Thanks for sharing. I recently added a little CAP VCv2 to a cereal recipe and I'm digging it. Not sure why I never tried that before.

In place of v1 or a different brand?

CAP VCv2 is my go to. I only break out the V1 if V2 isn't enough at 3.5% (my personal max for V2).

There's another brand of Vanilla Custard???
