I've always wanted to try mixing with flavorah, but the prices always drive me away. Is it worth it, and what are some easy shake and vape recipes I can try with like 2-3 flavorah flavorings?
They have some flavors that are so unique and so well imagined that you have to get them. The others are more for if you're looking for that exact flavor because the same flavor from all other vendors is falling flat.
The must-haves in my opinion are rich cinnamon, yogurt, peanut butter, pink guava, coconut, chocolate Deutsche, and lemonade.
After reading your must haves, it left me wondering why I haven't really played around with around with lemonade more so I mixed some of it with OSDIY Blue Raspberry and it turned out delicious...Thanks for reminding me about that one!
Mind giving me a quick discription of chocolate deutsche? Can't find any flavor notes on it and I have been trying to find a couple good chocolate flavors.

Imo the one's I picked up haven't really been worth the price. They are very good flavorings, but around the same concentration as FA.
Some notable ones that I will be picking up again however is their Greek Yogurt, Lychee, and Peanut Butter. Very excellent flavors.
Some that I found disappointing based on highly positive reviews on this subreddit: Cured Tobacco (fades very easily), Cinnamon Crunch (not much of a crunch or cinnamon, can be worked with well but the profile is limited and substitutes are available), Strawberry (I really do not care for the jammy strawberry, also tastes a bit thin and cuts the mouthfeel of anything I put it in), and Vanilla Custard (Cap + other vanillas/creams work better for me)
I haven't had atrocious fading with Cured Tabacco, though I use it as a supporting flavor in tobacco blends. I actually kind of like how it falls into the background because that's where I want it, though I could see it being frustrating if you were trying to emphasize it as a main front note.
I'm having to rework some of my recipes because of fading. I'm not sure what causes this to happen.
Yes, main note is a real problem. I've tried extending it's flavor with backup tobaccos, but no luck so far. Shame too, very delicious for the first week.
Edit: I have a real nightmare tribute with ~1% FLV Cured, still notable right now but it was mixed only 4 days ago. I'll see if it stays in the background over a month.
The only one I have tried is vanilla custard. I love it, not because it's a very custardy, but because it taste very very similar to store bought vanilla pudding. I mix 4% in with bronuts and it taste just like a pudding filled donut. Also, it is a nice single flavor at 6%, nice and light.
Frankly I found their flavors to be a little flat and dont tend to blend well with other brands. That's just me though.
In fact, I have a slew of FLV flavors you can grab from me for cheap that are just shelved up if you want them.
so far i have found their chocolate deutsch to be totally worth the price, I dont know why they want to keep thier prices high, nicotine river initially sold at what i found was a competitive price point but it looks like they were discouraged to do so by flavorah
Chocolate deutsch restored my hopes for vaping chocolate again... Not only does it hold up to higher temps without scorching it also has the coconut and caramel notes that you would expect from a German chocolate cake, the only other single flavor that even comes close is INW Lemon Cake
I think they're very good to have in your arsenal; if you're just starting to build up your flavor stash then I would probably get FA or INW first though (been really digging INW's offerings lately). They are fairly concentrated so they will last you a while which is nice. So far out of the ones I have my most used is probably Butterscotch, Cinnamon Crunch, and Milk & Honey. Blueberry muffin is quite unique too, but doesn't really fit my palate well. I hear their banana is like a nice fresh banana so I will probably be picking that one up next. Their rich cinnamon is a really nice bakery cinnamon but $12 for a flavoring is pretty hard to justify (even though 1-2 drops is all you will need in a recipe).
I think what sets them apart is that their line is pretty unique and designed for DIY. Since they're unique they're a bit hard to sub out for other flavorings in people's recipes which is kind of a drag
been using their rich cinnamon, both coconuts, and milk and honey often. hated their caramel because it tastes like old dish rag to me, and their guava was like vaping old lady perfume. imo the real winner of their line from what I tasted is rich cinnamon.
Essentials for me:
- Vanilla Custard - my favorite custard
- Blueberry
- Boysenberry
- Rich Cinnamon (expensive but also super concentrated)
- Coffee
- Guavah
- Butterscotch
To me, these represent either the best example of their flavor or very useful in other mixes. These are the flavors that I add to my shopping list once the bottle hits halfway so I don't run out. Some others FLV flavors are very good, but to me these are must-haves. Note most people either love or hate the Guavah. You could pick up the rest of this list for about $50, which is not a small outlay, but now that they are being sold at some other vendors you could add a bottle or two to your next order and see for yourself.
Sorry got a little excited, I'm also a fan of their lime, lemonade, pink guava, cinnamon crunch cereal, watermelon, sweet coconut, and boysenberry. I have a few more but haven't really nailed them down yet. But worth the money? Most definitely. At least for me. Less is more.
I've played with milk and honey, cream and blueberry. Milk and honey I haven't done much with but not really impressed. Blueberry was a huge disappointment, think blue dum dum suckers. The cream was decent but fa fresh cream is far better imho. I still have strawberry, v custard and crunch cereal to mess with. Hope they are better than what I've already tried.
I really like their butterscotch. On every other butterscotch flavoring I was able to detect that fake taste (either alcohol or chemical) on the exhale/top-note/finish but their butterscotch just works for me. That being said I also have their blueberry muffin and it's not worth the price. I am going to try their vanilla custard and chocolate deutsch next, I'm really excited about the vanilla custard people say it tastes just like pudding.
I didn't enjoy any of the ones that I bought, even after trying at various percentages.
Ive found myself just using FA for the past couple of months tastes great and highly concentrated, but there's still the odd TFA in a couple of recipes.

That's a good question . I tried their VC (7.49/15ml) and Coconut (12.49/15ml) . And honestly their just hyped . The VC has same properties as CAP , I tried it in some of the recipes and I couldn't taste the difference. Now, their coconut is much stronger than others ! At 0.5% is all you need . But it shares same with FA coconut . So, I didn't bother trying more . I won't be spending that much on them. if they drop their price to FA price then I would . But that's just me am happy with the other flavor manufactures .
