Am I the only person that nearly gags upon vaping a particular flavor.
My story: I remember vaping Vanilla Custard for the first time and being hooked for a long period of time. I became sick (this was during the winter) and afterwards it was absolutely repulsive. Cannot even mix with it nowadays.
Anyone have a similar situation with this or a different flavor?
Cinnamon....
For anyone against cinnamon who hasn't tried CAP Horchata, go for it. It's fucking delicious. If you do try it and you enjoy it, shoot me a PM and I'll send you some recipes that use it in different ways.
TFA Cheesecake (Regular) - Smells as if someone put a joke in a bottle and that joke was the sweat that gathers in my crotch region at the gym.
TFA Honey - Cat urine on dirty mildew socks.
TFA Pineapple - Spilled a drop on my desk and was trying to figure out where the dog had shit in my room for about three days.

LMFAO!!!
Pineapple Instructions - combine the following.
TFA Pineapple - 0.1% TFA Clorox Bleach - 25% TFA Water - 69.9% TFA Paper Towels - 5%
Keep away from Bodily Orifices, discard any items that come into contact with said juice, keep hand soap at the ready, have mix ready to quick steep in your choice of large Aluminum or Rubbermaid outdoor container.
Watermelon
Tastes like ChapStick to me.
I can do some watermelon flavors but TFA watermelon is so strong to me. I see recipes with it at 5%. I got down to 0.05% before I gave up. Takes over every damn thing.
I'm beginning to think this about INA Lime (aromatic? Can't remember if it's a specific type of lime or not but it did say that on it), I just mixed up something with some EM, marshmallow, CAP Van Custard, and 8% strawberries across 3 different types. And .25% of that lime. All I get is lime bite. Frustrated. I may need to change up the strawberry ratios. I've been meaning to post the recipe and ask for advice but I'm out of one of the strawberries now anyway.
Nicotine. I worked my way down to 0 over the course of a few months, after smoking for 15 years. It's been over 2 weeks now and I'm not looking back.
Wow man that's inspirational. So no Nicotine for 2 weeks now?
That's awesome! Smoker for 24 years and struggling a bit to kick the nic completely, but I've decided to go nic free in my ADVs and keep a nic juice handy for those cravings. I don't think nic is bad, but I bloody hate being addicted to it, even if most of it is in my head.
Very similar story here. I was mainly concerned with breaking the addiction. However, now that I have been off of it for a few weeks I don't see any reason to use it again.
I've found that switching to 0 helps a lot with the 'in your head' aspect of nicotine addiction. Now that I know it is not really doing anything, I find myself not wanting it as much. I no longer wake up and want to immediately take a few rips, or after meals, while driving...
nut flavors, man. similar experience.
are nuts flavors even good or am i just traumatized? ):
same here, and anything with a nutty flavor in it like (like banana nut bread) all I can taste is nut.
Can you do Pecan?
Unicorn Milk made me gag, nearly threw up. I can not vape anything even remotely custardy or strawberry-y. I even had to throw out a bottle of shampoo because the fragrance reminded me of Unicorn Milk. -__-
I ordered a bottle of Unicorn Paradox from Kickass a week ago. Put it in my sub tank with an RBA and made it through about 5 pulls before becoming sick to my stomach. Emptied the tank, flavor stayed. Re-wicked the coil, flavor was still there. Put in a fresh build, still there. Not sure whether it's psychological or if I should soak my deck in bleach.
TFA Honey.
Not that I've actually tried it. But I've seen the horror.
What's the story with TFA Honey?
Anything from Five Pawns because of the shit they pulled lying to consumers and giving the media ammo to shit talk vaping. Fuck five pawns.
would you mind posting a link to where I can read more about this?
Just Google Five Pawns diketone and you will see everything including the class action lawsuit. Basically they claimed to be diketone free when asked they confirmed they were and an independent test proved that they were not only not free but extremely high levels. Basically they decided screw the customer and money ruled. I won't support a company with that mentality. I go so far that I won't purchase at shops who carry them either.
Pizza. Tried it. Very spot on, you could taste the oregano, garlic, tomato sauce. But it was like vaping pizza hut.
I actually want to try this.
Chocolate + mint flavors. I got really sick and vape s bunch of peppermint patty and can't touch the stuff anymore
I have never had such high expectations for a flavor and been let down so dramatically. I love everything else chocolate and mint, but it just doesn't translate to e-juice. At all.
Chicken hotwings.
I swear to god the gift bottle my household was sent from the states was actually just mace mixed with VG, I had three hits, which was two more than my housemate, the second hit I took he looked at me like I was insane.
Not with flavoring but i found out if you get deathly sick with a particular liquor like "whiskey" just smelling it nearly makes me gag now.
Custards... Watermelon... TFA VBIC...
I actually use trace amounts of FA Custard in several recipes and love it at 1% or less in a mix. But cannot stand custard as a primary. Any custard.
No watermelon... just can't do it.
TFA VBIC... I tried to like it... I really did.
Between no custards and no VBIC, there's only like 6 recipes I'm eligible to mix! LOL
Doe in heat. Because it tastes like deer pussy!
Well I just got it a couple weeks ago but I'm guessing Juicy Peach would be my choice. Just some weird scratchy floral mess of a flavor. Any tips on taming it?
Exactly the same as OP used to Vape vats of GVC. then got the flu and tried to vape some. Now I can't go near the stuff.
1/4 recipes on this sub call for custard. Cannot express how disgusting it is to me now.
Yeah its depressing to see all these tasty recipes posted, only to click on then and see it there, staring at you "Capella Vanilla Custard". There must be a way..
I've considered using a plain vanilla flavor combined with CAP's NY Cheesecake or something similar as a sub for VC. Unfortunately, I haven't had an opportunity to get any new flavors recently. So, if anyone would like to give that a try, or any other combo, let me know what happens. :D
I concur. All I can taste is breakfast gravy and black pepper with a touch of some heavy vanilla. Also, CAP Sweet Cream has been mentioned before, still can't stand it.
Inawera flavors...i have tried many different ones and they all have this weird after taste to me. Its kind of chemical like. I also don't like cap vanilla custard.
Feel free to never rate any of my recipes then, lol. I think I use INW or CAP VC in every single one.
Meat - specifically animal and human flesh.
Though I have to admit I'd be tempted if bacon flavouring tasted wonderful...
I used to love INW cactus and now the smell of it makes me gag. There's also something I dont like about Lime. I like it sometimes I guess. It's even a popular flavor I sell and my GF loves it I just never really like it. Same with high lemon notes. I'm a berry kinda guy :)
