Prices: One of the best priced vendors out there, very competitive and dont gouge for shipping.

Selection: Very good selection, usually have everything I am looking for as far as flavoring goes, and the one time they didnt have it, I just posted in their subreddit requesting it and got a response same day telling me they have ordered it.

Shipping time: I have only ordered from them twice so far but each time it shipped quickly, and arrived quickly to Southern California (2-3) days

Customer Service: So far so good.....errr great. I had asked a couple of questions and got lightning fast responses.

Order Problems: N/A

Packaging: No problems with the packaging, nothing special but arrived safely and securely packed.

Overall: I am super stoked on GremlinDIY, great selection, great prices, and great customer service.

really like the squeeze bottles the juice comes in, way better than those hard ones from Bull City and they are easily identifiable by manufacturer. stocks hard to get flavors and responds to what the community wants (at least on here).

I have to ask, please forgive the request here, but please review Gremlin DIY, and NOT the post office. I am sorry that USPS is taking a long time to deliver some of your packages, but to tell people that have never purchased from us that we have terrible shipping times is really misleading. We almost always have orders out the door in one business day. If you mention that we didn't send it for 2 to 3 days, can you please specify a date? (I.E. Ordered Friday Night and they shipped Monday...)

I am very happy to see that really the only downside from all these reviews so far is that nobody is happy with the post office. :) Please don't blame us for that. Thank you for all of your honest reviews. It helps us make changes that we need to make to do a better job of getting you a store you can call your own.

BCV is overnight to me, two days max. I only live one state north of them. Kent, WA is a shitty USPS hub. Takes forever for stuff to get here from them. I don't fault them for it at all. Their prices and selection are on par with whoever else. If I'm not in a hurry to get flavors, I buy from them. If I'm in a hurry, BCV.

Short but sweet. Ship time was ok. Could be faster out there door but was out in 2 days. Nice selection and people. :)

• Prices: One of the best prices out there. Their shipping charges are a main reason why I've made the switch to using them as my preferred vendor. They don't gouge on shipping like some of the others do.

• Selection: Started very modest but seems to be expanding daily. They also listen to their customer base so if there is a flavor you want, just ask and I'm sure they will do what they can to get it for you.

• Shipping time: I've ordered four times from them. Usually ships next day unless order is placed during a large sale.

• Packaging: No problems with packaging. Everything is always packed securely. I also really like their squeeze bottles much better than some of the other vendors. They are softer and a lot easier to squeeze.

• Overall: Very impressed with them so far and they have become my favorite vendor. Only complaint is not with them but the Kent shipping facility. They seem to scan the tracking label when it is received but not when it leaves so it appears as though your package sits there for days. Usually doesn't update again until it is out for delivery. This is definitely not their fault and I don't hold it against them at all.

Order #228 shipped next day, order #787 shipped same day. Very pleased by some of the sales they have offered and how frequently they actually have sales, and I didn't even order on black friday.

Their prices are good and completely competitive without discounts, so since they so frequently offer discounts I consider their pricing great.

I consider their selection somewhere between good and great- bear in mind, theyve gotten quite a few new flavors and at least one new brand since I ordered. But basically, their selection is definitely smaller than BCV, but its like it more potent in the sense that there arent as many junk flavors diluting their selection, they very clearly have taken the time to research feedback on a lot of their flavors before even bothering stocking them. I consider that a great thing. I've used every flavor I've purchased from gremlin, and I have over 400 flavors at this point. The obvious drawback with their selection is that you wont find as many obscure flavors, I wouldnt have as big a collection of flavoring if I'd shopped there exclusively. I appreciate their selection for what it is, well thought out and seemingly carefully tended to.

Packaging is standard.

I like gremlin diy. I'm impressed by their presence in this community. My future with them will be buying 30ml+ bottles of the flavors I go through regularly from them, and I will throw in a couple of 10ml bottles of flavors I somehow havnt picked up yet. And I will quite probably get it at a discounted price if I keep my eyes open.

Overall: 4/5 - Great vendor. One of the three vendors I use on a regular basis.

Prices: 3/5 - I've found them to be around the same price as others for the most part. Some stuff is slightly cheaper, some stuff slightly more. But overall I think it pretty much evens out. $1.50/5mL is significantly more expensive than $1.75/10mL of some of the other guys (FW&TFA) but their 30mL bottles are actually cheaper. They also have pretty good prices on imported stuff.

Selection: 4/5 - Their selection isn't quite as large as some competitors, but they have some stuff the other guys don't. They also have Flavorah, which as far as I know NO ONE else does (besides FLV themselves.) They are constantly expanding what they offer as well, so this rating is likely to improve.

Shipping Time: 4/5 - I've been happy with their shipping time, about the middle of the pack here.

Customer Service: 5/5 - Absolutely top notch. Not only are they very responsive and customer-focused, they also have an active presence here in this subreddit, which is a huge bonus IMO.

Packaging: 4/5 - Well-packaged, on par with competitors. Everything comes in sealed ziplocks (a few bottles per bag) to contain leaks. 5mL re-bottled flavorings don't have shrink wrap on them, which is a slight bummer but not a big deal.

I ordered from Gremlindiy for the first time yesterday at about 2:00. By 4:00 I had an email that they had already shipped it out. Now I get to experience the infamous Kent,WA usps , but, damn, that was fast as shit on Gremlins part.

Prices: Very competitive and reasonable shipping.

Selection: Great selection, I have started to check here for flavors before other vendors.

Shipping: Everytime I order from them I can expect it to be shipped out at the latest the next day.

Customer Service: No Issues that required that.

Packaging: Its packing, no leaks, items are well protected for transit.

Never had a problem with them. Shipping time is perfectly fine and on the fast side. Good customer service although I've never really had to test it in a bad situation. Pretty good selection and they have some brands other vendors do not. Packaging is fine but I wish they would include the GremlinDIY sticker in there rather than sticking it inside the box. That's just me being weird and wanting stickers though.

These guys are my go-to for ordering supplies, and I don't see that ever changing. For reference, I've placed like 5? orders from them in the last 3 months, which comes out to somewhere around $400 worth of flavoring and they have never left me un-impressed.

I had enjoyable experiences ordering from Gremlin DIY. Great selection and prices and the order was shipped quickly. However, Kent Washington post office is aweful, holding my items hostage longer than I could manage my rage. Several stray dogs went missing, as well as kittens from the neighbors.

Will order from Gremlin DIY again, but I hope the USPS does their part to prevent animal cruelty.

I love these guys and only rarely order elsewhere. Usually I only get flavors from another company if I'm ordering Nicotine and have some scraggler flavors I need to pick up. But if I need just flavoring, Gremlin is my go to.

Prices are competitive, and they usually have some kind of discount code.

Selection: I have four or five go-to recipes, and they usually have what I need in stock.

Shipping time: Not their issue. I've ordered from California and Florida, and those packages were late, too. My order from Gremlin got stuck twice, and it only had to go about 200 miles. Gremlin had it boxed and out their door very quickly.

Customer service: I screwed up my order. I made my list and checked it twice. Hit submit and a 120ml bottle I wanted was out of stock between the time that I added it to my cart and when I went to check out. Ordered three 30ml bottles to fit in my budget and hold me over until I ordered again. Submitted my order. Found I ordered two bottles of something else when I only wanted one. Sent them a message. I won't go into details, but they fixed it, made me happy, and I even got the 120ml bottle I needed of the other flavor. It was kind of a complicated fix, but it was dead accurate, and the money worked out in my favor.

Packaging: Bubble wrap and ziplock bags. Same as most everyone.

Mods: I'd like to suggest an addition to the list. QUALITY! I've ordered from a few places now, but the Gremlins must be adding some secret sauce or something. The flavor and aroma of the stuff I received is amazing. Much better stuff than I've received from anyone else. Gremlin doesn't do nicotine, but if they did, I honestly wouldn't order from anyone else.

Never had any problems with them. Like others have said, shipping isn't lightning fast but it's passable. Selection is good. I just wish bcv and gremlin could somehow combine their stock so I could save on shipping lol

GremlinDIY is great and so far the only vendor I have used as I doubt anyone can beat their packaging/shipping times. My orders have always went out the same day and I normally have the flavors in hand within four days.

Seems like great prices and the sales I've seen are 10%, 15%, and 20% seems like some great sales when the majority of the product is just repackaged.

O! And also they sell concentrated versions of some of their own juice which I LOVE (berry overload has always had a place in my heart errr tank). Also my wife makes me order from them because they seem like a real personal and down to earth company. (Like I would want to order from someone else) Also I freaking love their squeeze bottles, makes mixing that much easier.

Edit: My only gripe is that I wish they had more prominent warnings, like something similar to BCV.

I've been ordering from Gremlin since they started selling DIY supplies, and I have never had a problem. Their turnaround time time is quick, the prices are competitive, and shipping has been fast. From clicking "Order", to mailbox arrival is typically 3 -4 days, and that's Washington to Florida. I love the Gremlins and the fact that they're so active on this sub. Response time to questions and comments is normally very fast as well, and there is a level of kindness to and appreciation of the customers that is refreshing.

Just placed my first order with Gremlin. Bottom line: pleasantly surprised.

Selection was fantastic. Had 9 of the 12 flavors on my "to order list" in stock... that's better than most. FLVs were at or below FLV price. Other prices were a little higher than Wizard, but reasonable. Shipping was a little high, but damn that shit was in my Ohio mailbox two days after it was shipped from the NW corner of the continental 48. I will def add them to my preferred vendors list.
