It's been about 6 months since my last order with NN, and I remember how ridiculously slow it was. Searching this sub for "Nude Nicotine," results in a lot of similar complaints, but nothing recent. Has anyone ordered from them in the last 4 months or so? If so, has their shipping time improved at all? Any feedback would be helpful, thanks.

At least from our prospective internally, processing has become A LOT quicker with the addition of some new staff for the packaging/shipping center. Crazy how easy it is to push out volume of formulations in a quality manner where the bottle neck is really packaging and shipping. We're closing on the 24-48, 72-96 on the heavy days from order click, to inout onto our individual loading list, entrance into formulations, bottling and shuttling to packaging, assembly, and finally shipment.
It's a lengthy and complicated process that's much more involved than simply maintaining shelf-stock. With every order shipped formulated-to-order on the scale we have been thrown into, I'm impressed but working to shorten every day.

As you can see, on those 3 orders tracked, they're averaging about 5.3 days to ship -- which includes weekends so it's not bad since there's a lot of labor going on before fulfilment.
I've been ordering nicotine with them for about a year and a half and always get it within a few days to a week depending on if they are behind or not. He even helped me out in a pinch one time when Jake was really low on supplies when his main batch didn't pass testing.
I like his service and he's always answered the few emails I've sent him. I just keep in mind it could take a week to get my supplies to me and make sure I reorder before I'm out.
They shipped me 12mg/ml base when I ordered 100mg/ml, and even after assuring me 3 times for three weeks they would send out the correct order, they never have. It's been about 2 months at this point and I still haven't gotten any reply from them confirming they would be shipping out my correct order. /u/nudenicotine
Ordered on the 4th of Feb, shipped on the 10th. USPS then dropped the ball hard and the 3-5 business day international shipping package arrived on the 29th in Australia.
I wish they had FedEx or UPS options.
No response to my email either.
It's a shame as I rate their product.
I still find it to be a bit slow but I haven't used many other vendors. Order placed on the 21st, notification that it was being formulated was received on the 23rd, left nude on the 25th, ups option for shipping and somehow I'm getting it on Thursday. It will end up being 11 days total for me from order placed to received, seems far too long in my opinion.
Just had to go through my email to check dates, ordered some nic from them on the 3rd of feb, and shipped on the 13th. Reading some other comments on this post, some people have had shorter times, i don't know if i'm just being selfish or what, 10 days for a small order to ship is ridiculous, they do have nice product though!
I myself will most likely wait another few months if i ever order from them again just because of how poorly they handle orders. I don't know if its lack of employees or HOW they process orders, but something needs to improve.
All in all, if you don't mind waiting half a month to get your order, they're a great company. Re-order your stuff before you run out, so you don't have to wait so long!
