Logged into facebook today and saw this website posted by someone in a facebook group in the city i live in. Scroll down a hair an you will notice alot of /u/enyawreklaw recipes and a /u/_bombies recipe. Some of the enyawreklaw recipes even have the same pictures. http://www.csvapejuice.com/

Messaged him. Here's the screenshat conversation.
That's why I keep my really good recipes to myself.
and that's the exact reason why this kinda stuff hurts the community. I'm trying to get in contact with CS. I already emailed one of the vendors the carried them to let them know the situation.
I'm more than willing to share my other recipes, and I do give away bottles of my best, but I'll never give out the full recipe for them. Too many people want to either buy them, or set up a "partnership" for them.
That is your first instinct when you see this happen, but Wayne is right. This community didn't get here because people shared their shitty recipes. You post your good ones and you let it be and you help out fellow DIYers. The internet will sort out these people who are ACTUALLY stealing something like names and images.
/u/Botboy141 I'd imagine is getting fucked the most here as he actually sells his juice (what recipes has bombies released that's up there?)
It's not Bombies original recipe. It was a homage by /u/fizzmustard
I'm aware, that's why I was curious why the OP mentioned bombies at all.
What's hilarious is the directly ripped names. I've only ever put "minus the stick" for Shortdick Bar on here. All of the images on that site are hotlinks to Wayne's site. Jesus christ.
is it already taken down? their facebook page appears broken or removed to me
Facebook is still up. A couple of us called him out on our personal accounts and he banned us.
Edit: Okay I checked again and it looks like he panicked. Website and Facebook are both down. It's only a matter of time before he opens a new Facebook page with a new website.
He deleted my comments, along with Wayne's and the rest of the DIY community. I'm guessing he blocked me too since I can't comment or message him anymore. This guy just can't be fucked. And this is why I can't be bothered to help noobies. Who wants to wager that this guy has contributed absolutely jackshit to this subreddit? He came on here with the intention to start a ejuice company (like a lot of them). They are just keen on making a quick buck by riding on the coattails of other people's success. This will be the downfall of this community.
appreciate the back up man. I emailed their vendor they list there. If anything I can cut there their B&M line off.
Always do, man. You're a big part of the DIY community and we appreciate everything you've done. People like this are the reason why many mixers have turned away from the sub but just know that a lot of us appreciate what you do, and try to give back whether it's through donations or recipes. Anyway, I think what disgusts and pissed me off about this whole ordeal is how nonchalant he is (to the point where he's claiming to be buddies with you).
To be honest I did too. I came here thinking making eJuice was as simple as throwing a few drops of this and a few drops of that and there ya go! Your very own masterpiece. After mixing for a few months I have come to appreciate what you all do more and more and put aside my greed so that I can attempt to contribute. For the past month I have started to try and create my own recipes so that I can stop "stealing" from the community and start giving back. I just want to say thank you for not giving up on us yet and I hope more people like him will come to my realization.
Recipes and formulations are patentable. If you want to protect your formulation, you must patent it. Otherwise, it is fair game. Dick move, but legal.
One may argue copyright protection for the re-use of images without permission/accredition though.
Edit: If the information was posted on a public forum, it is effectively in the public domain. Reproduction may fall under fair use unless if there is a license imposed.
It is possible, though unlikely. One would have to show something unique or innovative in the process of making e-liquid to qualify.

As soon as my Placid clone got 2 5 star votes someone copied it exactly, down to the name "Placid (Clone)". I pointed it out on their recipe asking why and never got a response. I don't care so much, but if they tried it I had hoped they would let me know what they thought!
Wouldn't it work the same as you pressing modify or adapt recipe, it saves all the information but ur just going from 30-120ml to get the updated scale and just save it, which makes it become a recipe on ur account? That's how my stuff works I just add a v1-# # to it and my notes and it become a new same recipe..
Sooooo ur telling me that I can't torrent a movie and then burn it on a DVD and sell that shit at Pacific mall?
There seem to be other reddit users whose recipes have been ripped off by this guy as well.
Look at the conversation I posted. He clearly knows Wayne personally, so it's okay.
r/ecigclassifieds is pretty bad as well. You hear people recommend users because they have a "great Strawberry Vanilla Ice Cream Cone" or "they're Bronuts are amazing". I was on there last night and it was pretty crazy to see how these people are dealing. Someone recommended a users Strawberry Shortcake Bar. No one ever mentioned or credited that those flavors came from here. Also, I didn't recognize any of the names of users here so they just lurk here and steal recipes.
