By looking at this chart I have surmised milk chocolate will go with your fruit of choice slighlty less than 50% of the time, dark chocolate slightly more than 50% of the time and white chocolate, well most of the time, though good luck finding a good white chocolate flavor. I haven't done it yet though that's one of my biggest wishes.

Check out medicine flower what chocolate. You might be surprised at how good it is.

I did look at their site but the 1 review posted said it tasted floral? Did you get that impression?

Not at all. I don't even steep mine when I use it. I have Dark and White Chocolate.

Nope but it is a steeper. It needs to steep at least 2 weeks. I'd suggest that on all MF flavors.

I have chocolate on the way and am going to start playing with it for the first time. Thanks so much for this!

Very cool. I disagree, however, with dark and milk chocolate not pairing well with lime. A little lime zest in a chocolate cake/brownie/dessert is delicious.

While we're on the topic of chocolate, does anyone know if TFA Double Chocolate is any good?
