Has anyone used a handheld mixer like this? How effective is it?

Most likely made in China, hence the $2 price tag, but are these handheld egg mixers worth the trouble?

Purchased one anyway and will have review once it arrives.

You might want to consider one of these. Badger Air-Brush Co. 121 Paint Mixer. Mixes extremely well, fits in glass 30ml bottle and very useful for mixing all kinds of stuff.

I use a cordless drill and a pen that I hollowed and split in four to make a mixer. Eeeezy peeezy

Yeah a cheap pen casing works great and still has that flexibility like the straw.

Probably a bit more durable. I usually toss the straw after each bottle, so I don't have to fuck with cleaning it in between batches.

Mine works fine with 70/30 vg/pg juice. But mine also wasn't $2 from amazon, I think I got it from a store a while back.

if the mix too thick, get a new stainless steel drill bit, wash it good, and use it with a handheld drill or dremmel. works wonders!

That's what I use. Just a stainless steel rod on a dremel. Works incredibly well. But if you ate using a dremel rather than a drill, you may not want to use the drilling end of a bit, because the dremel turns so many rpms,it may be difficult to control.

I have 2 of them and I think they are garbage to be honest. Got one at a thrift store and one from amazon. Bought 2 because I thought maybe the thrift store one was just worn out.. They have alot of difficulty in high vg juice. Unless its warmed to thin it out. I chucked both of the bases and use the wand on a drill because 2 AA batteries just doesn't have enough torque to do the job right.

I have to agree with you 100%. I picked one up at ikea for $4 used it for about 5 mixes and realized that it just wasn't worth the effort. I always mix max vg and it just wouldn't cut it for some of my heavier mixes. Good old shaking is the only way to do it. If I'm making a larger batch >240ml I use a juice blender. Honesty, don't waste your time.

i bought mine from ikea and it's really really powerful little whisker thing! it makes my mixes all fluffy and delicious! a must have!

just curious, what do you normally use to store the juice for ultrasonic cleaning? i heard somewhere that you can't use glass bottles or beaker cuz they'll break into pieces.

edit: and how much better is using uc compared to frother?

Glass is fine and its what I used but after not noticing much difference I have given up on US now and only use it for cleaning my RDA/RTAs. I just mix and leave it sitting for a few days before I vape it.

I bought a handheld milk frother and cut the wand off. I use it in my dremel tool at 15000 rpm. It's super effective. The AA battery motor doesn't have enough torque.

Works great, just don't add the nic in until after you use this, as it accelerates oxidization of the nic. It's actually called a frother btw.

do you mind elaborate a bit on that? i read somewhere that it wasn't recommended but it didn't really say why and i didn't do well in science class.
