If you haven't noticed, the sub has been getting hit by spam accounts since we passed the 21k subscriber mark. I guess this is a momentous occasion(?) albeit an annoying one.

To avoid having the check the subreddit at all hours of the night, and to hopefully prevent further spam occurrences as the sub continues to grow, we are disallowing link-only posts. From here on, you will need to make all posts as text posts, and if you want to share a link, it needs to be accompanied with relevant text. This should already be happening, especially with the current rules.

What I'm saying is, no more sexy spam, because no more link posts.

edit: I'm not positive with how this will work, considering automoderator's priveleges, but I'll be working on getting this up and running until I'm sure it works.
