I've been mixing Tiger's Blood clone from ELR since I've started DIY and had nothing but great results. My past 2-3 30ml bottles of it have been quite harsh. I've been using the same VG/Nic for my other recipes and have not noticed any harshness caused by them. Am I just sensitive to one of the flavors in the recipe now?

Has your recipe changed at all?
Nope.
How about how your vaping the flavor? Different builds on RDA, different tank? I've noticed some recipes are entirely different with something as simple as what coils I have in my RDA. Other than that make sure your Nic hasn't been affected by any outside factors, as well as your concentrates.
Is your VG/PG level the same? Juices with high PG levels can create a "throat-hit" or cause your juice to seem harsh.
Also, nicotine can go bad, so make another flavor and see if that one tastes harsh. How long have you had your nicotine and have you stored it in a dark, cool place?
Yes. Same levels. I'm storing my nic properly and it gets used in my other recipes just fine.
Try using those flavors one at a time. Make a bottle with 12% TFA Strawberry and the same PG/VG blend and mg level of nicotine.
And then repeat for the 6% TFA Watermelon and another bottle of 1.5% TFA Coconut. It's extremely unlikely, but maybe a flavor went bad and is creating this harshness. I mixed up a bottle of this juice and it tastes fine at those percentages, so something has to be up.
Also, if you're using a tank see if your coil is still alright, and check your coils/cotton if you're using an RDA. Just rule out everything and see what's making your juice taste harsh.
