I came up with this recipe when i was working on Holiday themed vapes last year and it has found its way into my steady rotation. Nice creamy fruit vape with a slight spice that is perfect for cold minnesota mornings. The flavors play together with a lot of grace and surprisingly, they find balance that i enjoyed throughout the curing process.
Apricot(tfa): A really true form sweet apricot flavor. It really sticks out at 7.5%, strong enough to cut through the strong crem about to be used, but doesn't become too over-bearing. Has that dried apricot taste i quite enjoy.
Horchata(fw): ACTUALLY A GOOD HORCHATA! used at 6% it has a great even creaminess. the spice profile is also pretty well balanced and attaches itself nicely to apricot's profile. the nutmeg, cinnamon, and all that other fun stuff does get more intense over time,( but that is after 1-2 months at the last bit of the bottle) at this level its strong and creamy enough not to have to incorporate any additional creams or custards.
Pear(FW): a great sweet pear. not as accurate as TFA's Pear to the actual fruit. but it has a fantastic slight bit of complexity that plays behind it's sweetness. USED IN THIS RECIPE as a sweetener. and it works well
- TFA Apricot 7.5%
- FW Horchata 6%
- FW Pear 1.5%
great as a shake n' vape, 1-2 day steep time 1 week and it ages beautifully

Yes. Works well anywhere between 5-12.5% depending on device and power.
Does it hit the rice note that The other horchatas don't really seem to?
