I have been able to find some recommended percentages for 'Flavour Art' and 'Capella' but can't find any for TAC. Does anyone know of any?
One thing that people have done to gauge the strength of a flavor is to put a drop of the concentrate into a shot glass of water and drink it. If it's barely flavored, start around 5% in your e-liquid mix. If it's strongly flavored, start around 1-2%.
Is that safe? I thought they were quite toxic?
If they were "quite toxic," so much so that you wouldn't want to drink a drop for a taste test, then you certainly wouldn't want to inhale it either.
The flavorings we use are food flavorings for the most part. If anything, they would be safer in a glass of water than in vapor.
It's not good for you to ingest the undiluted flavorings. Not that it will do any serious damage or anything, but it will be extremely unpleasant. When diluted, they're perfectly safe to ingest.
Smell em if they smell strong try start at 5 percent (most flavour is good at 5 apart from flavour west) you can add but you can't subtract

I havnt ordered from him for 2 years but yes, he sold capella it probably says it on the label it's just rebottled ! Search the name of juice and capella you'll probably find it.
You didn't order nicotine from him by any chance did you?
They recommend between 10% and 25% for their own brand concentrates.
