I'm looking for a little help I'm usually pretty good at getting to the flavors I want in a juice and fine tuning it bit this one is kinda puzzling me. Anyways I've made a few recipes and it just seems they are missing something I don't know for sure maybe depth. I searched and didn't come up with much here and only three recipes total on elr. So here's where I'm at with it. It tastes pretty good minty on the inhale and vanilla ice cream on the exhale just doesn't seem right maybe someone will see where I'm Goin wrong.
CAP VBIC 9% CAP Whipped Cream 2% CAP Sweet Cream 1% CAP Marshmallow 1% CAP Cool Mint 1.5% CAP French Vanilla 1%
Maybe someone can help me expand on the recipe and give it some more depth it seems like the ice cream is still light the mint is about right on though. Any help would be appreciated.
Have you switched out the 1.5% Cool Mint with Peppermint? I think it's Cap or TFA. I know I BARELY use any. One and a half drops (one drop and a small drop) per 15 ml and let it steep. It's icy that way, it might add that mint you're looking for. I don't have any Sweet Cream left :( or I would try this. I might sub for Vienna Cream from FA.
This is definitely a recipe I like seeing!
I have not switched out the only mint I have is the one I'm currently using mint is not one I've used alot I have tons of concentrates but mints were never on the list. That being said I think I have the mint where I need it and I thought of adding, just a touch of tfa koolada to add some extra coolness to it
I concocted a candy cane milkdshake very similar to your endeavor using TFA creme de menthe. Sweet Cream. Mint candy. Vbic. And sweetner. The creme de menthe really brought in that mint ice cream flavor and cool in hale. Mint candy rounded out the flavor really well. For a mint chocolate chip shake i swap out the VBIC for TFA chocolate. And TFA mint Candy for FW chocolate Mint candy. Let me know of you want the recipe.
