corporal crunch recipe :D

Ok so today i decided to whip up a cap'n crunch recipe. First recipe i made was, well shit. I do not have a single clue what i was trying to accomplish XD. But I looked around on here for a bit, then i came across a thread by /u/returnity which I'm pretty much gonna give most all the credit to. So here it is!
Corporal Crunch
TFA berry crunch 5%
FW Yellow cake 1%
INW biscuit .75%
TFA French Vanilla 1%
TFA graham cracker clear .5%
FA Fresh Cream 1%
CAP Bavarian cream .5%
TFA Strawberry ripe .75%
TFA Fruit circles .5%
CAP Lemon Sicily .3%
TFA Dragon fruit .6%
Hopefully i formatted that right, I don't want to yelled at on the internet haha. I've honestly wanted to make my own good cap'n crunch recipe because a lot of juices i've had seem to be muted on the captain crunch flavor and just seem a little too creamy to me.

So the main cereal notes in this recipe are the berry crunch, yellow cake, graham cracker, and biscuit. The berry crunch gives well, the berry crunch flavor. The yellow cake gives the nice cakey feel to it. The graham cracker gives off the nice bite and throat hit that i enjoy but not drying out the flavor. The biscuit imo rounds the cereal flavor off with a nice bakery oomf to it.

The creamy notes in this recipe are provided by the French vanilla, fresh cream and bavarian cream. I used these at the percentages i did because i didn't want to overdo it. they smooth out the flavors quite nicely while giving that nice creamy cereal, without making it the milk after eating the cereal. Now i honestly have had problems with bavarian cream just because it is such a strong flavoring and seems to overpower other flavor notes, but it blends nicely.

Now finally the sweet notes. Strawberry ripe, lemon sicily, fruit circles, and dragon fruit. strawberry ripe, we all love this flavor and rightly so, it is just a great strawberry flavor that works well in so many different recipes. now lemon is a flavor that i love to use in almost every recipe at a low % because it just makes other flavors pop. the fruit circles is for some more cereal flavor but with some more sweetness. without steeping this fucking flavor however shines through and, ya know, is just classic fruit circles. it doesnt give off the lemon pledge but kinda turns it into fruit loops, i will give an update on if it smooths out and takes a seat in the back of the flavor where it belongs. Dragon fruit, another flavor i just love, very versatile and delicious, imo it hits every note that i want it to. it provides a hint of creaminess, while also giving that sweet fruity flavor, plus it gives a nice overall body to the flavor.

sadly i do not currently have any of those flavorings that make cereal flavors shine:/ such as meringue and marshmallow so feel free to add or replace them into the recipe. any feedback you folks leave is appreciated. thanks for reading:D

You should have gone for commander crunch, since the captain on the cereal box is actually a commander :)

The Captain got demoted down to an enlisted Corporal in this recipe.
