I ordered some flavors from BCV on the 7th of this month. Yesterday the tracking said it was out for delivery. Package never showed up. Today i get a tracking update saying it was being returned to sender. I immediately drive to my post office and ask whats going on with my package. The lady comes back and tells me that there are two packages that were shipped to me and they are being returned because they have the same shipping label. They tell me the if I want them I have to pay the postage since duplicate labels were used. I just want my flavorings so I pay them and go home. When i get to my house I ring up BCV and tell them what happened. When I opened them packages in one I found my order in the other I found a 4oz bottle of cap vanilla custard that was ordered the same day as my order but was supposed to go to someone in NC not to me in AL. BCV made it right by crediting me what I had to pay USPS and letting me keep the vanilla custard. I'm sorry that the person expecting the vanilla custard will have to wait a few more day. Thanks to BCV for having a person answering the phone and for making everything right. You guys are awesome and I will definitely order again.
I order just about everything except for Nicotine from BCV and I have to say they are pretty awesome. Their customer service is great and they ship same day almost every time.

I recently ordered about 8 different flavorings from BCV, it was my first time ordering from them. They shipped the same day and I received my order in no more than 3 days from NC to Michigan. On my packing list/receipt was a hand written thank you with my name and it was signed by Billy.
Words cannot describe how pleased I was with their excellent customer service. They will be getting my future business as well!
I have made this error myself with orders. Probably 10 times in 3 years. It's an oops moment but they did right for fixing it.
Actually had a guy attempt a backcharge over it after I refunded him and let him keep the erroneous second order.
Some people are never satisfied. I hate dealing with entitled customers.
He tried to place an order a few months later but my blacklist software blocked him and he emailed me with threats to tell all his friends lol.
I love entitled people because it helps me ban them from all my various businesses forever.
I love dealing with BCV. I've been placing an order every week for the past month or so, and they always have spot on service. In fact, one time I placed an order late Friday, and another on Sunday (had a lot of friends hit me up over the weekend), and they combined the two packages and refunded the shipping cost of the first order. I'll continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future because of their prompt service and competitive prices.
I also had a strange experience with BCV. I placed an order for some flavors and when I checked everything before I did the final check out all was correct so I placed the order. When I received my confirmation e-mail the address was different. It had the right street, city, and zip code but the state said "Armed services pacific". I quickly sent an e-mail off to BCV and they responded and said the address they had for shipping was the correct one with my state in it. I have no idea what happened but I'm very glad they responded so quickly.
I'm just glad I caught it at my post office. I would've hated waiting for it to go back to them and get straightened out.
Ultra fast shipping is a HUGE reason i continue to buy from BVC , well that and excellent prices , the shipping prices i don't care for though .
I live two hours away and shipping is steep for being that close and only a small order , can't drive up there yet but maybe at some point.
BCV is great.
True experience with BCV: I ordered a caramel, but I received Cinnamon Red Hots. I understand shit happens. it really is no big deal. BCV apologies energetically, refunds purchase price + enough credit to ship another bottle. Wow, nice.
True experience with ECX: Ordered an FA Cam Blend, but I receive Zen Garden. Shit happens. No big deal. ECX emails me the problem wasn't on their end, send the bottle in for investigation. Of course Im not going to spend time or postage to ship a $4 bottle of flavoring back to them. Same order also had three leaked out bottles (loose caps) that I didn't write them about.
I've ordered hundreds of bottles from both. But since this, I've ordered 500ish bottles from BCV. and 0 from ECX.
