Jesus..no clue. I'm glad people are taking the "please, no downvoting" to heart. I've noticed at least one person on the sub with some alt accounts just used for downvoting others and upvoting himself. Oh well.

I'm a little afraid of coconut after getting a mix from my local B&M. I had them mix it with banana and strawberry. The coconut was extremely strong. I think they made it too strong. They put way less coconut than the other 2 flavors but all I could taste was this horrible perfumey coconut flavor. My buddy took it home with him in an attempt to salvage it but even he said there was no fixing it. It was the most unvapable thing I have ever had and I've had some pretty gross cheap juices. Since then coconut is scary to me. I don't know how strong they mixed it or even what brand they used. I placed 2 huge flavor orders to get myself started with DIY but I shuddered every time I saw a coconut liquid. Every recipe I have come across involved coconut has been avoided so far.

Any comments to help restore my faith? Maybe a flavor brand that might change my mind or a % recommended? I feel like if I ever give coconut a chance I'd be too afraid to go past 1%.

I would be willing to guess it was TFA Coconut Extra. Tastes like suntan lotion over 1%. I can't stand it myself. I'm sort of the same as you. I haven't found a coconut I really like yet. FA Coconut is the only one I like. As with other FA flavors, it needs a pretty low amount. I usually keep it around .5% to 1% and it's pretty noticeable, but not in a bad way.

That is exactly what it tasted like. Suntan lotion only like extra strong scented suntan lotion if that makes sense. I actually enjoy the way suntan lotion smells but this was very much like if I actually ate half a bottle of the strongest smelling suntan lotion ever.

TFA coconut extra almost ruined using coconut for me. It's horrible. But then I found FLV coconut and sweet coconut. It's a whole new world!
