Hey guys, long time lurker here, but never posted anything that I thought would be worthwhile or would actually contribute to helping someone out. Just thought that these guys deserved some props for their excellent customer service. I've ordered from a few different sites over the last few years, and today was my first time using GremlinDIY. I have to say, these guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I'll give a quick explanation of how they earned a new loyal customer in me. I placed an order this morning, and for some reason, the card was declined, but in my statement, it was showing that the auth hold on funds was pending. So I believed that something was wrong with their system. Long story short, it turns out that the error was infact on my banks end, AVS mismatch was giving the card an error / decline code upon checkout. Well, Rich at Gremlin stayed on the phone with me while I called the bank, and we went through about 2 more manual transactions until we achieved an approval code. Rich didn't have to help me out, and waste 20 minutes on the phone with me. He could have just had me do a completely new order, and keep attempting it until it approved.
So, to the guys at /r/gremlindiy keep it up, and have a happy holiday!
Good on them. I wish more companies realized how important customer service is.
I agree with you 100%. It's not even that much more effort to be helpful, yet most companies will automatically just treat you like you're bothering them somehow when all the questions, that you have to them are mostly questions that will lead to you spending money with them.

I would of been shocked if a vendor refused to do that , it's a sale after all , most don't want to lose that.
Interested in reviews of CS over time , especially with shipping times and diketone free flavorings becoming available but Gremlin seems to be a class outfit so far.
I like their website and pricing .
What will make a monumental difference will be when one of these flavoring companies offer free 5 to 7 day shipping like Lightning Vapes and other online shops are starting to do now .
If not able to do that, a lower priced shipping option like 101 Vape etc..since shipping prices kill more would be sales than any other reason by far for me .
I would like to add to you're story. There's been so much negativity about ordering and shipping lately. I placed an order on the evening of 15th, and it went to Kent. Well, I held my breath due to all the stories I've heard about Kent lately. I happily received my order on the 18th. Love their service, and involvement in this community.
