So I recently gave TFA orange cream a shot. Really enjoyed it and decided to pick up another with my next order. I use enough TFA to order straight from them. Upon checkout I noticed that USPS was not an option. So after 15 min of searching I realized that the disclaimer states they won't ship over 15ml sizes of a flavor with " ** " USPS bc it's flammable and considered hazmat. I was only getting another 15 but once I removed it I refreshed my cart and I had USPS options again. Upon examining the asterisk and their meaning I confirmed orange cream is indeed considered flammable. I know for 100% fact that 2 weeks ago I ordered it and had zero issues. I always ship USPS bc to hell with UPS. Does anyone else have any information on this? I've contacted TFA and have yet to hear back. Did they recently reformulate orange cream? It's not alcohol based so how would it be flammable? Their cranberry is essentially all alcohol and I had no problems putting that in my cart and it offering USPS options
I'm not sure, but on a related note, oils from the skins of oranges are flammable. You can squeeze one near a candle and shoot a little fireball

They have to label yhe concentrate as flammable but once its diluted down its not flammable. Cap sweet strawberry is same way and few others. Its not anything to really worry about once mix.
As someone who works for the hazardous shipping industry, I can tell you that regulations have cracked down and are beginning to be enforced more strictly now. The new regulations for hazardous items, and lithium batteries will go into effect by April. It is hitting my company pretty hard right now, especially with the lithium batteries, and since we do A LOT of international shipping at discounted prices, they are taking their precautions. 1 exposed lithium terminal touching something or that's damaged can take a plane down in seconds, and the fire burns until it runs out. You can not put out a battery fire. As far as the flavor you ordered, the regulations for that are under more investigation. Best way to ship things now are ups, and if your out of the country dhl and FedEx can both take hazardous things. Get it all now before they crack down harder.
