I have a 1 liter of nicotine that I have been using for 3-4 months now. I DIY for myself, friends, and family members so I decided to buy a liter. I'm about 30 percent down on it, and I store it in the fridge. Before I DIY, I take it out to let it warm to room temp so it can be used in my syringe. I never shake it, or leave the cap off for more than 2 mins. Can my method of nic. storage speed up oxidation? Can the constant temp changes damage the nic?
Keep a big bottle and a little bottle. Use the little bottle and fill it up from the big one when it gets empty so you are only removing the big one to fill the little one. Glass is preferable. Also, shake that shit ya dingus.
what you really should be doing is putting it in a smaller bottle (depending on how much ML of juice/nic level you make depends on the amount you'll have in the bottle) and storing the large bottle in the fridge.

I use a syringe because I bought nudearmorV2 from nude nicotine. And I prefer a more exact measurement for my nic, syringe onto scale for double insurance.
So use a pipette. You can stretch out the tip and make a micro dropper tip. I used to do this in chemistry lab when we were working with milligram measurements.
I never shake it because I don't want the agitation to speed up the oxidation process.. And what should I use in place of syringles?
I transfer from my big bottle, into a 30ml squeeze bottle, that has a tiny nozzle, and keep both in the freezer. Then I just take out and the small bottle and squeeze and drip the nic into my recipe. Measuring by weight. Super accurate, and not much cleanup required.

I transferred my bulk bottle of nic into amber glass boston rounds with poly cone caps. Figure out how much you expect to use in 1 to 3 months, and use that size bottle. I top them off as close as possible to minimize the amount of air to prevent oxidization, then store them all in the freezer. I have one bottle I work out of that is kept in a cool dark cabinet. When that runs out, I simply thaw a new bottle and work from it. Remember to mix your bulk bottle completely (Shake/Stir or whatever method you prefer) before transfer, and fill the bottles as full as possible. I bought a half liter and filled 8 60mL bottles.
Get some wine argon spray. It'll displace oxygen and reduce top-of-bottle oxidation.
I suggest breaking liters down to 120ml packer bottles.

I only have LDPE 120ml bottles do you think that is safe to store 100mg nicotine in?
Certainly, as long as you can assure the temp stays at 70° or lower and away from light. Just remember LDPE doesn't assure an airtight seal.
Glass packer bottles are cheap on Amazon, too. Wide mouth and less risk of leakage. LDPE bottles don't always seal 100%.
I usually squeeze my LDPE juice bottles (not nic base) before sealing and it tells me if the seal broke.
You can get a product called Bloxygen: it's meant to keep things like woodworking finishes from going bad, but it's just argon in a spray can. Not terribly expensive (IIRC, about $12 a can) and I've seen it on Amazon and a bajillion other places. If you only use it for nic, one can should last a long time.
I have not read anyone comment on the flux of temp on the nic. I buy 50ml at a time with my NIC. I haven't reached the liter purchase yet. I store my NIC in the freezer for a few weeks at a time. Every time I pull it out to thaw, I let it sit for 2-3 days before actually applying. Ofc I shake the shit out of it as well.
My question is: how does the flux in temp, no higher than 72° ambient temp, affect the 100mg/ml NIC with a VG base?
I'm assuming you have yet to run into a nic hotspot: that'll get you to start shaking before every use!
I generally fill up a smaller 60ml bottle from my big bottle, and I also dilute it down to 36mg (I buy VapersTek 100mg/ml). The 36ml is far less unpleasant if happen to get some on your skin! I only mix for myself, so I only have to take my main bottle out of the freezer once every couple of months. I let it sit at room temp for a couple hours (or put it in a hot water bath if I'm in a hurry), then shake the crap out of it and transfer whatever I need to the smaller bottle.
I just recently finished off a 120ml of nic that was nearly a year old, and it was barely starting to get peppery. As long as you're not leaving it out at room temp (and especially not in direct sunlight), occasionally taking it in and out of the freezer shouldn't be an issue. Besides that, using a smaller bottle to mix from means less gets wasted should you spill it or accidentally squirt flavoring into it (not that I've ever done that. That's the story I'm sticking with.) Also, I'd highly suggest using a smaller nic bottle that doesn't look anything remotely like your regular juice bottles xD .
I got 500ml of 100mg/mL from vape clarity and broke it down into 30mL amber Boston rounds (after shaking vigorously). I keep one out for use and the rest of the vials in a zip lock bag in the freezer. When the one I use (kept in a wooden box in a controlled temperature) starts to run low, I move one from the freezer to the wooden box as well to reach room temperature. I always shake the vial well before using it. Looking into getting an argon spray to top bottles off and force Oxygen out of the bottle before re-closing it.
