Hey, so I was thinking... By thowing a chemical like nic, or flavoring into the freezer, then pulling it out before using it, does that cause the molecular structure of the compound to degrade?

Nah, PG/VG/nic have a ridiculously low freezing point.
I suggest breaking down liter bottles of nic base into 120ml bottles and that allows the one you're using to warm up faster.
This guy's got it right. Also I would use plastic bottles for safety.
Why plastic?
Glass is a much better vapor barrier than plastic, and depending on the concentration I'd worry about plastic reacting and / or leaching into the nic base much more than glass.
VG and PG contract when frozen and don't expand like water does, so you don't have to worry about over pressurization of the bottle either.
In case you drop and shatter the glass bottle, mostly.
We go through nic quickly enough that the reduced vapor barrier isn't a problem, it's not sitting in storage quickly enough to oxidize through the plastic, and we keep it at -20C anyway.
Nothing measurable will leach from LDPE or even PET into nic solution with a few months storage, nothing measurable will react.

Well, warming it up to room temperature won't cause any issues. Nuking it in the microwave might.
I recently ruined a $180 bottle of nic by taking it out of the freezer to dispense into 120ml bottles and leaving it by the radiator just as a customer called me on an emergency run. Came home to brown nicotine lolol.
Just let it warm naturally and you'll be fine. Heat makes everything oxidize faster, which is why you store it in a freezer/fridge long term. So as long as you don't excessively heat it, you should be okay, especially if you store it in a bunch of 90ml Amber bottles with as little headroom for gas as possible.
From botboy's sidebar post all about nic I began decanting into small bottles and then taking a single one out for a month or so.
But now that single one I just keep in the fridge (instead of cupboard), and just take it out every few days when I need it for a few minutes.
No idea if I'm doing it wrong but it works for me. Short-term fridge nic.
Does anyone else not freeze theirs and just use a gas like argon to stop oxidation? What are your results?

I use the Nude Armor now and I love the concept. It's way easier to dispense and less likely to spill. Plus you have the benefit on not injecting air every time you open the bottle. I do keep the bottle in the freezer though.
