Straw-Nanna Cupcake Recipe

Haven't really submitted recipes so here's one. This was my ADV for a while. Strawberry banana is still one of my fav flav combos and cake just made it better

Strawberry Ripe (TFA) 5%
Banana Cream (TFA) 3%
Yellow Cake (FW) 3%
Bavarian Cream (TFA) 2.5%
Vanilla Swirl (TFA) 1.5%
Cheesecake (graham crust)(TFA) 1%

How does LA banana cream compare to TFA's? I've got the rest but haven't gotten that one yet unfortunately but this looks really good!

Very, very close to my Banana Cupcake with Strawberry Icing recipe:

1.5% TFA Strawberry (Ripe)
1.5% TFA Strawberry
3% TFA Banana Cream
2% TFA Bavarian Cream
3% FW Cake (Yellow)
1% FW Vanilla Cupcake
1% TFA Cheeescake (Graham Crust)

Basically the only differences are a combination of TFA Strawberry and Strawberry Ripe at a lower percentage to make banana more dominant, and the substitution of FW Vanilla Cupcake for the TFA Vanilla Swirl. Everything else is almost spot on -- it's one of my favorite recipes, and actually the first one I hashed out, except for some simple two and three ingredient mixes before it. I've never tried it but I know TFA has a vanilla cupcake. That would probably be the only thing. I recommend trying out yellow cake, it's a phenomenal flavor

Cupcake is probably the closest thing (from what I've messed with from TFA), but it won't have quite the same effect as FW's Yellow Cake

Eh. Cupcake is weird at certain percentages. Cake is best for sure.

Thanks! When I started I bought a ton of TFA, I have about 10 recipes I haven't tried because I need to branch out into different brands. Joy, Biscuit ..ect. Now Yellow cake :)

I did the same when I started, I stuck close to TFA. I'd suggest hitting up ECX or Bull City and trying some alternatives or just completely new flavors

I honestly don't know. I don't buy DX anything, from what I've heard it's really not a huge difference, especially if you haven't had the non DX version bc it'll still be good

Great recipe but I found the banana cream really overpowered strawberry (ripe). Thinking of adding more strawberry (ripe)
