I'd suggest going through the fruit loops threads and picking out based on what you have:

There's at least one 3-flavor recipe but it's really heavy on the lemon.

To do it correctly, IMHO, you really need a ton of flavors. It just doesn't work really well with only 3-5 flavors, although there's been a lot more work to try to nail a simple recipe.

Part of DIY means spending as much as you need to in order to find what works for YOUR subjective palate. Taste is subjective.

If you're used to paying $15-$25 per 30ml for retail juice, you can buy a lot of flavors for the price of just 3-5 bottles of premium retail juice. Just swallow the bitter DIY pill and accept that no one can guess what you personally will like.

So much this, I saw that thread about someone wanting a single flavor fruit loop recipe and I said aloud before opening it: "There isn't one." then saw you got downvoted for saying pretty much that, +1ed it for truth.

I sometimes try to keep things less verbose rather than reinventing the wheel in responding.

More flavorings make a better cereal.

What's the secret with FE lemon? I've made the revised version a few times with FA Lemon Sicily and it was legit, but when I got FE lemon I was excited to mix up the actual recipe but the lemon was so overpoweringly strong even after a couple weeks I had to ditch the batch. I tried again with the lemon at 1% and it was still extremely lemon pledgy. Maybe I just have a bad batch of FE lemon though.

TFA changed the name of Berry Crunch to Berry Cereal. Looks like BCV mashed up the two names.

"We haven't changed anything besides the name, so these will still be the same flavors you love!"

Can't wait to make the Tongue Fuck recipe with FW Fruity Flakes subbing in for TPA Fruit Circles. Can't decide if it's that or the TPA Berry Crunch that's giving me that "vaping a Strawberry Shortcake doll's hair" feeling, but I suspect it's part of the missing link to total satisfaction.

That said, I'm with the "Mo' ingredients, mo' bettah'." people when it comes to making a fruit cereal recipe. Those subtle nuances make a big difference. Anything under 6 ingredients is suspect.
