimentary flavors in their line.
Honestly it was a bit of a let down for me. It's predominately cactus with a hint of their lime mixed in. I really don't detect much more than that unfortunately.
I think it will find it's place where regular cactus does, but maybe with adding a little brightness as well as moisture to a blend.
can this work with White Grapefruit INW? i dont see INW Grapefruit on bcv
As a follow up to deputy, the recipe /u/_bombies recently dropped, I figured I try my hand at a diketone free version.
The Sheriff - A Chocolate Iced, Raspberry Filled Donut
- CAP Sugar Cookie V2 4.00%
- CAP Glazed Donut 3.00%

- MF Dark Chocolate 0.40%
No sucralose or ethyl maltol is needed. If you really want to bring out the sugary glaze, go for it and add a bit of sucralose, but I opted to keep it clean and classy. It's plenty sweet, and I have a stubborn sweet tooth when it comes to desserts so don't worry that it won't deliver.
I've only steeped this for overnight since deputy was only released yesterday but it's looking mighty fine right now. Dark chocolate takes time to really come out (3-4 days from experience) but I'm already starting to taste some of it in the body.
Only issue with CAP Glazed Donut is that even just above 2% is it starts to get a bit too phenolic/waxy/playdough tasting, I'm pushing it with 3% to really bring out the distinct donut character, but attenuating the off flavor with the brown notes in sugar cookie and creams used. Dark chocolate also covers up some of the weirdness as well. All said and done its totally serviceable and really does a great job of giving a distinct donut type flavor.
That being said, it is quite light on body and overall strength. sugar cookie fills in the missing heaviness and forms a sturdier base that is slowly transformed into a donut thanks to the supporting flavors used.
For the glaze, buttercream + vienna cream + meringue gets us there (joy also sweetens and helps boost the "sugar" flavor). The missing dairy note from the loss of diketone content is nicely covered by sweet cream and yogurt, with a little help from vanilla bean ice cream that also pushes the flavor up to a top note. Cheesecake Graham Crust adds richness to the donut as well as making the raspberry note extra tangy to contrast with the sweetness we have going on.
I wanted a distinct raspberry filling that could hold up to all the noise going on here. FLV Boysenberry + INW Raspberry holds up just fine and doesn't over power any element of the recipe.
The flavor delivers a sweet and creamy glaze as a top note, with a nice donut bite towards the end of the exhale.
~~I'm 99.9% sure CAP Glazed Donut is not diketone free~~, I'd guess it's one of the highest I've had.
Edit: Seems I was wrong with both of these, oh man, what a fuck up.
~~FA Yogurt also contains diketones~~, it's in their food line not their flavour line because of this.
Edit: FA Yogurt's fine
http://www.capellaflavors.com/a-p-status/
glazed donut doesn't show up as a concern for reformulation. Chocolate Glazed Donut, does though. From odor alone I can't smell diketones, if anything maybe a insignificant amount of acetoin..thought I don't see it.
FA Yogurt was reformulated a while ago to not have any, and is the version I'm using.
The only question mark would be naturally occurring diketone content in chocolate that may carry over from how medicine flower does extractions. I don't believe there is any, I've done a bit of research on it - http://www.worldcocoafoundation.org/wp-content/uploads/files_mf/frauendorfer2006.pdf
I went ahead and reflected the use of the reformulated version in notes to clear ambiguity on it.
Just going to throw this in here for posterity.
Shurb clone
- FA Mandarin - 4%
- TFA Vanilla Swirl - 1%
- TFA Whipped Cream - 3%
- TFA Cotton Candy - 5%
- CAP Harvest Berry - 6%
- CAP Lemon Lime - 1%
That's the current recipe I put out. But despite me saying I was done with it I couldn't help but fiddle around some more. So here's the WIP of v2 currently.
WIP Shurb clone v2
- FA Mandarin - 3%
- TFA Whipped Cream - 3%
- TFA Cotton Candy - 5%
- CAP Harvest Berry - 5%
- FA Oba Oba - 3%
- FA Lime Tahity (Cold Pressed) - 1%
Just can't help but chase the dragon, man. Here I removed the TFA Vanilla Swirl (I'm like 90% sure it isn't int he real Shurb) because it added a dairy note that was out of place. Also removed CAP Lemon Lime because while it was good, I found that after prolonged vaping it probably isn't the right citrus. The Oba Oba was suggest by Fizzmustard and is adding a really interesting creamy/fruity/FA Marshmallow type note that seems to really bring the whole thing closer. The FA Lime Tahity Cold Pressed definitely isn't the lime note from Shurb - I have some FA distilled on the way to try out next. I think this recipe is almost perfect and just missing the right citrus/needs some more percentage tweaking.
Side note, I never thought I'd like Harvest Berry but dang. Really good here. Probably thanks to the mountains of EM taming it.

A sweet and sour green apple with vanilla cream background and a twist of lime. Bright, fresh and absolutely delicious, my current ADV.
INW Two Apples is absolutely fantastic, a bit candy-like green apple. Combined with a bit of Fuji it's bliss. A touch of lime and champagne for a bitter, fizzy edge, and marshmallow, meringue and vanilla swirl for a moist, sweet, smooth background.
Steep time 1 week, the Fuji can be a bit harsh before that.
Just mixed this up without the TFA Champagne, mostly cause I don't have it lol. Looking forward to trying this in a week or two, definitely a little harsh as a shake and vape like you said and the lime needs some time to settle down. Been on a bit of an apple kick lately since I started working on a honey apple tobacco recipe. Haven't really played with INW Two Apples yet.
I've been working on a pineapple upside-down cake recipe and it's coming along slowly.

So far it is pretty good, but it could use more flavors that I currently don't have. Gremlin diy sent me a sample of their white gremlin and it's awesome, Definitely helps the flavor. Feel free to tell me what I'm doing wrong.
This has some similarities to the pineapple upside down cake I posted in the Feb. recipe thread. IM sure it quite good, some of the ingredients in both our recipes are obvious, but your use of white gremlin in certainly novel.
How is LA Cake batter? I make my cake base out of a combo of FW cake batter dip and FW yellow cake
LA cake Batter has a bit of harshness to me at higher levels, I almost always use it at lower levels. It tastes like a white cake Batter. The white gremlin is better in my opinion.
And I'll definitely check out your recipe. I could use a good comparison.
Edit: after reading your recipe I've come to the conclusion that I need catalan creme.

CAP Sugar Cookie+FA Cookie provide the cookie notes
FA Vanilla Classic simulates the vanilla extract in a real snickerdoodle recipie
TFA Brown Sugar Extra provides the brown sugar found in snickerdoodles
FA Maple Syrup adds the maple
FLV Rich Cinnamon is the king of bakery cinnamon, 'nuff said
FA Catalan Cream is used to add volume and weight. My first iteration of this recipie did not include this and it tasted like there was runny maple syrup in the middle of the cookie, this really helped to provide a "baked in" taste for the maple. The caramel undertones in it also add to the swetness.
FA Meringue+LA Cream Cheese Icing make up the frosting. The meringue helps "thicken" the cream cheese icing, transforming it into frosting
Inspiration
Recently I decided to revisit some of my previous creations that I had stuck in a shoe box and forgotten about. Among them was a snickerdoodle that was pretty good. It was good enough that I kind of wondered how I had forgotten about it. Then after vaping it for a while it became apparent.... Because while, yes it was good, it was also pretty fucking boring. Therefore I decided to dress it up a little and make it all day vape worthy. I made some killer. (real world) maple snickerdoodles around Christmas, so it was a no-brainer adding the FA Maple Syrup. Then when I googled the recipie that I had followed I discovered a similar recipie that used cream cheese frosting as the "glue" to hold two maple snickerdoodles together in a maple snickerdoodle sandwich, and thought, "Now we're talking that'll really jazz this thing up."
Hmmm wonder if I could adapt this to a maple donut type recipe I've been working on, been looking for a solid frosting to round it out
Can't hurt to try.... Do you have any experience with CCI (know what to expect taste wise)? Also, I'm not sure whether it's because of the maple, cookie, or a combination of both, but the CCI+Meringue stick out quite prominently for the percents that they're used at here so you may to start lower and work your way up.
Banana & Cinnamon Cream
Recommended Steep: 1 Day
Ratio: 15PG/85VG
- TFA Banana Cream @ 5%
- FLV Butterscotch @ 2.5%
- CAP Graham Cracker @ 2%
- FLV Milk & Honey @ 1.5%
- FLV Cinnamon Crunch @ 1%
- FA Banana @ 1.5%
Notes
This recipe was actually an accident that came about while trying to make a Banoffee Pie recipe, and has quickly turned in to my ADV. It's got a nice realistic banana flavor without being overwhelming, a touch of cinnamon, in a nice sweet creamy base. Throat Hit is light, which I prefer especially for an ADV in a tank. The flavor really coats the palate well, and has a bit of density and texture to it. Let me know what you think!
Additional Flavor Notes
-
TFA Banana Cream -- adds a nice base for the banana flavor as well as adding to the creaminess of the recipe.
-
FLV Butterscotch -- was used to up the sweetness, using a darker sweet profile, as well as adding some body to the vape.
-
CAP Graham Cracker -- adds a little bit more body and depth with the graham cracker flavor, as well as a slight bit of graininess without it being too grainy.
-
FLV Milk & Honey -- is the main cream base while adding some additional dark sweetness.
-
FLV Cinnamon Crunch -- adds a touch of cinnamon while also lending some sweetness and texture.
-
FA Banana -- was used to up the banana flavor as well as adding to the authenticity of the banana
TFA Banana Cream with FA Banana has been my go to banana combo lately!
Heck yeah man, I'm pretty impressed with it. I thought the FA Banana alone was a little candy-ish by itself so I wasn't sure if this pairing would work or not. What % or ratio do you normally do them at?
This is a super simple recipe that I've been working ever since I discovered how tasty Flavor West's Blueberry is.
Blueberries & Cream v3.3
- Blueberry (Flavor West) @ 6%
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (Capella) @ 5%
- Sweet Cream (Capella) @ 4%
Notes I've found Flavor West's Blueberry to be a fickle mistress. Use too much, and it becomes a bit harsh. Use too little, and the flavor gets drowned out. After several iterations of this recipe, 6% is my sweet spot...it is very clearly a blueberry vape, but its smooth as silk. Sweet Cream is a cream flavor that, to me, absolutely nails the mouthfeel of a cream, but comes up a little short on flavor...so I've supplemented it with Capellla's Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. I think Cap's VBIC is tastier than TFA's...it's more pronounced on the vanilla aspect of it, and has a bit more of a natural taste.
This is a really nice mix. I hear what you're saying about the blueberry. Most mixes I've tried end up being highly blueberry dominant, but this is just right. And after 2+ weeks of steeping it's taking on a new depth. Thanks for posting it.
Planning ahead for the hot days of summer, I wanted to make a vape that tastes like and gives the sensation of taking a drink of a Fresca (Grapefruit Soda that is nothing special usually, but AMAZING on a hot humid day)
Fresca
- Grapefruit (FA) @ 1.5%
- White Grapefruit (INW) @ 0.5%
- Lemon Sicily (FA) @ 0.75%
- Cactus (INW) @ 0.25%
- Champagne (TFA) @ 3%
- Koolada (TFA) @ .25%
I let it sit at least overnight for the Cactus to calm down, but gets very delicious and smooth around 2-3 days in my opinion. Koolada can be adjusted to your liking. This is the first recipe of mine I've posted here, Any tips/suggestions are appreciated.
I'm going to try this replacing the grapefruits with FW Ruby Red Grapefruit, I'll update
How close do you think it is to Fresca? I drink a ton of Fresca and have tried a few times to clone it and got bored. (When I say I drink a ton of it, I drink 24-36 cans of Fresca a week.)
To me, it's pretty Damn close to the taste of a fresca. It's been a while since I've had one, but the taste/feeling I get from vaping it is very very close to what I remember a fresca being like. It's at least a great starting point for fine tuning the flavor from I'd say.

Been sitting on this one a bit to decide if it was up to the standard I generally expect from myself. This is a pretty solid but simple peach pie that I've been working on off and on when I do batch mixing every weekend. I'm pretty happy with where it is, and if there's enough interest I'll write up development notes and make a main post for it. Hope you like it!
That looks like something I'd enjoy. Definitely interested in those development notes. I don't have CAP Juicy Peach and have never tried it, so I'm going to try making this but substituting either 1.5% INW Peach (or less) or 3% TFA Juicy Peach. Did you try using either of those when you were working on this?
I did. Either would probably work, though I'd probably step up the TFA by 1% as it's a bit weaker than the CAP. The CAP Juicy Peach tastes like an almost over ripe/very ripe Peach, so I think the INW would be the better choice.
Thanks. INW tastes like a fresh, perfect peach to me at 1.5%, and adding more gets into peach rings candy territory before you hit 3%. I'm going to try it and somewhere between 1 and 1.5% since you have two other peaches in there. Nevermind the TFA; too fakey. Though since you're going for a cooked peach pie, that CAP Juicy Peach sounds perfect. I should probably order some instead of trying to substitute it.
Have you tried or thought about adding TFA Whipped Cream or some other creamy element to this, like the dollop of fresh whipped cream you might put on a slice of peach pie?

Where do you buy your bakers flavors? Do you recommend any others?
These are rebranded Bakers. My favorites are Chocolate Truffle (obviously), Vanilla Sponge Cake (perfect Twinkie flavor), Strawberries (not "strawberry". It's like a mix of CAP SS, TFA Ripe, and a natural strawberry), and Strong Orange (best orange flavor I've found). They're all about the same concentration strength as INW. Use very sparingly.
You just reminded me of one of my favorite recipes I mixed with Chocolate Truffle and Strong Orange, the orange is so good.
Personally I think most Bakers flavors are a little stronger than INW, when I mix with them I usually start with just a couple drops. That Chocolate Orange truffle I think was just 3 drops truffle and two drops strong orange in 10ml
You can buy them from VapingZone under the Gourmet line. I'm sure you can buy them direct from Poland but I've always gone through VZ. Chocolate Truffle is my favorite from their line, only takes a couple drops and its different from all the others.
They Cake is very good too, its a lemony type cake but very strong. Vanilla Sponge cake is also great, it's a bit like a twinkie flavor. The Caramel is also nice

I've worked on my custard recipe for a while, this being about the 30th iteration. I'm pretty happy with it, though it is still a work on progress. I mixed this at 70/30, and wasn't too bad fresh. I have high hopes for this after a steeping, and will report back after a week, if I remember to
edit: After about a week of steeping, the creams have begun to blend together quite nicely. I think with another week or two, this'll be a pretty tasty custard.

Pretty standard and predictable banana custard here...a guy I sell to wanted some, this is what I mixed up. He keeps buying big bottles of it "Bro bro this nana custard is on point man. I absolutely love it." If you say so, guy.
Hey guys, you may have seen me pop up from time to time to offer advice or ask a question, but generally I lurk here a lot (going on 2+ years now) just soaking it all in. Never made any great mixes on my own, but today is my RL cakeday and I feel like contributing something I just whipped up, hopefully someone here can give it a whirl.

I didn't have any real direction in mind with this one, just trying out some new flavors I got in, but to my taste buds it ended up tasting a lot like Unicorn Milk (Accidental Unicorn Milk) right off the shake&vape. I haven't had OG UM in quite some time but this brings me right back. I tried the leak recipe and it was good, and to me this was similar and IMO simpler to mix.
I'm liking Cake Batter Dip a lot so far, almost brings a rich frosting flavor to the mix. Mixes well with the strawberries, with the meringue adding in a little of that almost eggy sugary sweetness. Cookie is probably not necessary, but only steeping will tell what it's role in the final mix will be. As I said,- this is a new mix, no idea how it will steep, but fresh it tastes enough to me like UM that I wanted to share. Hopefully someone out there will get some enjoyment out of it <3

After a little fiddling, I made a flavor from the extracts I had that I love, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. I wanted something a little refreshing. Cool Cranberry Sprite:
TFA Menthol: 1%
FW Cranberry: 2%
TFA Key Lime: 4%

It's a good shake and vape. I might have been a little strong on the key lime, but let me know what you think! Edit: I wanted to add Champagne for a little fizziness, but I'm fresh out. Maybe .5%.
It tastes like menthol on the inhale with sprite and light cranberry on the exhale.

An ice cream place near my house makes this amazing peanut butter cookie dough ice cream. It has a nice caramel swirl in it. It's amazing, so I wanted to try to recreate it. I didnt exactly, but I never think ejuice tastes just like its food counterpart.
I chose TFA's peanut butter just because it tastes a little closer to whatever they use in this ice cream.
CAP cake batter is used to get some of that doughy taste. I prefer caramel candy to the caramel original because it combines with the VBIC to leave this nice lingering sweetness.
I added Torrone just because I wanted something else in there for depth of flavor. I tried various chocolates, bananas, and nuts but torrone was just what it needed.
I love this juice. It's become my ADV. The flavor really holds up for me even after a full day of vaping it.
edit: It's pretty alright as a shake and vape, but I'd suggest letting it steep for a couple of days.
Limoncello Cranberry Cocktail
- Lemon Sicily (FA) 4.6%
- Cranberry (TFA) 7%
- TFA Joy .25% (one drop per 15ml)
- TFA Koolada .25% (one drop per 15ml)
- 80/20 VG/PG
This was based on a favorite cocktail which is just Limoncello and Cran. My goal was based on the experience that mixing these two flavors produced something unexpected and perfect (well with the right choice of cranberry juice). I read tons here to make the best choice of lemon and cranberry, noting that Limoncello contains only the lemon zest and none of the juice. Just the first two ingredients make a solid vape match to the actual beverage, but it lacked some finer points like mouth-feel and finish.
I purposefully left out sweetness, being tired of crusty coils, and the hope of keeping some sophistication. I added a drop of Joy and a drop of Koolada to my 15 ml test for a hint of sweet and a wetter finish. Just two (bottle) drops of Joy added a slight bakery taste, but a single drop has a positive boost to the fruit. I tried adding a few drops of FA Strawberry thinking it could supply a subtle sweetness and boost the cran tartness, but it obliterated the lemon with just a few drops (from the bottle). I'm somewhat sure it could be slamming with a choice sweetener, as Limoncello is loaded with sugar, but like I said above... plus I am a student of flavor subtlety. Thanks for any advice, and this is an easy experiment with just the two base flavors. After looking I didn't find anyone else making a simple combination of these two flavors with the intention of them standing solo. The zest of the Lemon Sicily is very flavor forward (Limoncello-ey as intended) and the TFA Cranberry is a solid back ...would like it to be cran-juicier.
This looks interesting. I want to try it and maybe add a small amount of fa Apple, which is very apple juicey and sweet. Not enough to make it into cran-apple juice, but just enough to give it a juicy feel. The idea of Joy in that mix scares me a little, but hey, it's only one drop!

No real development notes for this one, because, though I've been vaping it all day, my mind simply can't articulate what my olfactory senses are grappling with right now.
It cured for a full month, which I definitely recommend, because it smelled kind of unappealing up until today, when I worked through the last of /u/Fawgmachine's delectable "Fruit by the ML" recipe and finally got brave enough to pour it into my fruit tank.
This is bold, and weird, and undeniably addictive. It's fruity, but, not in any way where any single fruit is definable. It's dark and subtly rich and complex, and the combination of the mint, cactus and the absinthe balance the darkness with something cool, wet, light and refreshing.
I simply can't categorize it. Sorry. It's not really a fruity vape, because it's an oddly complicated flavor. It's not sweet and easy, either. Not by a long shot. The absinthe is present, but not really loud anymore. It's just really, really good. Strong, but it won't blow out your tastebuds. I wasn't expecting much from this, because it definitely falls under the heading of a "Wild Hair" experiment, and those don't usually don't work out for me, but, this was a winner.
I hope you guys fall in love with it as hard as I have.
I've been trying and failing to come up with an interesting absinthe flavor, I'm gonna have to try this!
I've seem people go a lot higher on the absinthe in mixes, and, even myself (kinda') want to increase the raspberry/black currant, but, really, it feels so good exactly where it's at now.
I'd love it if you came back & let me know what you thought of it after trying it!
I tried a variation of the "Absolute Pin" recipe I found somewhere - no idea if it's accurate to the 5 Pawns flavor, but I'm really enjoying it:
(All TFA) Irish Cream 8% Absinthe 4% Cinnamon Swirl 2%
The original called for caramel, but I've discovered I don't like caramel. This is a subtle one, very interesting, I don't get much Irish cream on the inhale (which is good, the TFA Irish Cream is meh), and it's a black licorice with a hint of cinnamon on the exhale. I want to try bumping up the cinnamon, and possibly a fruit for the inhale, like blackcurrant -this has potential as a base for something. The cinnamon surprisingly mixes well with the absinthe, but I find cinnamon's give me a scratchy throat, so I won't bump that up. I know if I make another bottle, I'll be perfectly happy with it.

I wanted a passion fruit/pear/vanilla cream/custard, so I made one. I sought balance with my percentages here and I think i succeeded in hitting everything. It is creamy, but not milky. Tons of vanilla custard recipes out there...I know. I've tried making a good custard since I started DIY and I'm finally happy with the mix. Looked through just about every custard recipe I could find. Compared the recipes with my notes on flavors I currently had and went from there. You may want to adjust the Dulce de Leche down a bit. It's a potent flavor that overpowers the creams and vanilla very easily. My next batch will probably be at 0.35% just to test it. I've stuck with this recipe for a few months and really enjoy it. I make it at 30/70-40/60. Don't touch it for 2 weeks...enjoy.
was really digging /u/coop34 Raspberry Custard's base, but I wanted something more mellow than raspberry for an ADV. Strawberry/coconut is something I get all the time as a drink at the boba shops, so I tried that out. When first putting it all together, I felt the percentage was going to be too high, but I'm really not getting any muted flavor so for the time being I've left it as is. I'm still learning my creams, but I chose some of the lighter ones and some marshmallow for added juiciness. Fuji is the only apple I currently have, and I'm sure it's not the one used, but I really enjoy it with this recipe and have some more flavors on the way to play with for this.

I want to make it strong peachy, have I maybe upset the balance by adding a touch of Grape and Kiwi to this? The flavour % seems super low but I don't want anything perfumey and I know the INW flavours have a kick. I'm going to mix this tonight but if anyone has tried something similar I'd love to hear about your experience.
How did it go?
Do you find Kiwi (Double) at .5% a good starting point for the flavor? I'm having a hard time working with it. It seems like everything I add it to takes on a rubbing alcohol smell and it easily overpowers other fruits (like strawberry or apple).
I think both the Quince and Kiwi are going to need tuning in this recipe, but the 0.5 pct Kiwi did not take over the initial smell. I just finished the 30ml bottle of version 2, I'll let you know how this v1 is! If you're interested I can edit the v2 recipe into the reply also.

I would like to make the tobacco notes stand out more , but I am still enjoying this mix while I work on modifying it.

Let me know what you think! I'd love to hear how it stacks up against yours, since I don't have a few of the ingredients that you use.
I mixed this up last night and cracked it open this morning. This is pretty good right out of the gate. Like I assumed, couldn't taste strawberry. So probably not the best person to judge. But this is a solid vape. My recipe will only taste like blueberry for the first week. But after that, the yogurt really comes out. With yours, the yogurt shows up right off the bat. Does yours change over time? Thanks for share!
I have the flavors except FW Blueberry. I do have TFA's Blueberry Wild and Blueberry Extra. Am I able to substitute it out or does the FW make it uniquely different?
I actually used TFA blueberry extra at 2% before I bought FW blueberry. I'm sure blueberry wild would also be good.
I've seen a lot of recipes add Strawberry Ripe when it doesn't look like there's a place for strawberry there. Why do you use it in this? I'm having some real difficulty with it, I tried to make a strawberry lemonade from ELR that ended up tasting like tangy socks.
I made a recipe with just Strawberry ripe and it was that same taste of socks that I'd found in the strawberry lemonade. I'm kinda rambling, but what do you get from Strawberry Ripe?
I probably should have posted some notes, but it is to make it sweeter since strawberry ripe contains ~~ethyl~~ maltol. I think it really helps. I've tried also with regular TFA strawberry, but that was too much. I think strawberry ripe does a good job because it is more like an actual strawberry and not like candy.
Berry yogurt might be a more fitting name. I hope someone can chime in and tell me that this makes sense and that I'm not crazy.
Actually I was just searching ethyl maltol vs. maltol and came across your comment. Strawberry Ripe contains maltol, not ethyl maltol. Strawberry contains ethyl maltol and maltol.
Here's a thread about maltol vs. ethyl maltol and here's a decent breakdown of the two.
Considering how popular the flavor is, Im not really a Strawberry Ripe fan, personally.
Lime Cola
- 3.75% FA Cola
- 0.67% FA Lime Tahity (Distilled)
- 0.67% TFA Koolada
Went through three iterations of this recipe. This was my final mix.
Originally, I used a blend of Lime Tahity Distilled and Cold Pressed, but the Cold Pressed ended up just making the juice sour and harsh, with only a minimal contribution to the flavor.
Contemplating making a version where I swap out the Koolada for some Menthol.
I've never had FA cola. Have you had FW cola, and do you think it can be substituted easily?
mix a 10ml and let us know?
So, I gave this a try with my completely different flavors at hand (besides Koolada). Recipe as follows: FW Cola 5.0% TPA Key Lime 1.5% TPA Lemon 1.0% TPA Koolada 0.7% Well, it tastes just like a Cuba Libre. The cola might a bit strong and I'll probably tone it down if it's still that was after a bit of steeping but the koolada actually gives the feel of drinking a cold drink, it's a great addition. I love TPA Key Lime in a lot of my recipes so I used that instead of Lime Tahity Cold Pressed, which /u/jhmacair said was too sour with the cola. I like the addition of the TPA Lemon, it lends a really nice citrus taste that Key lime doesn't fulfill on it's own. Gonna futz around with it a bit and maybe put some FA Lemonade in there for added sweetness or a tiny bit of TPA Bavarian Cream which goes along nicely with FW Cola to me but yeah, tastes pretty great as it is.
Berry Cupcake
-
Biscuit (INW) - 1%
-
Blueberry Jam (CAP) - 4%
-
Cake Batter Dip (FW) - 3.5%
-
Vanilla Cupcake (CAP) - 4%
-
Yumberry (FW) - 6%
This recipe was birthed mostly as an excuse to use CAP Blueberry Jam and FW Yumberry. I chose Yumberry over CAP Harvest Berry because I was looking for something a little more tart. CAP Blueberry Jam was added because it's more candy like, lends to the tartness of the yumberry, and hopefully gives some of the jelly-like filling I was going for.
I think this one is pretty cakey and smooth, with a hint of berry on the exhale. Even at 18.5% flavoring, it's not in your face at all.
Mixed at 70vg/30pg. Best with at least a 1 week steep.
EDIT: Looks like Yumberry and Cake Batter Dip are on the naughty list of FW flavorings that contain sugar. Use at your own risk.
Strawberry Shortcake Gelato

- 2% (INW) Biscuit
- 1.5% (FW) Yellow Cake

- 6% (TPA) Strawberry Ripe
- 1.5% (TPA) Strawberry Sweet
- 2% (CAP) Sugar Cookie V2
- 3% (TPA) Vanilla Bean Gelato
This is a variation of a popular NotCharlesManson recipe for Strawberry Shortcake Bar, found on e-liquid-calculator. I didn't have Vanilla Swirl (TPA) so I subbed in Vanilla Bean Gelato (TPA), Sugar Cookie (CAP) was subbed for Sugar Cookie V2 (CAP), Bavarian Cream (TPA) was subbed with DX Bavarian Cream (TPA), and Strawberry (TPA) was subbed with Strawberry Sweet (TPA).
I'm a novice to DIY, any criticism is appreciated!
Fried Nectarine Danish
Flavor profile: Think something like peach cobbler, except with a sweet nectarine glaze instead of peach, over fried pastry dough (not quite like a danish, more like fritters), with some cream cheese and ice cream to top it off.
Flavor | Percent ---|--- AP (5%) | .25 Biscuit (INW)| 1 Cheesecake (Graham Crust) (TPA) | 2.5 Graham Cracker (CAP) | .5 Joy (FA)| .25 Liquid Amber (FA) | 1 Meringue (FA) | .5 Nectarine (TPA) | 7 Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TPA) | 1
The Joy is there to tie it together, while Liquid Amber really helps create the right flavor profile for the nectarine. Those two go well together in pastry recipes. The meringue helps provide, IMO, a better mouth feel.
I like to add a very small amount of sweetener to this, but I know many people don't, so adjust accordingly. I feel like a bit of butter flavoring might take the recipe to the next level, but I don't have any.
I'm honestly really proud of this juice. It's one of my few (out of WAY too many failures) that I think can stand up to premium lines.

Just a simple berry recipe that's heavy on blueberry with some other dark berry notes and a hint of strawberry. The marshmallow lends some sweetness as well as fluffy mouthfeel. The sweetener is completely optional. Some of my friends prefer the additional sweetness, but I think it's just fine without it.
Damn, I missed this last month. Any edits to the original mix?
The original is pretty tasty to me, but I have made a few variations. I added FA Fuji @ 0.5% in one variation and it gave it a more complex crispy tartness. You can probably get the same by adding something tart to the mix. I also want to add some peach (FA, INW, or maybe even TFA) to this mix which I'll probably do this weekend.
It's a fairly versatile recipe which you can go a lot of different ways with. If it's too dark berry tasting for you, take out the bilberry and cut the harvest berry in half. Could probably even turn it into a more creamy flavor with some FA fresh cream.
Now you have me thinking and I'll mess around with this recipe this weekend.

Makes for a nice, soft, peanut butter cookie. Maybe more similar to a peanut butter ice cream after shake and vape, although after a week steep the cookie really comes out soft and moist like fresh out of the oven.
Finally came up with a few recipes worth sharing! Here's my first batch of vapable mixes! (they're all still pretty entry-level)
Apocalypso
A fresh, simple lemonade flavor based on Calypso brand lemonade. The crisp lemon balances well with succulent peach and cantaloupe.
- Lemonade (LA) = 12%
- Cantaloupe (CAP) = 5%
- Juicy Peach (CAP) = 3%
Cuppa Cappa
Thick, rich cappuccino swirled with hazelnut and creamy french vanilla. Based on how I make my own coffee! :)
- Cappuccino (TFA) = 2-3%
- Bavarian Cream (TFA) = 12%
- Hazelnut (CAP) = 4%
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA) = 4%
Note; TFA's cappuccino flavor is VERY strong. Anything about 3% would be pretty stiff
Toucan Crunch
Cereal hybrid of Froot Loops and Captain Crunch floating in rich milk. Tastes like no cereal that yet exists!
- Crunchy Cereal (CAP) = 9%
- Fruit Circles (TFA) = 3%
- Malted Milk (TFA) = 5%
- Butter Cream (CAP) = 2%
Note; Fruit Circles is a pretty strong flavor, use sparingly. Also, Butter Cream can be used to make the captain crunch flavor a little richer
Louis Louis
A quasi-clone of Blue Label's King Louis Flavor. Rich cantaloupe and cream balances nicely with a subtle, yet crisp strawberry flavor.
- Cantaloupe (CAP) = 8%
- Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (TFA) = 4%
- Sweet Strawberry (CAP) = 3%

Have you tried FW Cola? If so what are your opinions about it vs TFA Cola. Tried to make a Cherry coke a while ago but it made me feel tight-chested so I'm trying different ingredients.
You haven't made these yet? They look interesting, but I wish you would put some of your own impressions of them.
I was waiting on some flavors to arrive when I posted this, but I've since made all these. The king Louis clone, the lemonade, and the cappuccino are all really good. I also made a pretty good cereal flavor. I'll grab the updated recipes and my impressions of each when I get home.

Yeah I noticed it wasn't formatted after posting but was on mobile and couldn't get it edited. Thank you. I started using this recipe with 8% (FW) cinnamon roll and left out the (CAP) CDS. It was great that way but felt that the CDS added a little more complexity to it.

A.P + FA Cookie provide a perfect grain/crunch. I know A.P at 2% is gonna scare a lot of people but I've tried it at pretty much every percentage and it works so damn good in this recipe and you get no frito notes.
FA Honey + FA Meringue + Fa Caramel make that sweet sugary frosted honey note.
FA Almond + FW Hazelnut + FA Fresh Cream for some creamy nutty goodness.
Got everything for this, scared to try, don't want my heart broken again as I try yet another HNC recipe :(
I dub thee "Delicious Sherbet Failure"
I'm not totally sure how to best explain this mix. It is a well balanced mix of fruits with a vanilla cream base. It is tough to pick out most of the fruits separately...but that's OK. It is a "Sweet Vanilla Fruit Cream"...but not Sherbet.

- FA Marshmallow - 0.5%

- INW Strawberry Shisha - 1.5%

I do everything at 70VG/30PG.
For some flavor notes:
Lime: I've found that FLV Lime + FA Lime Distilled created a sour (FLV) Lime with a good bite (FA). Currently this is my go-to lime combo with it being somewhere around 2:1 (FLV:FA).
WHY STRAWBERRY? Sweetness.
CAP Orange Cream: I've always had a sweet spot for this stuff but I think my coils hate it. I'm likely to be moving away from it soon. It tastes exactly how it sounds IMO but is overly sweet and I have a feeling that means it has a huge amount of sweetener. Likely EM.
INW Dragonfruit: Great enhancer in small amounts. It adds a bit of a tart bite to most juices and helps sharper flavors shine.
CAP Vanilla Whipped Cream: I just used this on a whim here. This is now one of my favorite creams. It is light, airy, and packs a decent amount of vanilla.
Mandarin and INW Raspberry are both great versions of their respected flavor. I'm likely going to sub in FLV Ras on a future batch.
As for making it more Sherbety. In my next iteration I'm going to remove orange cream, add CAP Juicy Orange @ 1.5%, up the Lime to 1%:0.5%, switch to TFA STRAWBERRY, up Mandarin to 3% and up INW Raspberry to 1.25%.
This sounds delish. Do you have any thoughts on subbing the INW for TFA dragonfruit? I know they're very different but I'm wondering more what percentage you'd use if you did sub it. Also INW strawberry for INW shisha strawb since I don't have the shisha version. I'm gonna give this a whirl later thanks!!
Unfortunately, TFA won't have the same effect. I recommend just leaving it out instead of replacing but I don't think it would have a bad effect if you used it at ~0.75%.
Also, thanks!
Edit: Also regular INW Strawberry would probably go good at 1% instead of 1.5%.

Been working on this recipe off and on for a few months. A few weeks ago, I made a breakthrough on it and though it was perfect then. Tonight I made a few minor tweaks that might not have made a huge difference, but it is exactly where I want it to be at this point. Intense fruity inhale, icy cold throat hit on the exhale, nice fluffy and sugary mouth feel. It's the ADV I've been looking for. Shake and vape.
I am trying to make a lemon poppy seed cake and have been playing around with it for a while. I feel that I have nailed it pretty well but am open to new palates in hopes to perfect it. Please allow at least 3 days of steeping for the creamy/custard flavours to settle.

Yessir and on foggy gamers it came up too
I stopped lurking and finally set up a reddit account just to reply here. This is a profile I've really been craving lately - have an order coming in tomorrow to start playing. I'm only 6 months into the DIY game, so thank you for posting this! I would have to agree that the poppyseeds don't lend a lot of extra flavor to the baked good.
Great news!! I'm happy that I was able to reach out to someone with this. Regardless of the outcome I'm happy to lend a hand if needed. Anyone is capable of making a juice but those who reach above make an impact in someones life
I mixed up a test of this last night, as close as I could (had to make substitutions for the meringue and sugar cookie), and let it hot water steep for a few hours. The Joy really seems to overpower everything - can't taste any lemon or almond. Gotta wash some tester bottles so I can keep playing!
A little something i put together let me know how it is. I say a week for steep but good after a couple of days

Inspired by this good-looking shit: http://goo.gl/ETn7qi, minus the pecans. Though throw some FW Butter Pecan in there if you like. And I used Flavorah Carmel, not FA. They're mostly the same, it just didn't show up on the flavor search.
And just because I'm publishing this doesn't mean it had to do with www.reddit.com/user/Vurve releasing his www.reddit.com/r/DIY_eJuice/comments/44nqx7/blueberry_french_toast/.
It was just a coincidence. I made that one and liked mine better - very fucking tastey. Not to knock his, taste is damn subjective as shit.

Basic green jolly rancher
I'm doing max VG, 3mg/ml nic. 5%FW hard candy 7%TFA green apple 2%TFA sour
It's a bit too much sour until steeped for about a week, but then it mellows out and has a nice bite to it. Try it out and let me know what you think.
This is my first DIY recipe, so that's why it's so basic. I don't know enough about mixing flavors yet, so I didn't want to go overboard trying a 10+ flavors, I figured that would probably turn out very poorly with how little experience I have so far.
Thanks! I have a hankering for this and I'd like to try it subbing FLV green apple and malic acid mixed at 5%, but I haven't used either one much--especially the FLV green apple. Suggestions for percentages on those two?
Sorry, I haven't used them. I dont have a guess. What I did to get mine was tried each thing on its own in a 10 no bottle at 10% did 2% for the sour then after I got an idea of what they tasted like individually, I guessed and checked.
My new current favorite that my friends are raving about. It's kind of a tropical flavor with hints of coconut cream.
Skinny Dipping
- 3% FA Banana
- 2% FA Mango
- 2% FA Coconut
- 2% FA Creme Fresh
- 1% FA Passion Fruit
- 1% FA Raspberry
It's a little higher than I normally go with an all FA recipe, but FA banana is fairly weak so it works out. The raspberry is a recent addition to add some sweetness/juiciness. I tried bilberry and it just didn't work out, and strawberry was a complete flop, so raspberry it is. The creme fresh and coconut were added to smooth it out and remove the harsh edges that the passion fruit and mango give off.
If I were to change anything, it would be to add some more coconut.
Steep just long enough for the banana alcohol to evap. 3 days should be good enough, or an hour on the stir plate at 120F.

Needs to sit for a few days for the sweet cream and CCI to calm down. The poundcake is buttery and vanilla-y. I don't know what would sub for it, maybe biscuit at .5, but I didn't try.
After 5 versions, I think this one is worth sharing.
Tastes great after a few (3 to 5) day steep to bring out the custard more.
Bavarian Cream (FW) - I chose FW as it is a little sweeter and rounds out the custard.
Fuji Apple (FA)- Just to give a little bit of a tart and bring out the pom better.
Pomegranate (TPA) - Very present in the exhale, but gives an awesome taste and blends very well into the custard. I settled on 4 percent, as 5 seemed a little overpowering, and didn't let the custard fully come through after a week steep.
Vanilla Custard v1 (Cap) - Definitely the star of the show, you can go up to 8 percent on this as well. I settled on 6 to not overpower the pom, but still enhance the exhale with a nice smooth custard.
Vanilla Swirl (TPA) - To add a vanilla note that VCv1 doesn't provide, and help bring the flavor together. Vanilla swirl makes the pom blend with the custard, but doesn't over power with Vanilla. 2 percent seems like a standard percentage for me, and I didn't want to change it here, but 2 percent was a little too much nilla
Whipped Cream (TPA) - Just to add a little more creaminess to the mix. You could probably go without this if you wanted, but I like it extra creamy. 1 percent is adequate if you don't like the taste of feet.
Any further suggestions would be appreciated, and if you mix it I am sure you'll enjoy it if you like a nice custard, and are a fan of Pomegranate

My homage to Adirondack's Sagamore with a peach twist. It's a lightly peachy cake with caramel and tobacco undertones.
I find it needs about a week to age for the bakery notes to appear and the cinnamon to recede in the background a bit. It's pretty tasty in a dripper. It seems to only get better with age.

I love this so much. I'm mixing up another batch as-is tomorrow. I think INW Cherry & INW Cherries would also really work with TPA Cherry Blossom, and I love the inclusion of TPA Honeysuckle & Cap Sweet Lychee! Thanks for this great recipe!
Glad you like it friend! I did try a few versions with INW Cherry/Cherries but they ended up sort of stepping on some of the more delicate notes in cherry blossom and honeysuckle. Perhaps I just didn't go low enough on them, I hovered around .2% to .3% and they were still a bit too potent for my goal.
This sounds like a magical combination. Damnit, I wish I had stopped in here before I put in my "supplemental" flavor order today. Don't have Cherry Blossom. Damnit, damnit, damnit.
Great title. I know what cherry blossom smells like--I associate it with bubble bath. Would you give describing the flavor a shot for me?
It's definitely a cherry, but a faint one. The cherry is light and not medicinal like most cherry concentrates. It has some significant earthy floral high notes that really go along nicely with the floral notes in all the other ingredients. Over all this is a pretty floral/earthy style liquid.

A belated St. Patrick's Day juice. It tastes like a McDonald's Shamrock Shake to me, hence the name. But most people would say there isn't actually any pistachio flavor in a Shamrock Shake, and that Shamrock Shakes are really just vanilla soft serve with a mint syrup so... who knows. I like it though.
Shamrock
- Pistachio (TFA) @ 9.0%

- Meringue (FA) @ 1.0%
- Blueberry Candy (TFA) @ 0.4% (Optional)
- Almond (FA) @ 0.4% (Optional)
This is my fourth revision of this one. The primary pistachio/crème de menthe/meringue accord is pretty close to exactly where I want it. Needs at least an overnight steep. This juice is more particular than most about temperature/wattage settings and wick saturation, and can tend to be a little harsh. Suggestions on how to reduce harshness are very welcome.
TFA Blueberry Candy is an optional enhancement for the crème de menthe. There's an odd citrus/berry note in the real Shamrock Shake that I want to capture. Feel free to sub any other blueberry or citrus flavor to taste. I chose Blueberry Candy to add sweetness and because I think blueberry synergizes really well with mint flavors. It's good, but it's not totally on-point.
FA Almond is totally optional; I only added it with the hopes of adding a bit more sweet nuttiness to the pistachio, but I'm not sure if it's actually accomplishing anything, haha.
As if this months isn't already crowded af, but I ended up really liking this one.

pasta from ELR: Inspired by http://allrecipes.com/recipe/15994/chocolate-bourbon-pecan-pie/. It also contains some of the Kentucky Bourbon flavor supports from the Castle Long Clone.
This is one I'd actually like critique on; so if you mix it, please let me know what you think, obviously only if this is your jam or if you've had, and like, the Castle Long clone. I think if you like that one you'd dig this, too. Anyways, cheers.
Been DIY'ing for about a year, yet have only come up with one flavour that I think is good enough for public consumption. So here's that:
Jackberry Sour (3mg/nic, 55/45)
Ingredient | % | ---------|----------| Nicotine 36mg (100% PG) | 8.33 | PG | 27.17 | VG | 45 | Blackberry TPA | 8 | Jackfruit TPA | 10 | Sour TPA | 1.5 |
I think it's perfect immediately after vigorous shaking (I use a jewellery cleaner) and aging doesn't change it much. Been my all day every day vape for a year now and my friends seem to love it, though they're not exactly connoisseur's so maybe it sucks, I dunno.
However, my usual joint didn't have the flavours I needed to make it on my last order so I'm trying something new. Been tweaking the heck out of it for days yet I just can't seem to make it work. This is the closest I've gotten to something "good":
Cocoberry Melon (3mg/nic, 50/50)
Ingredient | % | ---------|----------| Nicotine 36mg (100% PG) | 8.3 | PG | 27.7 | VG | 50 | Coconut TPA | 4 | Strawberry (Organic) TPA | 4.5 | Watermelon TPA | 11.5 |
Any advice on the second one? Until I upped the w'melon I felt the strawb was overpowering and had a bitter/"chemically" aftertaste. I don't taste the coconut but I think it's giving it somewhat of a nice smooth tone now that the strawb is downed. But the watermelon isn't "popping". I'm so used to vaping straight after mixing that I wonder if maybe I just need to let it sit for a week or two before it really "works"? Does anyone have any experience with watermelon and aging/steeping?
Hey man, that Jacksour recipe is amazing! tried it in a 15 ML and immediately made another 60 ML afterwards. the only issue i had was that flavor percentages seem really high. Have you tried this at lower percentages and still get the same flavor? its hard to make it all the time considering your using up around 6ml of flavoring just to make a 60ml. Great recipe though :)
I'm glad you like it! Yeah, I need to retry it at lower %, I was impatient and wanted something that tasted good immediately after mixing; if I use lower amounts, it might take a while to get the desired flavour but I haven't tried it yet.
Tiger's Blood
Pretty entry-level recipe that I found when I started DIY. I've only tried this from one vendor and I wasn't out to clone that particular juice - I just enjoy the strawberry, watermelon and coconut combo. So, here's my take on an oldie;
Ingredient|% :---|---: Coconut (FA)|1.5 Coconut Extra (TPA)|1.5 Red Summer (Watermelon) (FA)|3 Red Touch (Strawberry) (FA)|2 Strawberry (Ripe) (TPA)|3 Watermelon (INW)|1.5
Flavor total: 12.5%
Red Summer (FA) / Watermelon (INW) These are pretty nice watermelons, without being a sweet candy type watermelon. I also have FW Watermelon, but to me that was too close to a candy watermelon flavour and I was chasing realism. The Red Summer has a good mix of sweet flesh with a little rind, and the INW Watermelon (to me) tastes mostly like rind. With these combined it reminds me of eating too close to the skin of a watermelon, and biting into the green rind/skin part. It's a little sour but strangely juice-y and refreshing.
Coconut (FA) / Coconut Extra (TFA) In my early days of mixing this it always came out unbearbly harsh - back then I didn't know what I was doing but I blamed the Coconut I was using - it was just regular TFA Coconut. I think I remember reading somewhere that Coconut has quite the throat hit. So, this time around enter FA Coconut and TFA Coconut Extra to keep percentages down. I think I've read that FA Coconut gives a more realistic coconut taste, and I added Coconut Extra because I just like it's creaminess - I don't really get the suntan lotion taste from Coconut Extra.
Red Touch (FA) / Strawberry Ripe (TFA) I like Red Touch, I find it's a nice subtle, not-so-sweet strawberry and I just wanted to use it here because I haven't used it in other recipes for ages. The Strawberry Ripe is so common but nice so it had to go in, but just at a lower percentage to back up the Red Touch (FA) and add some sweetness to the Watermelon combo.
As a shake and vape this is pretty nice, the watermelon rind is strong and I find it refreshing. After about a week (as long as this has lasted for me) the watermelon rind taste blends into a background note, and this juice becomes a sweet treat with all the flavours melding together.
Additions and stuff from here - this is still a WIP and I want to experiment with;
- INW Cactus - I don't have this, but thinking I could use this to stop the refreshing juice-y rind flavour from melding into the background, and for mouthfeel. Maybe try it at 0.5%.
- FA Cream Fresh - I think I read somewhere that this has some common volatiles as Coconut (Triacetin?). Going to use this to try bring the Coconuts together and add to the creaminess of these, purely fixative and I don't want any "cream" type flavours to come through so will try this at 0.5%.
Would like to know what other people would suggest or do with this recipe. This is version 1 of this particular flavour combo's for this recipe so I'm sure there's work but currently I am really enjoying this and has been my ADV for the last week without getting too old.
Throwing this in at the end here because it's easily the best flavour I've ever made. Hope you enjoy!

Peach Yogurt
Based off of fresh03's Peach Yogurt recipe ( http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/201527/ ), built to my tastes:
-
TPA Bavarian Cream - 1.5%
-
TPA Greek Yogurt - 8%
-
TPA Orange Cream - 1.5%
-
FA Pear - 1%
-
TPA Pear - 2%
-
TPA Whipped Cream - 3.5%

FA White Peach - 2%
Only downside I've found is I have to re-wick before switching flavours. That peach/pear flavour never leaves. http://e-liquid-recipes.com/recipe/533073/

TFA - Cheesecake [Graham Crust] 5%
TFA - Bavarian Cream 3%
Capella's - French Vanilla 3%
Capella's - Vanilla Custard 2%
23% Flavoring Percentage, The remaining 77% is PG/VG With and Without Nic. I don't want to be responsible for how much Nic someone is using so please do your research in advance. I aim for 10MG.
I use 66/33 VG/PG Ratio.
I copied and tweeked a 2 year old recipe in the sub archives. This is the closest thing to mother's Milk I have been able to make. It is amazing! Just wanted to share for anyone on the hunt for this recipe.
I also wanted to note, MyFreedomSmokes has all of these flavorings available. It is convenient to buy all of these in one transaction and receive all of these flavors at once. I don't work for MFS or anything I just wanted to point that out.
Strawberry Ice cream Custard

- strawberry (liquidbarn) @ 3%
- vanilla bean ice cream (TPA) @ 5%
- vanilla ice cream (LiquidBarn) @ 3%
- vanilla custard (CAP) @ 2%
- sweetner (liquidbarn) @ 1%
Notes
I ordered from liquid barn and they sent me some free samples so i decided to mix something up with them. This recipe requires a day or two steep and is pretty dang good.
The flavor profile of the liquid barn flavorings are actually pretty good. The strawberry has a slight alcohol note but is quite sweet. The vanilla ice cream is really good. It actually adds a bit to the vbic of tpa.
I have to thank /u/fizzmustard for the mustard milk i used as a starting point to this. So far i have gotten some good feedback on this from my friends.
probably could cut this back a little from 20% flavorings but all in all it has been an adv for me.
I did the thing. A B&M in my area has DIY supplies and that was less scary than blind ordering it online, for whatever dumb reason my brain cooked up.
One of my big inspirations for DIY-ing, outside of the financial advantages, is my partner's frustration in finding his Goldilocks juice, a berries and menthol that's just right. Like me, he doesn't enjoy menthol vapes that are super heavy, fistful of breath mints washed down with Listerine.
What I came up with for him is apparently the Goldilocks juice. It's fairly shake 'n vape and the ratio of fruitiness to menthol is fantastic, but it does at least need to breathe for a short while. Recipe as follows.
- TFA Raspberry 4%
- TFA Pomegranate 4%
- TFA Pineapple 1%
- TFA Menthol 0.5-1%
Raspberry and pomegranate just go together. I think mixing pomegranate and citrus is a little bit played out and often doesn't give the right kind of bright flavor, so I opted for some pineapple instead, with its similar acidic wake-up notes. I might boost it to a slightly higher percentage depending on how the 15mL of Version 1 tastes after some steeping time -- the pineapple is extremely subtle right now, but does provide balance to the richness of the red fruits.
The menthol is really a personal preference thing. I made a 15mL bottle with 1% menthol and it was not as strong as I expected. Still a little bit too strong for me, but Mr. TCH says it's just right.

After many tries and lots of tweaks there it is
This is literally the first recipe I've come up with myself and enjoy (I'm sure there are hundreds of similar things). I think I have a pretty low standard for eliquid taste, unless it tastes insultingly awful I'm going to go through it, so I'd like to see if this tastes as good to anyone else as it does to me. I'm chugging through this in a Uwell Crown tank, if it matters.
