Sander for shaking your juice, anyone try this?

Been trying to think of a way to shake more bottles at once without spending a chunk of change on some professional lab equipment.

What if you used a powered block or orbital sander and epoxied a small container with a strong latch lid to it. Line the container with foam to keep the bottles from bouncing around. You could start shaking 4-6 bottles at once.

Just curious if anyone has tried this yet. I'm unsure if the sander will be able to provide enough power or momentum to really get the thick vg stirred.

I've thought about a small mini mixer, but I don't like the idea of having to submerge something into the juice. Seems like a mess waiting to happen. Not to mention, having to clean it everytime to prevent cross contamination would be a large waste of time.

I appreciate the link and suggestion though. This still might be the best route for larger bottles, like 100mL+.

Stick it in a 15mL bottle filled with alcohol, run it for 15 seconds, set it out to air dry. End of cleaning process.

Similar to the actual recommended cleaning method for blenders, which are far more susceptible to bacterial growth and "cross-contamination" than anything ejuice related.

But to directly answer your original question... I've heard people swear by attaching their bottles to a reciprocating saw.

There are several vids of people using orbitals, sawzall, jigsaws, etc to mix juice and other small bottles.

Technically all you have to do is make a sleeve, because the force of its spending would actually push it down into the sleeve.

I don't think an electric knife reciprocates fast enough. Come to think of it, every electric knife I've ever seen has two blades that slide back and forth opposite one another.

I recommend a Sawzall.
