Well you have a little bit of EM in strawberry ripe already so that will give it that sweetness.

Looks good, haven't got my hands on TFA Lemonade yet. This peaked my interest so I think I'll get on it!

The lemonade is sooooo good. You could easily vape it by itself.

This looks good, but seems like a low overall flavour percentage. What ratio did you mix this at?

75vg/25pg

While it is a little lower than normal, I didn't find this to be low on flavor. The lemonade is very potent. The raspberry and strawberry are just there to accent the lemonade, not over power it.

Fair enough, I've never tried TFA lemonade, so it might be strong enough like this.

I was just wondering since I normally mix max VG and I find the flavours can become a little more muted.

It looks good, though! I'll definitely be giving this a try.

Tried it with plain Raspberry tfa? Do not have raspberry sweet but that sounds tasty!

Plain raspberry tfa is a bit too floral. Doesn't really give you that candied raspberry taste this recipe calls for.

Raspberry inw could probably work for this.

  • 3% - TFA Strawberry Ripe

  • 2% - CAP Sweet Strawb

  • 2% - FA Lemon Sicily

  • 3% - FA Custard

Pink Lemonade recipe I've been playing around with. It's pretty good but maybe I'll try a smidge of Sweet Raspberry like OP is suggesting.

Ooo, I'll have to pick up those flavors. This looks a lot different from the other pink lemonades I was trying. Also very intrigued to see how the custard plays out.

Damn now I need lemonade. I was disappointed with FW lemonade. If only Gremlin or WL carried it, I already have two orders planned for my flavors :(

I'm having a hard time finding TFA/TPA Lemonade anywhere. The only things that come up for TFA are "Lemonade Cookie" and "Pink Lemonade". Please tell me it's the latter. I'm putting in an order after Xmas, and this recipe sounds awesome.

Oh crap, I made a mistake. Thanks for pointing it out.

Should be Lorann.

Inb4 "blah blah monthly recipe thread"

Anyway nice recipe man. I will definitely have to try some LA lemonade.

Isn't LA Lemonade oil based/insoluble in water?

1 points

by Vurvealmost 10 years ago

I'm guessing this isn't truly an oil. It's not separating in the juice and one of the ingredients to the flavoring is water.

I really hope it's not an oil though since vaping oil is pretty bad for you. Gonna have to do a little research.

That's what I generally use to reference LA

Thank you. Guess I'll be throwing that flavor out.

That a bit disappointing considering how much I liked it.

Back to the drawing board

Sorry guys, my recipe was primarily based on an oil flavor that I don't want to perpetuate the use of. Out of the respect for health and safety, I deleted my post

what happened here? why it got deleted, i bookmarked it and now its gone.

oh.. user got deleted.. does anyone have recipe by any chance?

1 points

by Vurvealmost 10 years ago

Well, I originally deleted this because I was under the impression that the LA lemonade was an oil based flavor. Someone proved that wrong.

The recipe was:

Lemonade (LA) 5%

Raspberry sweet (tfa) 2%

Strawberry ripe (tfa) 1%

I would love to help, but personally Im just getting into DIY. Thank you for recipe, on the safe side I will try to replace Lemonade (LA) with something similar.

Really digging this. I'm curious how it'd work with FW lemonade vs. LorAnn.
