Am I the only one that does this?

I don't vape. I just find this stuff super interesting, so I've been browsing this subreddit for a while. Just curious to see if there are others!

I started experimenting with my dessert flavors by adding them to actual desserts. Its been interesting to use various creme/custard/vanilla flavors in actual custard. Panna cotta makes a good base for playing around with flavors - its basically gelatin and cream/milk so you can get a good feel for the added flavoring.

You should try this stuff in your coffee. I can make better coffee than Starbucks with DIY flavors plus a milk frother. Bought the frother for DIY mixing, but once my girl saw it in action for coffee, it pretty much got jacked.

1ml Dutch Chocolate in nasty cheap scotch. Makes my frown turn upside down.

Wait, Question here, you take flavorings that are meant for vaping and add these to deserts really? and this is a safe alternative for coffee flavorings as well?

can you enlighten me about flavorings in coffe? whats your favorites? I found that cap vanilla custard/ FW hazelnut has a weird taste and that FA's vanillas are good, but weak. I was using mixes of whipping cream and condensed milk to make a base for the flavoring.

I've added some drops to like coffee and milk. CAP Caramel is really good in a nice brewed coffee!

If and when you are interested to play with turning your favorite blend into candy.

I've made mango cactus, coffee, and strawberry/assorted fruit candy. The mango cactus was the best. If I do it again I think I need to add a little malic acid (maybe citric will work too)

You can make candies!

You need such a ridiculously small amount of flavoring that it's crazy, I used something like a couple ml's of fruit flavor per cup of sugar.

I've been thinking about making something different, like a creamy tobacco hard candy or caramel.

Never seen it done before but I think it could taste good .. lol.

The tobacco would be awful. Caramel would work well though.

No, I make a nice smooth, mostly DRY4 blueberry tobacco vape that is not harsh at all and I think flavors like that could potentially make tasty candy.

I love the flavor in a vape and it's quite sweet so I don't see why it wouldn't work, it's almost like a mocha candy or something similar and dark.

But yeah overtly strong Virginia/Turkish tobacco would be bad, or if you don't like tobacco's I understand.

Also by "or caramel" I meant actual tobacco flavored caramel candy, not caramel flavoring .... everyone makes caramel candy, I can buy that, it's not unique.

Anyone mix them in beer?

Edit. I will do this for friends, and patrons at the brewery I work for, if they ask

Coffee... ALL the time.

Citrus in IPA work well too. Vanilla or berry stouts.

Honestly, this is a big way I came to this sub and slowly started mixing my own juice.

if i may ask, what do you do at the brewery you work for? also, i've always wanted to try adding flavors to my homebrew but as i'm not all that good at mixing just yet i've held off

I'm a bartender and, I say very lightly, a brewery assistant... more likely bottling line and keg washing . I did the flavor mixing at while bartending . Long story short, I used to host a randall night every Thursday and I started turning it into more of a flavor mixology thing. Essentially I was just adding a handful of drops of flavor to the glass before I poured it.

CAP Sweet Tangerine is pretty stellar in a pint of Blue Moon.

You ought to hit up TPA and make your own Cologne or perfume.

I guess I get it. I browse /r/steroids a good bit, as I'm fascinated by it, and some of the discussions are funny as hell, but I'm not a user.
