Tiny Review of Carolina Xtract Nicotine -- More expensive, but far superior quality and excellent customer service
submitted over 9 years ago by NoranPreaseOne of "The Damned"

Hey guys! I made a post the other day congratulating Caronlina Xtracts on their transparency and professionalism. Well, my nicotine arrived today so I whipped up a few batches (some my own recipes, some other people's). I gotta say, this is easily the highest quality nicotine I've ever tried! Serious packaging, awesome dripper, amber bottle, and just the cleanest damn nicotine. It's definitely more expensive than other popular brands (120ml 100mg nicotine + shipping was about $27), but if you don't want to deal with the risks of getting a bad batch or peppery nicotine, you can't beat this quality. I'm no expert, but I've tried Heartland Vapes nicotine and Nude Nicotine. There was a clear winner.

I personally love Vapers Tek, The bottle is just a straight bottle though that's clear, but so far it's definitely tasteless.

Have you titrated to ensure is 100mg/ml ?

I have done so with each bottle i have purchased and all tested within the limits of the test. But one should test every bottle of nic they receive or mix themselves.

They do sell a very high quality product and ship very quickly.

No but I may consider doing that. I'd be very surprised if it wasn't up to par

Maybe I'm just lazy but I've never tested it and I'm not sure why I would. If they somehow sent me nic that was 240mg or even 500mg I'd be going from my usual 3mg to a max of 12mg. Dangerous? I wouldn't enjoy it but it certainly wouldn't be the end of the world. Is there some other reason to titrate?

Well an easy way to make nicotine smoother, would be to not put the full 100mg/ml in it. On the far end of wrong, lets say you actually got 50mg/ml then instead of a 3 you're vaping a 1.5 which of course is smoother.

I test all mine because I sell liquid. If I tell someone they're getting 3mg then they need to GET 3mg.

Then on the other hand, look at people who DIY that vape 12 or 18mg. With your example they could get something like a 36 or 48 which CAN be potentially dangerous.

Valid points. If I were selling or vaping higher than 3mg it would definitely be part of my process. If I did get my nic cut in half I probably wouldn't notice.

It's pretty easy to do so I'm definitely just lazy.

Did you actually speak to their customer services I've been trying for almost a week

I've called twice now, and both times they picked up right away and were very helpful.

It's what I use in my retail line. Expensive but worth it.

I went with them for my first order. I am very pleased and mixing below 3mg when I finally finish off that 120ml they will be getting my business again.
