CAP Simply Vanilla vs. TFA Vanilla Swirl?

CAP Simply Vanilla and TFA Vanilla Swirl seem, from what I've read from other mixers, to be similar in flavor, as straight vanilla without any custardy heaviness. I only have Simply Vanilla, so I can't directly compare, unless I go ahead and just get Vanilla Swirl for myself. What is the difference between the two? Does a person, particularly one who makes a LOT of vanillas, custards, and creams, and has one need the other? Can I sub out Simply Vanilla for Vanilla Swirl in recipes reliably, or are the flavors more different than I thought?

Vanilla swirl is kinda creamy in a way from all the vanillin in there. The vanilla flavor isn't very potent, so if you want to taste vanilla, use lots of swirl or add an extra layer of some other vanilla. I shouldn't even be answering this, though since I haven't tried CAP's Simply Vanilla to tell you how they compare.

Gamma Nonalactone, Para Anisyl Alcohol, & Ethyl Butyrate all add creamy with milkfat, creamy &/or uplifting nuances to Vanillin & Ethyl Vanillin's creamy notes c:

ive got like 350 feet of rayon left im bringing with me, i've only used cotton once in over a year - a mech autofired in pocket.

but lol I just happen to do a lot of reading on the internet & happen to like to know which concentrates share which components so i never go overboard on one or multiple things - selective photographic memory kinda helps

I have Vanilla Swirl and choose Vanilla Bean Gelato every time. To me it's a great plain Vanilla without extra notes. Unfortunately I have not tried Simply Vanilla so I didn't answer your question at all. Sorry.

Np! I've tried Van Swirl, Vanillin, MF Vanilla, Holy Vanilla, TFA VBIC and a few others that my tired old brain can't remember. VBG and Holy Vanilla win big time.

Direct answer, it will taste different. Different how? Idk but I use TFA Vanilla Swirl in nearly every recipe. There's always room for a different vanilla though.

DIY answer, buy and see for yourself. Everyone's mouth is different. Every company is different.

Simply Vanilla feels much "sharper" than Vanilla Swirl. I don't particularly think Simply Vanilla is very useful because of this. Most of the time when I need to add in vanilla I want some sort of soft base for it to carry through the vape. That being said, I'm sure there are good uses of it.
