Kadoos to Carolina XTract for transparency

I ordered some nicotine that was in the Pre-Shipment phase on the 4th. Today, I noticed it was still in pre-shipment so I gave them a call. Turns out that their batches failed purity tests at the last second so they ended up not shipping them. The rep who answered to phone was very transparent about what had happened and assured me that the new batches will be shipping out today.

Two things were great about this; 1) It shows initiative to only ship out nicotine of the purest quality, and 2) They are willing to be open about bad batches and not ship low-quality nicotine at the cost of losing money.

Kadoos!

Well a few years back I was out drinking with the fam and my cousin said kadoos and it just kinda stuck. I haven't said kudos in so long that I typed kadoos without thinking about it
