I seriously would like to try some recipes other than Bronuts with these flavors to see what the hype is about, but is that all they're good for?
You can make happy biscuits. I'm sure you can look through the last few monthly recipe threads and find quite a few recipes. Joy has it's uses, but I usually don't like it in anything over 1%. here is a link to recipes with biscuit in them. you can search for joy there too.
I use Joy in place of a standard Ethyl Maltol solution in my bakery recipes to give a bit of a "baked/fried" note. It's good for making things taste more bready, cakey, etc. but too much Joy can make your recipe taste like the yeast at the bottom of an unfiltered ale. (IMO)
Biscuit is great for anything you want to add a buttery note to. It honestly goes well in small doses in just about any bakery and dessert recipe I've added it to. It reminds me of those cheap tea biscuits/cookies with a thick layer of butter on top.
5% sugar cookie
2% biscuit
2% meringue
.75% joy

Do you think joy is necessary? It's the only one I'm missing. Maybe graham crust?
It definitely won't be the same, but it could still be good. Joy is vital for the bakery taste. You should definitely pick up a bottle next time you order
I don't have Meringue, what can sub for it?
Meringue is whipped egg whites and sugar. Not sure of something similar because it really tastes like powdered sugar. Maybe try a something like vanilla bean ice cream? Be sure to use it lightly. The meringue is a complimentary flavor. /u/insigmatheory really nailed this recipe, and each ingredient is just as vital as the next. It's worth picking up a meringue just for this recipe. I give it a 420/69.
Dude. You pretty much have the base for donut. Add some fruit and maybe Torrone, Meringue or a Sweet Cream. This is what I did with those two ingredients. Good Luck!

5% Inawera Raspberry!!?!? Good lord man. I can't use that at over 1-2% without tasting nothing but raspberry.
Yup! EVERYONE says that until they try it. The truth is that those doughnuts have artificial raspberry flavoring in them and to get that POW! like the doughnut I feel like it works best with that percentage. I've tried it in other %'s and it's not the same.
