So, I'll start by saying I'm in no way affiliated with Zibelli. I discovered them last week when someone posted that RIP Trippers had mentioned them or something. I'm always looking for new flavors for mixing so I thought I'd be the guinea pig.
Ordering: Simple to use site. Very basic, they really need to add more information about mixing percentages, ingredients etc. In addition, they should add more detail about the organization itself.
Processing: Extremely quick. I ordered on Tuesday night, got a shipping confirmation with tracking on Wednesday by noon. Either they aren't really that busy or they have a good system for processing orders. Either way, thumbs up.
Shipping: Things break down at this point. I specifically selected USPS and paid the $10 shipping charge to Toronto (Canada). After checking my tracking details closer I noticed that UPS (Big Brown) was used. For you guys/gals in the states that may not be a big deal but when shipping to Canada I only deal with companies that use USPS. The reason is that UPS charges a horrendous "Brokerage" fee to handle customs processing. ex: $45 order has $12 handling fee payable at the door. 2 problems with this.
UPDATE: I received an email from them within a couple of hours and they refunded me and apologized. If nothing else they seem to have superb customer service.
1) Someone needs to be home to receive the order. (2 professionals that work crazy hours).
2) Additional $12 F***king dollars to do nothing. (USPS charges nothing).
I have sent them an email as my total cost will be over $65 (not including the 30% exchange rate, but I digress) for 13 15ml bottles. (Ridiculous!!!!!) Hopefully I'll hear something from them tomorrow.
Packaging: Excellent, well boxed with bubble wrap. Vacuum sealed in small batches. Thumbs up!

Color/Colour: All are very clear, some have slight tinges to them but overall they very faint compared to similar offerings from other manufacturers.
Smell: All of the bottles smell very good. No beaver anus, dirt, puke, etc.
Taste: (Subjective) - Tested on a Crius, dual coil Kanthal @ 0.4ohms, KohGenDo at 30 watts.
Strawberry - Nice fruity ripe strawberry flavour with some candy notes. Mixed at 5%
Watermelon - Interesting take on watermelon, kind tastes like strawberry with no berry notes. The verdict is still out on this one. Mixed at 5%.
Fruity Cereal - Actually decent fruit loops flavour. Like a mellow version of FW Fruit rings. Not detecting any lemon pledge notes. Probably the best fruit loops I've tried thus far. Mixed at 5%.
Have more to test over the next week so stay tuned.
My first thought was, Guinea pig? Why do you know what guinea pig taste like O.O..

Update after mixing a few.
I'm starting to think they are Capella diluted with extra PG. Mixed the following samples thus far. I will add more detailed notes after a few days of steeping.
- Watermelon 5% - Taste tested, seems really weak but nice and fruity.
- Strawberry 5% - Taste tested, seems really weak but stronger than the watermelon.
- Guava 5% - Taste tested, seems weak and almost like pineapple.
- Blueberry 5% - Taste tested, seems weak but nice.
- Sweet Vanilla Custard 5% - Taste tested, stronger than others but very similar to CAP v2.
Will steep for 3 days and try them again. They are all pleasant so far but very similar to CAP but weaker.
Are they there own flavors or someone else's rebranded?
So, I haven't had a chance to mix them yet so I can't say for sure. The cake batter has a very familiar smell but isn't exactly like CAP Cake batter. Once I mix up samples I'll have a better idea of their uniqueness. The Vanilla Custard also bares similar notes to CAP-VCv2.
They eat Guinea pig in some countries, possibly New Guinea so it should taste good.
I think it's more of a central American thing. Incan royalty (I believe) used have to sole right to eat guinea pigs.
