Their customer support is incredible, and here's why.
I ordered roughly $18 after shipping of flavors. After which I went to mix a new bottle and used up the rest of my TFA Ripe Strawberry. Not good, so I went back and ordered another one. 30mL, 8 bucks after shipping.
A few days later I get an email saying my order has been updated, and that I had a message. They combined my orders without my request, and credited the ~$3 shipping fee to my account for use on future orders. It's a small gesture, but it really goes to show how they are on top of their customer service game.
Kudos to BCV!
Wow that is incredible!
My shipping label vendor (shipping easy) now prompts me if a customer has a second order with me, which makes it a LOT easier to combine orders than ever before.
What do you sell?
Pretty rude to the newbie as usual, just the way they roll
Yea It doesnt really bother me. I only asked because if it was something I was interested in, I would like to buy and support people here. Clearly he isnt interested, and I'm not butthurt about it. I dont really mind him, he isnt looking to make any friends, but he's got good info.
BCV has done this for me on multiple occasions. My only problem now is they don't sell anything more than 4 oz. at a time. This has forced me to go through TFA and Capella websites to order in bulk. Otherwise, BCV is my favorite site.
Agreed, they really need to start offering 8oz or even 16oz, would keep them competitive.
They did the same for me. I made two orders on the same day and was kicking myself for not making one and having to pay for shipping twice. I got a message saying they combined the orders and credited my account for the shipping cost. They not only get my business now but I of course recommended them to a couple friends who want to start DIY. Great customer service and now I can't recommend them enough.
I love bcv... For a while I was having issues with the drip tips on their bottles cracking with peppermint flavor and leaking all over the bag during shipping. Not only did they replace the peppermint with a larger bottle, they threw in a bag of extra tips and a bottle of another flavor that Drew (the guy I was dealing with) thought went well with the peppermint. Ended up being my ADV for months, and I still mix it up quite a bit now. I don't buy flavors anywhere else, shipping is always quick too.
BCV is the best, they did this for me the last time I ordered. I forgot I had 2 different ingredients lists and went back to get the second list, they saved me $8.00 shipping, I sent them a message right after to thank them and when I got my package it turns out they threw some treats in there as well. Cannot sing their praises enough, it's the only place I shop for flavors now.
I spent over $500 a month for seven months and cannot even get them to return a call. One day my debit card just stopped working on only their site. Was a great regular customer with zero complaints. While they are very good at giving a few dollars credit, I feel like they could care less about the average customer. 7 emails and 4 voice messages over a 2 month period, and not even one response? Pretty crappy if you ask me, but when I completely realized how bad they where ripping me off on inewra and flavorart, I wanted to cry. OK, I admit a tear did come out. For small stuff they are GREAT! But any real size i suggest Nicotine River. Free shipping until tomorrow too!
I made a $75+ order last time and the site told me I qualified for free shipping. So I placed the order but the order was only $72 and change before tax. Noticed my total order was $88 with shipping. I, wrongfully, assumed shipping would be taken off at a later stage of order confirmation. When I inquired through email, they told me tax wasn't included in the order total. No offer to add a flavor or two to make it over $75, no offer to remove shipping charges. Just me, feeling and looking like a jackass for pointing out that their site had an error.
