I ordered some PG, VG, nic and flavours. Mixed up a simple cheesecake juice using one flavour at 15% and it tastes amazing. Is it really this easy and cheap?

I just got some vanilla, chocolate, caramel, doughnut, and cookie flavors and have been mixing them pretty much randomly. Everything's the bomb.
Haha I've always preferred fruity flavors (the ones you listed are good.. epecialy vanilla.. but they tend to make me nauseous after chain vaping for some reason).
Since I have primarily fruits, I'll throw some random mixes together and be like, yup, that is fruit alright.
And now I'm craving vanilla god damn it.

It's very easy. I use this idiot proof calculator to DIY http://www.todmuller.com/ejuice/ejuice.php For every 60 ml bottle I made I decreased my nic level by .5. Within 6 months I was vaping 0 nic. After 2 years I just stopped vaping as the desire stopped all together. Thank you electronic cigarette for helping me quit. Never looking back!!!
I'm about two weeks in. I've been making 10ml samplers, playing around with nic levels and flavour percentages.
After a fortnight, I've finally found something worth making a 30ml of. I'm going to mix that up tomorrow. Something I would vape for a week or so while I tweak the recipe some more. I've also got a second recipe that needs a fair bit of work done, but I'd say I'm halfway to respectable on that one.
Basically I'm saying, yeah you can definitely mix up a vapeable batch on your first day, and that'll probably save you a lot of beer tokens. Thing is though, rabbit holes can get pretty deep and expensive.

OMG the rabbit hole is deep for sure. I haven't started the DIY part yet. I just started vaping 12 days ago and now I own two mods, three tanks, 7 batteries, 2 RDAs, 4 spools of wire, tools, cotton, and about 1000ml of juice. My wife hates me...
This would be me, if it wasn't for that damned joint bank account!

Well, I tend to go overboard when I start something new. It will level out. Especially after I have bought all the mods on craigslist. That place kills me. I am about to go pick up an IJust2 and two mech mods for $20. Then I am done... for a few days. If I do not get the Cuboid... Or find any good deals... Or need a new flavor.
DIY juice is literally a repeat of vaping.
It's great, and it's cheap... To start with...
Then you decide to start trying to blend your own unique flavours and buying 50-200 flavour variations and using minute little amounts of something and creating 40 test batches with different %'s. and then you realise it's cheaper to just buy juice.
I havent started yet but my order is in. I sure hope so! The different between premium juice and budget juice to me is.... $ and thats about it. Having said that, Im sure I can make some budget juice. and DIY is sub-budget juice. I cant wait to try. Did you steep yours or shake and vape?
Shake and vape
Perfect. Im going to have to learn to be patient, because well, steeping does really work miracles sometimes. But shake and vape is great for the lazy in me.
At first, I wanted to vape all the things.
After a couple weeks, I've got more 10ml mixes than I can shake a stick at. That stuff will have to just sit there and age, because I don't have enough hours in the day to vape it.
PRO TIP: Keep notes of every mix (I use [Batch date, batch name, batch volume, nic volume, PG/VG volume, Flavour 1/2/3/4 volumes]). Label everything you bottle, with the date and a name, and make sure it matches your notes.
I've got it all on a spreadsheet, but a notebook will work just as well.
So what recipe did you try out of curiosity? My first order will be here tomorrow, I ordered a lot of flavors based on the sidebar and flavors I'll need to make select recipes I'm dying to try from e-liquid-recipes. Curious to see if I have the flavoring you used.
