I was thinking that juice could be Rainbow sherbet with either one or two of the fruit blend flavors (like rainbow drops, cloud 9, magma, strawberry lemonade, etc...) and, of course, an unhealthy dose of EM :)

Anyway, even if FW isn't in Shurb, these should be helpful in future.

Salt Water Taffy

1-5% ethyl maltol
1-5% ethyl vanillin

i haven't tried many of their flavours yet, but that's fucking it for salt water taffy!?

Razzleberry is just Benzyl Alcohol.
Sassafras has Wintergreen & some other weird shit in it.

Benzyl Alcohol is super common in many fruit flavors. The FEMA description is something like "non descript fruit".

I'd be surprised if these were totally complete listings though. ~~I'll have to poke through and see if they're accurate to what I'm familiar with.~~

There is no possible way that Raspberry flavor is JUST Benzyl Alcohol alone, too. Blueberry shows the same. Something is fishy here with these disclosures.

What if they use twice as much benzyl alcohol in Razzleberry compared to Raspberry? lol

FW is just fishy in general. They used to claim absolutely no diketones in their flavours; but GCMS testing proves QUITE the contrary.

Yeah these MSDS sheets appear mostly useless although there are some highlights to be had. I'll toss all the info into my database just to have it but it's not all that useful except for specific gravity/relative density.

I'm fairly familiar with it. Don't use it much, but, am familiar.

I was thinking the same. I'd be surprised as well. Their Rose Tobacco flavor is "37-45% flavourants", with the rest being PG; a "mixture of complex aromatic volatiles" which is "trade secret"

That's a tricky one because it doesn't mean it's butter at all, just possibly butter flavor extract volatiles.

SDS data does not always contain chemical compounds if they are "trade secrets".

This would explain why 2 flavours show the same data.

This is awesome, I haven't seen these before. Thanks so much for sharing. Wish CAP and FA would release theirs..

EDIT: Shame all of their mixtures aren't specified, but this allowed me to rule out pretty much every plausible FW flavoring for my Shurb clone. That is a huge help!

While FW may have a few good flavors, their very public dishonesty and incompetence really turned me off to giving them any business.

SDS sheets are mostly useless to determine recipes for stuff like this (and lots of other things).

Refer to the list in just about any of their flavours. Below the standard things like alcohols and menthols you will see: "The specific chemical identity and/or exact percentage (concentration) of composition has been withheld as a trade secret."

SDS data does not need to contain things deemed trade secrets. This protects companies from copying one another. Think of Pepsi/Coca Cola concentrates.
